Many guests report dirty rooms and linens, lingering odors, and occasional signs of pests or mold; hallways and common areas also appear unclean. A smaller number found rooms acceptably clean.

Rooms are dated and vary widely, from basic and sometimes spacious to musty or smoky; many note very firm mattresses and noise from trains, traffic, or upstairs neighbors. Wi-Fi is frequently unreliable or not working.

Staff are often described as friendly and accommodating, with quick room changes and helpful front desk. However, several guests encountered rude or unresponsive interactions, slow or absent check-in, inconsistent housekeeping schedules, and billing or policy frustrations.

Right off Route 66 and I-40 with restaurants and stores nearby, making it convenient for road trips. Some guests experienced traffic or train noise.

Breakfast is consistently minimal grab-and-go—typically packaged muffins, fruit cups, and small juices—with frequent reports of broken drink dispensers, lukewarm coffee, and no milk or protein. Several guests said it should not be advertised as breakfast.
