The staff was very nice! The rooms and hotel were very clean in general. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection. The pool and hot tub were great! There were a few items that could have been updated but for the price we were very happy and comfortable! Its located 25 minutes from the Ark Encounter and Cattleman's Restaurant next door was fantastic!

Very clean, friendly staff. When I entered the room the smoke detector was chirping (low battery). Within 10 minutes they replaced it. Only disappointment was that the pool was "broke" and was unavailable. They did provide an alternative, could use of pool at their sister location.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool and hot tub. When we arrived they told us they were both out of service. There was no compensation as they said they had reduced the price of the rooms to account for them not being available. We booked this room months ago so we paid full price. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They did have rooms with hot tubs available but said we could not have one. Very disappointing. Breakfast was pretty good.

I spent lots of time looking for a hotel with a hot tub for a relaxing evening after driving all day. This hotel had great reviews and a hot tub, so I chose it. Once we checked it, we went to look at the hot tub, the roof was caved in, so neither the hot tub nor the pool was operational. This is something that the hotel should update on their site in real time. Other than that it was a good stay.

Was nice for an overnight stay. Pool/hot tub was closed and an inconvenience to walk over to the "sister" hotel during the winter, so we didn't use it.

The desk staff were exceptional and the breakfast well appointed. In the room the linens were crisp and clean however furniture had not been dusted in some time and the bathroom was only surface cleaned.

This hotel is really great for construction workers but that’s about it. The bedding and towels are old and very worn. The shower curtain was ripped. Not some place I would normally stay at. The room was clean but smelled like cigarettes.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The toilet seat was loose. ALL of the drains were slow (we had ankle deep water after a 10 min shower). The breakfast was not hot. Barely luke warm. Bathroom was dirty. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper.

Decor is tired looking, needs a complete refresh. Beds were soft in the middle, sheets were pilled and not fresh looking. Towels are frayed, need to be thrown away. Shower curtain was ripped in the holes.

The breakfast was fairly good and breakfast staff were very helpful. Our room was not clean. It smelled of mildew and I became sick with severe laryngitis after sleeping there for four nights. The carpet was absolutely filthy! One walk across it and our feet were covered with dirt, turning the shower floor brown.

This location is getting worn down. The room upon arrival was humid and uncomfortable, the thermostat didn’t work and the AC unit didn’t work properly. We had to run the unit on high, which sounds like a wind storm. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the ice bucket still had water in it and the lid had black mold on it. We had stayed here a few times before but this was not good. I shouldn’t have to pay for such a poor room. The front desk staff were fine.

While this hotel is older in some aspects (carpet, etc), they kept everything clean absolutely excelled in service! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, even quickly cleaning up after my daughter spilled her drink in the lobby. Housekeeping was wonderful in quickly helping me find a hair dryer when I needed one. Tanya the breakfast attendant was AMAZING and attentive, kept eveything full and fresh, and was so friendly and helped start our days off wonderfully. My kids loved the warm pool and hot tub, and the nightly popcorn and fresh cookies! We will definitely stay again!

This motel WAS NOT as advertised It was supposed to have kitchennet. The stove top was inoperable (rusted controls) and disconnected. there were no utensils at all. 2 plates and 2 bowls when we arrived. .

It took us going to 3 different rooms when we first checked in, after a long trip in. After unloading all our stuff, including food, we discovered the room's refrigerator didn't work. The second room we went to, the refrigerator worked fine, but the A/C /Heat did not work at all! Going to the third room, at least the blower was working, and the refrigerator was cool enough to preserve food from spoiling. A disappointing experience, but the front desk did do all they could to help.Usually our stays at this chain are good and uneventful. Here's to more of those!

We always have good experiences at Best Western Plus, and this was no exception. The room was probably the largest room we've ever been in. We were on the highway side of the motel and highway traffic could be heard, but it was not a problem sleeping. We would gladly stay here again.

The good the lady in breakfast area was super nice and attentive The bad noisy first night guy in room next to us was coughing all evening and could hear thru walls and under adjoining door (1 in space under each door) 2nd night family with kids not as noisy but very little dampening effect between rooms

Overall a decent stay. Room nice and big, quite quiet. Breakfast decent selection and very nice breakfast staff. Bed ok. Rooms could use a refresher and hallway carpets have seen better days.but overall good value and location.

I travel with a service dog. And the front desk person came into the breakfast area and told me I had to leave because I had a service dog with me. She said it was some kind of rules. I told her that service dogs are allowed to go anywhere. I showed her her service card and gave her a card that explains service dogs if she was not. aware of it she didn’t care and was pretty rude. I will never go back to that best western again nor any other if that’s the treatment I get with a service dog.

Unfortunately our credit card was charged twice, although the manager will refund one of the charges, I don’t understand how we could have been charged by two different venues???? Something surely doesn’t seem right

We had confusion on reservations, they refused to help and were asked directly about reservations prior to checking in. Was lied to. Then when they trough us out they packed our personal belongs without asking prior to check out time. I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years I will never return. And since I use it for sports weekend frequently have in the past brought s large group of athletes with us. Do not use this hotel no respect for guests

Entered to check in desk. Desk clerk was on the phone. She was helping an indecisive phone customer try to make a reservation. Two other inprocessing guests joined the queue line behind me. We waited, standing in line, for at least 10 minutes before she got off the phone. No apologies. No ‘yes sirs’, ‘no sirs’, ‘thank yous’. Overall, a very rude, tiring check-in.

Checking is was great, quick and easy! We had a first floor room which was very nice! The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed is comfortable (we had a king bed room) the air conditioning worked great! The room space was nice, big and roomy! The hotel is right off the highway and there’s several restaurants and gas stations right by the hotel. This was a one night stay during our travels to Gatlinburg TN. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

This was an amazing gem! Loved that right away we were greeted and taken care of. The manager said we would never want to stay anywhere else. I do feel like she checked all our boxes for a hotel! Amazing breakfast in the morning! Evening popcorn and cookies were amazing. Room had everything I needed to be able to work and allow my husband to still enjoy the tv and relax.
