Hotel was completely unresponsive when I tried to cancel my reservation due to monsoon flooding. They never got back to me despite reaching out to them directly.

Breakfast was chaos. After opening the doors 5 minutes after 7 then 20 people were in line and all bottleneck into the serve area. People were bumping into each other and frowning because others were in there way. Three of us had been waiting since 6am. You should at least open at 6:30. But 6 would be best. The food had been waiting all that tome and was getting cold. I was happy with everything else, was very nice. But because of that chaos at breakfast, I cannot give you five stars. Do something about it.
