Check in was very smooth. The room was very clean & comfortable. Not enough towels, etc for 2 people. My son went to front desk and got more. The elevator on the 4th floor had a stuck button. Had to walk with my cane & luggage down to 3rd floor to catch it. A minor inconvenience. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. When we got off the elevator the smell of cigarettes and weed hit us hard. It was very strong and nasty. There were hairs in the tub. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

The room had a strong musty odor and FOUR noticeably dirty towels were neatly folded and hung in the bathroom as if clean upon check in. There were yellow stains on the bed sheet, water in the ice bucket, and dried shampoo on the shower wall. Multiple barking dogs from 11:30p-11a checkout, no follow up from manager as promised and requested, no offer to relocate nor rectify wrongs despite my call to the front desk. My stay was for 3 nights and I could not wait to fly out. If I weren’t on crutches due to an injury and solo, I would’ve checked out early and gone elsewhere. I wish I could upload my videos. I will never stay here again!

The room smelt a bit moldy and the air conditioner was old and actually blowing moisture to stain the mattress with mold. The shower had low pressure and would randomly turn very low pressure with cold water. The staff and property were average, wouldn’t be back.

The condition of the interior in our room was aged...the finish on the door handles were chipping or rubbed off, the carpet was dirty and sticky and there were silverfish and spiders in the bathroom. The lobby was nice but didnt have much available in the kiosk. We needed to use the public computer in the lobby to find a restaurant and it was incredibly slow. Great parking and our experience at this Holiday Inn was good, probably would not stay here again.

The carpet was filthy. I had to call front desk 2 times on TV not working. They told me the internet was out. After much discussion they moved me to another room and the TV worked but the carpet was filthy. I would never stay there again and they would not compensate me for anything. Just move me

The staff was great, but the property was dirty and out of date. We moved rooms twice before feeling comfortable. The first room had bugs in the sheets and the second room had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I was also charged twice, but as soon as I called they fixed it and issued me a refund of the double charge. The manager on staff that night was excellent and kindly moved us without hesitation and was very apologetic about the condition of the first two rooms.

The hotel was pretty clean overall. We stayed for one night in a king room. We had our little yorkie with us. We specifically asked for a room away from any exit doors but did not get it. This resulted in our dog barking until midnight because others that were staying there kept coming and going out the exit door that was 2 doors from us. We did specifically ask to be away from the exits. The carpet in this room was not very clean looking. Other than that it was clean enough. I was impressed with the Dove products in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, etc was all Dove brand. We would definitely stay there again if they can honor our request to not be by an exit or the employee areas as they are very noisy.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The lady who checked us in had no idea what to do, and then we were not given breakfast vouchers and the staff called us out publicly when we weren't aware/told to pay for breakfast, and we were embarrassed in front of everyone. So we went to get vouchers, only to be asked to pay more for an already awful hotel. It was so embarrassing for the staff to blame their incompetence on us. There was nothing that said the breakfast wasn't complimentary, and the lady who checked us in mentioned nothing about it. We had to find out by being called out in a very public way by the staff, it was mortifying. The bathrooms were also not necessarily great. The building was also hard to find, we drove past multiple times before we finally saw it hidden away. I was torn between this hotel and another when I was trying to find a place to stay for the weekend, and I greatly regret not just going with the other option. Won't be making that mistake again!

Property was clean. Rooms were spacious and clean. Entire property is very quiet. No road noise at all. Neighboring room noise was not at all noticable. I did have the front desk employee reassign my room to someone who then of course, tried to enter . Employee called me in the room to verify my reservation. Yes, you just checked me in 15 minutes ago! Another 15 minutes later, HE ENTERED MY ROOM UNANNOUNCED!! Why in the world would you have the need to enter a room you just verified was occupied?! The employees apologized, "I got the numbers mixed up." Really? Because you CALLED ME. Customer service has not been that helpful this moring (I have now emailed also. Let\'s see how that gets resolved). All in all property is great if you don\'t mind waiving your privacy rights.

I was surprised by the fact that a Holiday Inn do not offer a complementary breakfast or better said they told me I have to pay $10.00 and the breakfast menu is not even consider a continental breakfast. I travel a great amount because my job, Holiday Inn is our first choice when traveling disappointed if the brand goes in that direction on something that meaningful for the customer that travels.

The person checking us in wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I was told I had only purchased one breakfast—not two. The second breakfast was another $10. The original room price was $89. The option was “Breakfast for two—$10” which is what I chose. This made the price of the room $99. She said I hadn’t paid enough and expected us to pay the additional $10 even though I explained the Expedia website offered breakfast for 2 for $10. A second staff member listening to our conversation instructed her to ‘comp’ the second breakfast which she did. The hotel and Expedia need to clarify the costs. I’ve never had any issue like this before. The room was nice and floors were vacuumed. The bathtub faucet appears to need repair. The doors, woodwork and bathroom walls could use a good scrubbing. It was quiet—no noise from the hallway or outside. My husband liked the bed. The breakfast staff were very friendly as was the morning desk person. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, bacon, thick gravy & biscuits. There was yogurt, fruit, some pastries. I didn’t find the premade oatmeal appetizing. Orange juice was good. I would stay there again but would opt to have breakfast some other place.

Friendly when we checked in. Did nice job cleaning our room. Breakfast was extra nice. The chef made delicious scrambled eggs and potatoes in particular. It was appreciated. Sister thought the bed to much on top. I thought it was great for my hips. Hard for me to find a comfortable bed. Holiday In.n Express is my go-to hotel. Selection of pillow was nice as well.
