Aquila Atlantis Hotel

Everything was super clean and staff terrific only complaint so close to airport we heard the airplanes over head not terrible just slightly annoying

Great lobby bar and rooftop pool area. Room was clean and stylish.

Our stay was excellent as usual. All the the staff are professional and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and the meal we had in the evening was excellent. The room was fantastic overlooking the harbour.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and helpful staff. The local area is not great to look at but at least there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice but even though it was that warm outside the room was still warm and the air con didn’t work. My main complaint: The hotel uses a photo of its rooftop pool as its main advertising yet it was under construction at the start of April so there was no possibility of using it. This was very disappointing and we had to travel to a nearby beach. Staff including the manger were very dismissive when I enquired about using the pool. Just because it is cold for locals doesn’t mean that those who come from colder climates can’t use the pool. I appreciate the weather was not great on some days but on most days we would have used it.

The room was clean and relatively spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious. the large window was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The pool was lovely, but freezing cold. (This was in April.). I had a really great stay there.
