Conveniently located on the main pedestrian street near the train station. Good buffet breakfast and many restaurants nearby. Would have enjoyed a mini fridge to store a few snacks and liquid refreshments purchased at the nearby COOP! But ice cubes were readily available at the front desk!

We really enjoyed wandering around Zermatt and this hotel was nicely located for that. It was easy walking distance from the train station and close to a lot of restaurants. It is a long walk from the cable car to the ski hill. Breakfast was included. There wasn’t a lot on offer but what was there was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Lastly, I am not sure how anyone with an accessibility issue would get to the elevator unless there is a back entrance. There were steps to the lobby and the elevator.

Good value, clean, nicely renovated bathrooms. Room itself was dated. No air conditioning, which you wouldn't think you'd need in Zermatt but we found the room got quite stuffy when we visited in June.

A quiet comfortable room with great views of the Matterhorn. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The only improvement we would suggest is to have a fridge in the room. You are right in the centre of town which is very convenient.

Great location, neat old place, with no air conditioning had to sleep with windows open and the streets can be noisy, breakfast a little lacking but sufficient. Would recommend for price point.

The room was very hot and we were across the street from a noisy bar so could not leave the main window (door) open. There are 4 stairs that make it difficult to haul up luggage and is not handicapped accessible. The breakfast attendant was more interested in her phone than clearing dirty plates from small table. Breakfast was excellent but coffee was lukewarm.

過去の口コミにもあった様に私もホテルの入り口を見過ごして建物を一周して辿り着きました。ひと通りの説明を受け部屋に入るとエアコンのスイッチが見当たらないので確認すると無いとの事。少なからず衝撃を受けました。それ以外は部屋も綺麗でスタッフも親切でゆっくり出来ました。また近くにMIGROSがあり大変助かりました。

A localização é espetacular e o quarto é excelente, muito limpo, amplo, novo e com serviço de limpeza impecável, com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, limpas e trocadas diariamente. O café da manhã é excelente. Nós tivemos que sair antes do café da manhã e eles prepararam um pacote de café da manhã para nós levarmos. Isso mostra a cordialidade dos profissionais. The room and bathroom was very large compared to most boutique hotels in Europe.lots of room for luggage and bathroom toiletries. Beautiful view from window of Matterhorn mountain. Two dislikes, the comforter was very stained and dirty underneath the duvet, which was obvious because it didn't close well. The only other negative was the simple, no protein breakfast, just bread and simple spreads. Espresso machine in room was nice surprise.

This is right in the middle of Zermatt so there is a lot of background noise. Our room was small, but clean. Although the balcony was a little tiny. The breakfast was just ok - not a lot of choices if you wanted a hot breakfast.

The hotel was fabulous! Our room was amazing and we had a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. It is centrally located, a short walk from the train station - before you start hitting more hills, and is very close to shopping and restaurants. Everyone was very helpful during our stay - it was one of the highlights of our vacation!

Hotel was less than a five minute walk from the train station. They had a typical continental breakfast that included hard boiled eggs, lunch meat, bread, cereal, yogurt, and cheese. Room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative was room overlooked the Main Street and it was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. For this reason alone I would not stay there again.

Nice little boutique hotel right on main street 1/4 mile from train station. We were given a very large corner room on 2nd floor - very nice; however I did notice that some other rooms were quite small. Good breakfasts.

Loved the large bathroom, TV station choices as there were several English speaking stations to choose from, breakfast choices, and we could even see the Matterhorn from our room when there wasn’t cloud cover. This hotel is nicer on the inside than it appears from the outside. We had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn in the morning. We left early for a tour and the hotel staff had no issues with holding our luggage for a few hours until we got back.

Love the hotel and the staff. The Hotel is only about 4 mins away from the train station and the location it’s just perfect. Rooms are spacious and impecable. Regarding the service, I have to mention Pedro has gone above and beyond. We’re very thankful Pedro advised us to take the cable car tour; without doubts, it was the best decision ever. Now, the breakfast was amazing and delicious. Overall the hotel is without doubt a five stars.

The hotel room is clean, the only negative thing was the server’s rude attitude and service at breakfast time. We noticed the guests at table next to us kept taking all the smoked salmon, we couldn’t even get any. One of the servers who is the tallest there with blond hair tied back probably assumed we took the salmon as well, she started cleaning away our cups and plates when we were not done eating. When I tried to take the apple with me, she said rudely, “you can not take the food with you.” It was a horrible experience. Will not go back to the hotel again.

This hotel was in a great location making it easy to navigate to and from the train and up to the mountains. Zermatt is small, but bustling. Yet we had no issues with noise despite being street facing in the middle of town. Perfect!

The room was extremely clean with a huge bathroom and nice balcony. The hotel is conveniently located along the main shopping street which is just a 4 min walk from the Zermatt HB. Appreciate the complimentary hot tea and water available all the time beside the reception!

The hotel was fabulous! Our room was amazing and we had a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. It is centrally located, a short walk from the train station - before you start hitting more hills, and is very close to shopping and restaurants. Everyone was very helpful during our stay - it was one of the highlights of our vacation!

Great room, nice balcony. Good tradition of price room and not too far from the train station since you have to walk everywhere in zermatt. Everything is a great view Breakfast was pretty light but good. Most mornings we choose to go across the street to the bakery

This is a basic hotel in a fabulous location. The bathroom was nice and big and the shower was great. No noise from the street. The only reason I don't rate it 5 is because of the breakfast. There was only one staff person working the breakfast area, and it was a very busy time of the morning. When we got there, everything was empty. No juice, no bread, no eggs, no fruit...it was all empty. They really need to staff up in the mornings based on the previous night occupancy.
