We like the location, easy to find, and close to I40. The staff was friendly and gave us a room downstairs as we requested. The room was large and clean with modern furniture. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was basic and good for takeout. We definitely will return to this motel.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place at all. The room smelled strongly of cat urine, there was no hot water for a shower, no coffee maker in the room, the hot water in the lobby (for tea) wasn’t working, the pool was closed and the pet area had no bags and was filled with dog poop. Would never stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is very average, except Traci at the front desk and Richard who I think is a maintenance guy. They are both incredibly helpful and kind. Beyond that, its really a "you get what you pay for" type of place. My biggest complaint is that there are 2 very large cactuses in the dog run that made it difficult to walk our dog. Major landscaping fail.

Motel style rooms outside hallway to rooms needs to be washed it’s gross. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. Sheets had stains on them but were clean. Breakfast is very minimal of water coffee and muffins.

Nothing dirty room would not give me a refund urine in toilet on set and under set. Dry floors dirty ring in tub I do have picture manager has never called me like I was promise. Cigarette buts beer cans all over

Initially it looked clean but we found old blood stains on one of the sheets then I saw a dried streak of blood on the wall above the headboard. When I walked to the bathroom barefoot I spilled some water on the floor and I grabbed a washcloth to wipe it up and the washcloth came up black! The floor couldn’t possibly have been mopped in ages. No note pad or pen in desk drawer either. One bed was nicely firm and comfortable. The other bed was very very soft and when I sat down on it the springs creaked. The microwave and frig was spotless and both worked well as did the air conditioner.

This room was filthy. It has not been given a good cleaning for years. Curtains were absolutely dissecting filthy and blinds were full of holes. Toilet paper holder full of rust. Trim had layers of dirt and grime. Lamp shades filthy brittle and stained. Did not want to touch anything light switches door handles etc. Shade people around lobby when checking in. Did not feel our vehicle was safe outside.

This is absolutely the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The floor hadn’t be cleaned in a LONG time, the filth was coated on. My feet were black after I walked around the bed following my shower. There were roaches in the sink when I turned the lights on.

I had a 2 night stay scheduled. After the first night, I got up to find 2 roaches in the bathroom. I notified the front desk who said they'll take care of it right away. I returned later that night, everything looked good, but woke up to roaches crawling on me at 2:30 in the morning. They where everywhere in the room. I packed up and left within minutes. I notified the front desk, who didn't care and offered no consolation.

Furniture was broke, looked liked the door had been kicked in and then repaired by someone how didn’t know what they were doing and the curtains would not shut and wall were thin and could hear everything going on in rooms on both sides

We asked and reserved a king bed we got a room with two queens. A bit hard to sleep being a tall person. Other then that it was fine. Biggest drawback was the other guests making noise as they walked by the room or in the parking lot.

The kid working was nice. But while sitting by your little sign saying welcome, enjoy, everything works my tv quit working. Apparently it just flipped a breaker. Nothing else on and I even unplugged frig. Kid came right over and showed me how to flip it back on. However I continued to flip off 4 more times in next 30 minutes. Gave up, went to bed. In morning it did it twice more while trying to watch the news. Annoying….

The hotel seemed OK for a night or two stop over. The room could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t filthy. The issue happened in the evening when key cards would no longer release the lock. Front desk and maintenance could not get the lock to work and resorted to jimmying the window open to enter the room. Maintenance issues happen but it was shocking when staff said - if you need to leave, just leave the window open to make it easier to get in again.

Douglass at check in set the stage for one of the best stays I’ve had. He was a good listener, was polite and attentive. He anticipated my needs and got me the perfect room. The man at the front desk was not friendly. We had to ask for everything that should have been available in our room, including the coffee pot, shampoo, soap, bath mat, etc. There was a huge pile of trash, in addition to an overflowing trashcan, at the foot of the stairs leading up to our room that smelled awful and was crawling with roaches. I reported the trash to the front desk but it wasn't removed until the next day. The breakfast that was advertised on line was a "grab and go" breakfast consisting of a small apple, muffin and a juice box. It was a disappointing experience.

I was traveling for work and just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep and check my email. The room was well-kept and clean, the bed was comfortable, and with the exception of a couple of late arrivals closing car doors (I'm a light sleeper) it was quiet. It was very convenient to get off and on the highway, and plenty of fuel stations nearby. I would stay at this location again if in the area.

I book this room because it showed to have breakfast. All it had was cold cereal, small but then in their original wrapper, tiny child size boxes of only apple juice no orange juice, and bagels. It was at a very small bar with no place to fit. They did have coffee. Om the previous night I stayed at Wyndham that served a hot breakfast. Hotels without hot breakfasts need to advertise continental breakfast not breakfast.

The place is a dump. The advertised "breakfast" was a brown bag with a prepackaged small muffin, a small cup of fruit and a small cup of fruit. Will never stay there again
