Beste Lage. Gelungene Renovation, Schönes Zimmer mit guten Betten, Temperatur im Zimmer leider zu kühl und nicht regelbar. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ersetzt. Reception nicht durchgehend besetzt. Zwiespältiger Gesamteindruck.

Ottimo hotel camera conforto peccato che abbiamo trovato la camera non riscaldata, abbiamo rimediato noi stessi accendendo il riscaldamento però quando sanno che una camera verrà occupata noi avevamo la riservazione dal giorno prima la colf dovrebbe fare il controllo che tutto sia ok.

Arrived a few minutes later than expected (shortyl after 11PM) due to bad weather conditions. The hotel door was locked, nobody responded to the night bell. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night. That was very disappointing for me, because I expected the hotel to contact me, respectively offer me an option to access my room.

Je n'ai pas su me servir de la machine a café dans la chambre (boutons tous rouge bien que j'ai mis de l'eau). Mais café, thé, eau dans la chambre est très bien. Place de stationnement juste devant +++ quand il neige

Beste Lage. Gelungene Renovation, Schönes Zimmer mit guten Betten, Temperatur im Zimmer leider zu kühl und nicht regelbar. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ersetzt. Reception nicht durchgehend besetzt. Zwiespältiger Gesamteindruck.

Everything a bit dented and old, not clean (stains on carpet and towels), used capsules in the nespresso machine. Reception not staffed at most time involving a wait and when there cannot help. WiFi did not work despite asking multiple times. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

The team tries hard, but they are very limited in number and errands like fixing a hairdryer simply don’t happen. Room smelled mold. Noisy bar in front. Shallow pillows. Ultra expensive breakfast.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ausser zwei Sachen. Es war nicht möglich Kaffeerahm zu erhalten, obwohl die Nespressomaschine mit Café explizit erwähnt wird. Wir wollten ein späteres Checkout. Das Hotel war höchstens zu 25% belegt und unser Zimmer wurde nicht gebraucht. Trotzdem verlangten sie Fr 80.— um bis 16.00 h bleiben zu können und eine Gepäckaufbewahrung war auch nicht möglich.

Tout très bien. Petit déjeuner un peu cher (quoique je ne connaisse pas les prix suisses). Je n'ai pas su me servir de la machine a café dans la chambre (boutons tous rouge bien que j'ai mis de l'eau). Mais café, thé, eau dans la chambre est très bien. Place de stationnement juste devant +++ quand il neige

Lovely hotel, conveniently located close to train station and bus stops. Easy to get public transport. Hotel was clean, room was large. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of town, walking distance from the train station, from old town, and from the funicular. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities, the breakfast was hearty, and the staff were very pleasant.
