Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Brentwood

The hotel is old, dirty, and dated, the staff rarely cleans floors, etc. The pool is basically a kiddie pool too small and shallow for swimming laps. in the 3 days we stayed there (prepaid or we would have checked out) only once did they have the evening manager's cocktail event. Beer only. Premium cable TV would stop in the middle of watching a movie. It went in and out of service. They never cleaned the room or brought fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. We were very disappointed and felt unsafe with the lack of cleanliness. Do not stay here. There are numerous nice hotels in the area to rent.

We liked the way the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedding was nice with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The fridge was not small. The parking convenient and you could get into building at several locations. Two small problems: no safe and ran out of bathtub slip mats. Otherwise was a great value

Overpriced stuff in the tiny store, no restaurant onsite and tiny gym. Very uncomfortable pulled out bed.

The elevator closest to my room was out of order the whole time I was there. The juice machine was not operative for breakfast the whole time. The breakfast sausage was over cooked and dried up, every day. Always had fresh fruit available, lots of amenities at the property. Easy check in. Room was ready when I arrived and had lots of ammenities. Friendly staff.

We always enjoy our stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. Also appreciate when we do travel with our fur babies, they’re accepted. It’s our go to stop when visiting our daughter heading to MS.

It was very comfortable--sofa, wing chair, table, bed; but the heater blew cold air and was hard to get warm. Also not heated pool but was told there was; it wasn't working.

Huge disappointment. Expedia website messed up the reservations and refused to correct. We had to pay extra. Hotel was not clean. Never serviced the rooms. Cable TV kept going off. so could not finish watching movie. They only had the evening reception once with just beer or lemonade to drink. Pool is tiny and shallow. Suitable for a small group of children but not adequate to swim laps. Did not offer bottles of water to us as Hilton Honors members for over 35 years. It is an old worn out hotel that the staff does not clean very much. The 3 days we were there, the hallways were never vacuumed of trash and debris. Will never stay there again. Better hotels nearby.

We really liked the room, it was a suite and felt like you were in an apartment. Full is size small kitchen, living room and bedroom seperate which was nice. Property was nice and it was pet friendly so we got to take our Lil Tucker.

The bed was not clean there was boogers on the comforter. There was a yellow crusty stain on another bed sheet. The floor was not vacuumed. There was long black hairs stuck on the other bed sheet as well. To top it off the lady told me the manager would be calling me the next day to rectify this because it was way way way way below standards. This manager did not call me back. I called and was told he was busy and that he would call me later. 4 days later he still has not called. This was a very poor experience. I would not recommend spending your money at this hotel. Go elsewhere. I waited to see if he would rectify this before submitting a comment but he did not.

The staff, lobby, and the breakfast areas were very nice. However, our room was dirty. There were crumbs left on the table, the floor was dirty, there was trash left in the corners. The air conditioner made a horrible rattling noise that woke us up every time it cut on. The couch in the living room almost sunk to the floor when you sat on it. Plus, they did not have ice machines in the hotel. We had a refrigerators with a freezer, but no ice trays to make ice. Over all, I was really disappointed with our room.

There were dirty clothes from the previous guests we found on the floor, cabinet doors are falling off the hinges, Cheetos and crumbs were found when pulling out the sleeper sofa, carpets were dirty. We will not be staying here again.

Overall dirty. Multiple stains to furniture and carpet. 2 alive cockroaches found in just a couple hours. Refused to stay there with our children. When notifying staff of the room condition, no one seemed surprised and just asked if I wanted another room. My family and I left the facility.

We were stopping overnight after a long day of driving with a toddler, and unfortunately the check-in process was very frustrating. Our key card did not work, and we were asked to go up and down the elevator three times while staff tried to resolve the issue. The door never opened until a staff member eventually came up and let us into the room using a master key. We were told the issue would be fixed, but the key card never worked, which meant we had ongoing trouble getting in and out of the room throughout the night. After a long drive with a cranky toddler, this was especially exhausting. I reported the issue again to the front desk at checkout the next morning. Throughout this entire experience, none of the staff expressed any apology or concern for the inconvenience we faced. In addition, the room itself felt dated. The bathroom door was difficult to close, there were stains on the ceiling that appeared to be from a water leak, and the carpet seemed dirty. Overall, we did not feel the stay was worth the $175 per night we were charged, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Rooms are a good size

Pull out sofa was broken in 1st room so we were moved and the pull out in the next was gross looking and broke but we were tired and decided to sleep and make due. Beds were small and pillows flat. Hallways had peeling paint and wallpaper. The food for breakfast was was also under the normal homewood suites we expected.

I know 3 star hotels can vary. It is a decent hotel. But the bed was so hard, I woke up with horrible back spams both mornings.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. One of the bedrooms had double doors that had about a 1.5” gap between them when closed. So, no privacy. The other bedroom door wouldn’t latch so it wouldn’t stay closed. Also no privacy. There might as well have been no bedroom doors at all. It is clear the floors are having issues as they aren’t level and have drops in them. Close to $800 for two nights We will NOT be back.

The property is really showing it’s age, and is not being upgraded, refreshed or renewed. I stayed in the same two-bedroom suite this year as last (349), and the same one bedroom (336). Last year I complained about how saggy the couch cushions were and as a result how uncomfortable it was. Now, a year later, it is just a year older, a year saggy-er, and a year more uncomfortable. The rooms need a new paint job, especially the bedroom and bathroom doors. The fans and lights make flickering and squealing noises. Over all, it is much more of a two star property. …And breakfast really needs to move away from powdered eggs.

The room we were in was across from the stairwell, the hotel was full of kids in town for a sporting event and they ran up and down the stairs all night slamming the door. We called the front desk soon after checking I, about 6ish, because the light in the bathroom made a horrible buzzing noise. The front desk worker came and checked it, then said she would have to call in maintenance because they were gone for the day but no one ever came. When we checked out in the morning I reminded the front desk about the light and they had no idea what I was talking about.

We had a very nice stay. The room was good size with a nice kitchen area, and a couch and chair. Breakfast was great. Quiet location. We did not use the pool. Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant.

Perfect hotel for our family of four! It was close to shopping and having a kitchen was amazing!

Needs an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. We were on second floor - alot of noise from the room above us. Air conditioning unit which is in bedroom very noisy. Nice location.

I’ve been a loyal Homewood Suites customer for years, and the hotel was pretty much as expected. However, the toilet had major issues as it could not flush properly. There was a sign taped to the wall directing you to use the plunger under the sink and could dial “0” for assistance. I’m pretty easy going, but do not expect to have to plunge a toilet after every use. What gets me is that the hotel obviously knows there is a problem, but chooses not to address, which unfortunate for the next customer. Really unacceptable. When I told this to the young lady at the front desk upon check out, there was little response. Will not stay there again.

Staff was incredibly rude, dismissive and zero manners. (Chris was the only redeeming quality of the stay, thank you Chris for being kind, empathetic, and professional). I would never recommend this location due to the young lady that works the 7-3p shift. I’ve never been disrespectful or talked to so rudely. Hard to believe Hilton would employee someone with zero actual customer service skills.

Great area!

It was a good stay. Easy parking, plenty of places to eat, easy access from interstate. Room was comfortable, plenty of space. The breakfast was fine, with the normal stuff that all hotels provide. I would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. It's in a great location and quiet. Had a great stay. Only issue we had was the shower head would not adjust very easily.

Just a bit too far away from downtown for what we needed and nothing much going on in the immediate area.

The hotel was very nice, breakfast was decent, most staff was helpful and cordial. Did not enjoy a dog next door that never stopped barking. Also very convenient to a lot of places.

The Homewood Suites provide a nice bed and bathroom setup, and a kitchen with a microwave and small refrigerator. I love this location in Brentwood.

Facilities were generally clean and well kept. Staff was hard to find at times - front desk phone went unanswered late evening. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Very satisfied with the stay. Will consider staying again.

Breakfast was terrible. Most of the food was gone an hour before breakfast closed. Our room needed some maintenance. The entry/exit door hinge was broken and was difficult to open and shut. There was no in-room safe available, and there were stains on the walls. Additionally, the vent fan in the bathroom was filthy. We have previously had great experiences at Homewood Suites, but we will not be staying at this location again.

Hotel had a "classy" feel that we weren't expecting for the price. Excellent breakfast and my goodness that lemonade in the lobby hot the spot every time.

No fresh fruit at breakfast. No other juice besides orange. No milk other than cow milk.This has changed since last March. Why are they serving breakfast tacos every day?

The property is tired. Ceiling in our room was water damaged. Furniture is worn out. Breakfast area is nice but food was below average even for a hotel at this price point. Not terrible but not great.

Very good, quiet, and comfortable stay. The king size bed was very soft and comfortable. We had no issues everyone was very nice. Did not try the pool. The breakfast was great. Full continental breakfast. Everything was very good except the potatoes which were absolutely digusting for some reason. Not sure how you mess up potatoes. Dont let it stop you from staying here! Ill be back next time i come to nashville.
