Quality Inn

On website say pool, when I got there and telling me pool close. So I see the pool. It’s look like they haven’t open or clean since winter. Because I see plant grow on cover. And the area wasn’t clean. The food wasn’t enough. Fruit fly over food. The rent room smell horrible.

Property stated online it has a pool and fitness center. They had neither.

There is no sign telling visitors where this motel is. Almost impossible to find. I had to ask at two competing motel to locate it. The woman at the desk said "they" refuse to correct the situation. We did not stay for breakfast, since the coffee maker was broken. Otherwise, the room was perfectly decent. Oh, one other problem, the TV in the room was on Spectrum and impossible to navigate. We could not find any menu of programs. Absolutely weird. I'd recommend this motel to anyone arriving late and leaving early and has an phone that can lead them to the exact location (hidden behind a Marathon station). Otherwise, try something else.

Claimed to have a pool. Did not. MOTEL - not a hotel. Just a bad place.

The front desk clerk was nice enough but when I needed to pay over the phone she wasn’t very helpful. The pool was covered in a tarp full of leaves— that is the reason we got a room there — for the pool! Very disappointing.

The only stairwell was external to the building, littered with cigarette butts and an empty alcohol bottle that remained there the whole time. Room is in serious need of some renovation. Burnt out lightbulbs in some fixtures. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. We could have liked a couple more towels, which we could have had but would have had to ask for them.

The property was weed overgrown the sheets had burn holes in them the pool had a tarp over it. The property is in need of renovation the breakfast consist of waffles bagels and yogurt more continental than breakfast. Coffee machine made sludge unless you add hot water

The pool was not ready and the remote did not work for the T.V. When we call they never show up

The room served its purpose for an inexpensive stay, but old hotel, needs work. Looked like they had people living in the back, very dirty, broke down cars, pool closed, food truck out front that was smelly, trash on the ground and looked very low life. Towels had stains, bathroom smelled. But we were allowe to have our big dogs stay which was important.

The Quality Inn sign was not working, thank God for Google Map that it took us there because otherwise we would have not been able to find it. Everything was very different from what I saw on the website.

I can't fault the staff. The hotel was undergoing renovation but was musty and dirty. The toilet ran all night long and needed to be replaced. We actually left a day early and found a different location. The pictures show were not even close to the actual hotel.

We checked in about 4, checked out at midnight when roaches were crawling on the walls and in our beds. As soon as the lights went out they came out. One was on my child’s pillow. We checked out quickly.

This hotel is very dirty (food and drink stains running down the walls, stains on sheets and mattresses, gunk on and around the sink and toilet seat, trash and cigarette butts outside) and run down (rug was frayed and torn, bottom of bathroom door was falling apart).

It was dirty had bugs everywhere and did not at all look like the pictures. Wouldn’t stay again the door was broken horrible experience.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Urine on the toilet, hair on the floor, mold on the shower curtain, mirror covered in water spots, scum in the bathtub, wrinkly sheets as if left to sit in the dryer, trash on the sidewalk... I was afraid to walk on the carpet barefooted. Our prepayment was non-refundable or I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Yuk!!

It's a place to sleep for cheap but the property needs attention, the bathroom (shower) was very dirty and the bedding had tiny pieces of plastic or metal shavings on it. I thought it was bugs at first but it wasn't. Ended up stripping the bed and using a sleeping bag. They updated a few things like the furniture in the room but it was not placed on a level surface so all of the drawers stay open by themselves. The carpet was also lumpy and uneven. Not the worst I've seen but definitely not good.

Rooms very sparse and worn. Altho mattress and pillows fine. Surrounding area was less desirable than expected. Bathroom exhaust fan LOUD, but shower had good pressure.

Rooms are old and out dated tv was very fuzzy . Place did not look whatcthey had online . Photos are not what the rooms and hotel is today

Bed was comfortable slept well although air conditioner was very noisy No hot water Bathroom rather dirty Breakfast satisfactory All in all served its purpose and price was right! S

I rested well but the mattress on the bed was a little tired and worn. The dips in the mattress were pretty significant. I would stay there again.

The rooms are way smaller the advertised. Like only a walking path through the room. The microwave didn't work. Took 20 min to get food barely warm. Ended up eating it cold or went to the gas station to use there's. I got double charged because Expedia charges you and then when you get there they also charge your card. Walk

Hotel is older and not well renovated. Room had many broken fixtures and pictures were very misleading. Would not stay here ever again.

When booking I read the Hotels reviews only- this is one google reviews are far more honest. AVOID THIS PLACE! When checking in the woman was rude right off the bat in the reminder of a non smoking room which I explained I am not a smoker and why I rented the room. Got to the room it is NOTHING as it is shown. I did not get the room I paid for. I didn't even have an apporopriate work space as claimed even. The outside photo is the ONLY accurate photo at all. The rooms have air freshners that are entirely too strong. So strong that I left my stay one night early due to the fact I was depending on my medications & inhalers to breathe from how strong the fragrence was. This includes in the lobby of an entirely different smell which was on the other side of my room wall (room 108). As soon as you walk in the room its like a strong heavy amount of male cologne has been sprayed everywhere. For what I can only assume is for the smoking smell before. I checked out a night early, & right off the bat again the front desk ladies had an awful attitude and before asking assumed I wanted a refund which I did not. I wanted to go home & breathe. The woman did not care I was suffocating. We unable to sleep from all the banging that comes from the lobby area. Not to mention the Blood stains from bugs in bedding which is due to no housekeeping & letting the maintence person do two jobs at once I found out as they were okay expressing these things like it should make it okay. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It was mediocre until we had a worker first knock on our door the next morning about 9am, I told him we were going to checkout about 10:30, he said okay...We travel with our pets and we were out letting them go potty after he left. On our return we had a problem with our door card. So he left us in with his card...not more than 2 minutes later he proceeded to open the door and walk in without knocking even. He should've known we were still there and thank goodness my wife or I wasn't changing our clothes or other actions...

I have to give this place 2 Stars. Service was awful. Our rooms did not get clean we did not receive clean towels, there were gnats in one of the rooms, our remote did not work so we asked them to send someone they didn’t. The only this good about it was the beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. They did not even give us Wi-Fi password.

This is a double edge sword because the gal at the front desk was super helpful with check in, and even got me in earlier than I was expecting. The room however was a different story. 5 minutes in and I was noticing bugs! Cockroaches on the furniture and bed. I went down to immediately cancel and she was helpful and quick with that too, and even told me to have Expedia call her and she would confirm why I was cancelling. I am still trying to work out a refund… so hopefully that gets squared away.

Super Friendly Staff

Breakfast was fantastic! And the lil lady that checked us in and out was absolutely adorable!!

overall experience was quite positive. The staff and service were exceptional, and their attentiveness made my stay enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Notably, there was no soap provided in the toilet; only shampoo and conditioner were available. Additionally, the cleanliness of the surrounding area could have been better. Despite these minor issues, the excellent service from the staff made a significant difference in my overall impression of the stay.

These pictures are not at all representative of the property. It was so seedy and rough. I left without going in.I am a single seasoned female traveler. I did not feel safe.

I like The location of this facility.

This was a very convenient hotel to stay, just off the interstate. The staff was very welcoming and a little breakfast was limited, we were very happy to eat it. I felt that the bathroom needed a good scrub. The bed was comfortable and there wasn’t too much noise from the highway. We would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay in a great area close to everything we were doing including the Ark

I felt the outside needed a little work and could’ve been a little more cleaner, but the inside was very clean and nice. . I was very pleased..

It was Awesome, very nice staff, Excellent customer service, very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was great! My stay was awesome! Me and Max my dog enjoyed our stay. I will be back.

Listing was inaccurate. There was no English style breakfast.

Dirty. Smokers everywhere. Bed was comfy. Sheets decent. But ohhh it was dirty. The floors were absolutely disgusting. This is a stay at your own health risk place. Breakfast at least you could make mini waffles. Terrible coffee. I cant recommend it. I needed help with the shower. The guy walked in with his shoes on. No wonder the carpets so disgusting.
