Dream location with a great pool and staff. We had a room with a pool on the patio but the room smelled like a basement. Its probably from the pool where the tiles are all green from the water. Not plesent. The breakfast and service from staff are 5 of 5.

The hotel just opened, and it was an extraordinary stay. A true testament to the word resort!! Meaning, you had virtually anything you needed on site. Magnificent pool, a restaurant with 3 menus all day, reasonable prices, on site massage which was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful for everything!

Dinso is a very large resort. You don't get a scale for how large it is in the photos, but when you get there, it's spread out. We've stayed at many hotels/resorts by the beach and Dinso by far was the best. The bar and restaurant seating is right next to the beach, the pool is massive and appears to be of olympic length, the staff is great; always friendly and polite, and the breakfast is fantastic! The rustic nature of the property is absolutely gorgeous. The photos you see do not do it justice. You have to see it to really appreciate the amount of work that has gone into the design and the build. It's rustic done right! Our stay was four days and we did not want to leave.

Lovely hotel, great design, beautiful flowers and shrubs. Very comfortable rooms. Draught chang 😉. Pool is very large and love the cabanas. "Joke" at the bar made our stay amazing and paid our 3 year old daughter attention and fruit treats which she loved. 5 star. Ps all staff have been amazing but he stood out. So good we booked again and extended our stay for another 5 days!

Property reopened 3/4 months ago not completely finished (04/2025) food and service excellent! Little traditional treats (refreshing food and drinks) given out by staff is a very nice touch. Fake Beach front sharp stone not enough sand and wood inlays by pool area not that safe, Barefoot not recommended. Music around pool/sunbed area (sub base) a little loud to properly relax. Parking spaces limited. Can hear neighbouring rooms clearly which is not expected at this price/rating of property.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful wooden interiors and a stylish, fresh design throughout. Everything feels very clean and well-maintained. The service, food, and pool area with the pool bar are all fantastic. The only small downside is that there isn’t a real beach directly in front of the hotel, but there are nice beaches on both sides, and it’s still very easy to swim in the ocean.

Had the BEST stay at Dinso Resort, a stunning modern hotel in a true “castaway” look located smack down on Klong Prao beach. The staff is truly what made the stay a 10/10, all of the employees are incredibly sweet, attentive and make you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for and is worth every penny, and so is the beach bar and restaurant. The room was huge, clean and the bed was super comfortable. I ordered room service once and it arrived very quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel - I wish I didn’t ever have to leave and will definitely come back!

This was one of the most disorganized hotel experiences I’ve had. From check-in to table service, breakfast, and even housekeeping, chaos was the defining theme throughout our three-night stay. Check-in was poorly managed and borderline chaotic. There was a clear and uncomfortable divide between the Thai staff and the Indian staff, who did not appear to communicate with each other at all. This cultural and operational disconnect was obvious and impacted the entire guest experience. The food was heavily Indian-influenced, which might appeal to some, but it felt completely out of place for a resort in Thailand. The chefs were non-Thai, and the restaurants featured large Indian menus. If you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine or atmosphere, this is absolutely not the place. Breakfast was particularly bad—slow, chaotic, and extremely disorganized. The juice bar ran out of glasses, the egg station had massive queues, and the coffee situation was pure confusion. Nothing about it felt premium or well-managed. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Our room was cleaned only once during the entire stay. When we returned at 6 p.m. one evening to find the room untouched, we had to complain. Even worse, items were removed from the room, including the kettle and coffee maker, with no explanation. Fantastiskt! Men det enda negativa va en ganska stark doft i rummet enligt personalen va det på grund av allt trä i rummet. Men det blev ganska påtagligt. Stora plus för service, maten på hotellet, frukosten!!! Allt finns nära. Tvätt, massage, shopping. Vår dotter älskade att grilla marshmallows vid solnedgången och personalen gick dagligen runt och dela ut massa treats! Kanon men doften på rum måste lösas!

Fantastisk flott hotell i god standard. Frokosten var utrolig god og variert. Servicen var på topp og personalet var utrolig hjelpsomme og blide. Var litt problemer med at rommet vårt ikke ble vasket hver dag og måtte etterspørre dette x fler, men det ordnet seg heldigvis relativt raskt. Ekstraseng på rom var hard som stein, men ellers gode senger. Alt i alt ett supert opphold i paradis!!

Ett fint hotell, dock var det lite utrymmen för förvaring i rummet. Mattan var av någon form av hårt garn som inte var så skön att gå på. En märklig sak var att man skulle säga till om städning vilket jag tycker ska ingå när man betalar hotellet, detta var dessutom en lyxhotell där det verkligen ska ingå.
Ett fint hotell, dock var det lite utrymmen för förvaring i rummet. Mattan var av någon form av hårt garn som inte var så skön att gå på. En märklig sak var att man skulle säga till om städning vilket jag tycker ska ingå när man betalar hotellet, detta var dessutom en lyxhotell där det verkligen ska ingå.

Lovely hotel, great design, beautiful flowers and shrubs. Very comfortable rooms. Draught chang 😉. Pool is very large and love the cabanas. "Joke" at the bar made our stay amazing and paid our 3 year old daughter attention and fruit treats which she loved. 5 star. Ps all staff have been amazing but he stood out. So good we booked again and extended our stay for another 5 days!

Property reopened 3/4 months ago not completely finished (04/2025) food and service excellent! Little traditional treats (refreshing food and drinks) given out by staff is a very nice touch. Fake Beach front sharp stone not enough sand and wood inlays by pool area not that safe, Barefoot not recommended. Music around pool/sunbed area (sub base) a little loud to properly relax. Parking spaces limited. Can hear neighbouring rooms clearly which is not expected at this price/rating of property.

Fantastisk flott hotell i god standard. Frokosten var utrolig god og variert. Servicen var på topp og personalet var utrolig hjelpsomme og blide. Var litt problemer med at rommet vårt ikke ble vasket hver dag og måtte etterspørre dette x fler, men det ordnet seg heldigvis relativt raskt. Ekstraseng på rom var hard som stein, men ellers gode senger. Alt i alt ett supert opphold i paradis!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful wooden interiors and a stylish, fresh design throughout. Everything feels very clean and well-maintained. The service, food, and pool area with the pool bar are all fantastic. The only small downside is that there isn’t a real beach directly in front of the hotel, but there are nice beaches on both sides, and it’s still very easy to swim in the ocean.

Ett fint hotell, dock var det lite utrymmen för förvaring i rummet. Mattan var av någon form av hårt garn som inte var så skön att gå på. En märklig sak var att man skulle säga till om städning vilket jag tycker ska ingå när man betalar hotellet, detta var dessutom en lyxhotell där det verkligen ska ingå.

Called to arrange transportation to this hotel from another property only 15 minutes away. I was told the transportation department was closed and that I needed to call back at 2am my time. I asked if they could simply take a note and pass the request along to the department when it reopened, but they refused. Had the BEST stay at Dinso Resort, a stunning modern hotel in a true “castaway” look located smack down on Klong Prao beach. The staff is truly what made the stay a 10/10, all of the employees are incredibly sweet, attentive and make you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for and is worth every penny, and so is the beach bar and restaurant. The room was huge, clean and the bed was super comfortable. This was one of the most disorganized hotel experiences I’ve had. From check-in to table service, breakfast, and even housekeeping, chaos was the defining theme throughout our three-night stay. Dinso is a very large resort. You don't get a scale for how large it is in the photos, but when you get there, it's spread out. We've stayed at many hotels/resorts by the beach and Dinso by far was the best. The bar and restaurant seating is right next to the beach, the pool is massive and appears to be of olympic length, the staff is great; always friendly and polite, and the breakfast is fantastic! The rustic nature of the property is absolutely gorgeous. The photos you see do not do it justice. You have to see it to really appreciate the amount of work that has gone into the design and the build. It's rustic done right! Our stay was four days and we did not want to leave.

Dinso is probably the best beach resort we ever have stayed at. Everything has been fantastic. The beauty and design of the resort is our favorite aspect but there is so much more worth mentioning, such as the great staff and the amazing selection of breakfast and food. I would recommend this resort to everyone looking for a laid back vibe with great service and a good location. We hope to visit sometime again in the future.

The hotel is new and clean. We spend time in the pool overlooking the ocean. The only thing we disappointed is that the location of the beach is the best.

Everything on this resort was terrific. The beach and pool area, the beachbar, restaurant, the rooms and the breakfast. One thing that we would have wished for was a lot more offers in terms of Yoga. Would like to mention some staff members; LUKE and Valenrosia. Very easy to recommend this place on a hectic fun island.
