Seems like this location isnt managed much at all. Couldnt find an employee any time except check in. Mini fridge wouldnt get below 44 (unsafe temp) side doors did not lock or even close, soo not very secure.

Unsettling in cleanliness and apparent structural integrity. Pool was closed by the KC Health Department, unfortunate as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast included extremely limited options, and the appliances and serving areas were dirty. Cheap pricing (ish). Far from everything. Shuttle service from airport was convenient albeit a tad suspicious. Random wrapper on top of the bed upon arrival. Bathroom ceiling caving in. No water or vending area. Key card regularly ceased to function, requiring help from front desk staff each time. Huge bed in the King Suite! Best part of our stay was the gas station in walking distance. They at least had water, tampons, and coffee. Serves just fine solely as a place to sleep. Don’t expect glamour or even general comfort. Spend your money elsewhere, probably. Best wishes to any employees who are trying to give guests an enjoyable experience.

The parking lot was overcrowded with cars no where to park. The elevator was sketchy it shakes and rocks and makes weird noises and having a kid with us. He was scared to even use the elevator. We woke up the next morning to check out and the whole hotel smelled like marijuana. This should be unacceptable for a hotel.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and when I arrived, it was shut down and had been shut down for a month. By the health department. The ceiling was falling down on the second floor. There was broken floor tile in the bathroom that someone had used caulking to Try and repair. There was a broken light switch just a few inches from the shower and the showerhead was unscrewed spraying water everywhere when I turned it on. One of the electrical receptacles next to the desk was loose and short-circuiting. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy behind the desk, claimed to be the manager, but then recanted and apologized for lying to me. This place is an utter disaster and needs to be shut down by the health department. They blamed the Expedia not their website about the pool closure. They failed to maintain their breakfast area so many other guests were unable to utilize the continental breakfast. There was little to no managerial oversight for this facility. It was a complete abomination and the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 45 years on this planet.

It was so terrible . It smelled like a rotting body. Filth There waa food in the bed frame. A eaten chicken in the fridge. The battub faucet came out of the wall. The odor was so overwhelming . We opened window sprayed perfume. The bedding had stains. The bathtub had black coming out while shower was on. The carpet was black with filth. The pool was shut down by the health department. I am calling wyndham and filing a complaint.

Everyone was great. Room very clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the indoor pool was not heated and very cold. Could not enjoy the pool which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Other than the pool being cold, everything was Awesome!!!!

Only stayed one night. Hard to open door to room because carpet was blocking it from opening. Room had a weird almost mildew like smell and dampness. This place was a dump in every sense of the word. The front desk service was awful and incredibly rude. There was no complimentary breakfast at all. The place was so dirty, old, and run-down. Linens were old and ratty. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Pay a little more and stay in one of the neighboring airport hotels. This was bad, bad, bad!

We got to the hotel and was given a room key. Me and my family go to that room and there is someone in it!! We have to go back to the service desk and the reception argued with me! The whole hotel smelled of weed and smoke even thought it’s smoke free.

Did not get the rooms I booked just gave me anything and they were dirty was bugs crawling on bed they changed one of my rooms but still wasn’t clean smelled like urine and had to keep asking for stuff because it wasn’t in the room just one disaster after another I feel they really didn’t want to be bothered it was weird from the time we checked in rooms and hallway smelled like smoke and that was from the workers that lives there

Upon arrival, it appeared they are understaffed. There was a note at the counter stating they went to the airport, and would be back shortly. Each person we encountered behind the counter had no personality. There was a side door to go outside to take our dogs to go to the bathroom. The door would not work from the inside, so we had to go out through the lobby, then around to the side. The free breakfast was terrible coffee,, bananas, yogurt, and oatmeal packets, nothing else. We had two rooms, and found roaches in both rooms. There is a metal base around the bed that sounded like a gong everytime you get in and out of the bed. Water stains in the ceiling. I personally would not recommend this place.

we stayed for two nights over a Friday to Sunday stay. The room was quiet and linens were clean. However, the amount of grime and filth in the bathroom was hard to take. Lots of mildew on the tiles and corners, the bathroom fan vent was completely cover in dust and dirt. The shower curtain had not been changed out from the last visitor and it had something funky on it. There were un-spackled holes in the wall from a previous toilet roll holder. The bottom inside of the bathroom door had a large hole in it. Dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom. The shower rod could have used a new paint job where it attached to the wall. No ice bucket. No ice bag. Beds were ok and the table and nightstand area seemed fine. We were in Room 205, July 25-27th. There seems to be a trend that hotel chains are being managed by people who bring the standards of 3rd world cleanliness to the USA. This is not acceptable if you are then going to charge 1st world prices. We have clean water and disinfectants and expect them to be used. MUCH more thorough cleaning needs to be done at this hotel in order for me to return or reccommend.

This property needs a major renovation. Our room had a metal platform to hold the mattress which made bang when you got up, a corner green vinyl seat from a 1960’s sectional, an outside chair and a dirty old “loveseat”. I wore my light gray socks while there and the next day they were chocolate brown. On the plus side, no bedbugs…we stripped the bed down to the mattress based on other reviews. If you park there long term, the manager holds your key until you return. You get what you pay for but we’ve stayed in other budget friendly hotels and didn’t have this experience. Stay away!

This is an old hotel that has seen better days. The staff is poorly dressed and hard to understand. often several of them are gathered in the lobby on their phones, and other devices instead of the office booth. The rooms are spartan and have old furniture. The shuttle doubles as a equipment van.

This hotel was the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed. Nice size room, carpet is very outdated, walls and windows are very thin. Bathroom ceiling tiles cracked amd sagging. Toilet has been caulked and is very wobbly. Shower curtain would not close all the way due to curtain rod being broke, nor did it drain very well. Elevator sounds like it could stop working at anytime. Does not have good parking lot either. Allows pets throughout hotel. Can here them barking in the middle of night as well as tv in rooms next to you. Pool is on first floor could hear everyone in pool in my 2nd floor room

Room was left dirty when we arrived. No other rooms were open, so the front desk offered to have our room deep cleaned. When we came back four hours later, our room had still not been touched and a dirty bra was still on the floor. We left at 9 o’clock that night to try and find a room for my family of five.

The guy who checked us in was amazing! Very friendly, sweet, and funny! I bought two rooms and both were excellent. The pool was cold but excellent as well. Overall I had fun, just like he said I would.

Key didn’t work at check in. Came back to the front desk to find the clerk was also the airport shuttle driver. Had to wait 20 min to get our room key when he returned from the airport. The elevator was dirty, so were the stairs and hallways. There is an over powering smell of air fresheners in the hallways. The building was very warm and the ac was not on in the hallways. Room was not the cleanest, and the fridge didn’t work.

Zero positive to report about this property or how it\'s been mngd/maintained aside from the fact they didn\'t argue about cancelling the room with full refund. Arrived to a worn out looking entryway, sticky lobby floors (yup... sticky),ayupa dishevelled front desk. Add some foul chemical-flowery deodourizer smell like cheap potpourri to that mix. On the desk was a sign that did NOT look like it recently put out..... "Pool Closed For Maintenance Sorry for Any Inconvenience, Mgmt". When I suggested a rate reduction due to the amenity being unavailable, clerk snickered through a "no, sorry we can\'t do that". Same clerk then yammered and muttered in punjabi (yes, I\'m loosely familiar with the language) on a personal call through his earbuds while he ran my card and checked us in. Gave it a chance and took the key cards anyway given we\'d been on the road all day and needed to crash. Elevator was beat up and produced a noise that made me question whether or not it could even do the job, and hallways and room were dark and dingy and stank of the same fragranced deodourizer from the lobby. Not even CLOSE to the images presented online. Not even close. Beds were so crooked out of level it was visible to the eye, carpet itself felt as if there was some sort of filthy residue all over it, furniture was mismatched and of garage-sale quality, and beds looked as if a disgruntled 9 yr old made them up. Would rather have slept in my truck. We reeked of the place after 2 min in the room. Gross

This place was ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly or available most of the time. It’s like you had to hunt them down and they were not very welcoming. The room overall was pretty good - clean, nice bed and quiet. We did have to ask for extra of everything since it was the bare minimum - blankets, pillows, toilet paper and towels. They didn’t provide any washcloths. I’m used to a Comfort Inn but I think I will stay at Holiday Inn next time for a convention.

The hotel location is really good. Beds and air conditioning were good. What can improve 1) Bathroom looks really old and fan is bathroom was super noisy. Bathroom definitely needs some remodeling 2) The breakfast was ok. Wud require the pan cake maker and toaster cleaned better. It looked rusty.

We just needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. Was only going to be there for sleep basically, so didn't want to spend much on a room. You get what you pay for, and we didn't expect much, but this hotel was fine. A little run down, the beds weren't very comfortable, and it just had an old hotel smell. We had to leave before breakfast was served, but I like that it was offered. Staff was very nice.

The breakfasts were extremely limited. The facility was clean, but a cleaning solution was used that left a very undesirable smell in the lobby and dining area. There was much evidence of "do-it-yourself" repairs that don't meet professional standards. The staff was present, but generally not helpful. This hotel is not worthy of the Days Inn brand.

The staff were always available and friendly. Which is why I’m giving this facility 2 stars. The facility smelled musty and of old smoke. Light switches were difficult to find in the room and some of the lamps had been unplugged, so it was difficult to get around to start. There was only one towel in the room when we indicated there would be two people. The breakfast buffet was extremely limited, with only oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. No protein available of any sort. The elevator was making some severe jerking motions the one time we rode it and we were concerned we would get stuck in it. And by the next morning it was out of commission.

The products used to clean room are so over powering. The walls are thin and could hear next door shower ar 4:45 am and tv until 1:00 am. Free breakfast is one yogurt per person, toast, cereal or waffle. Flight delayed, check in was midnight. Staff was wonderful.

The place was clean. We had booked one of the rooms to be a bigger unit. It was barely bigger than the other unit. The pool was small but the littlest had fun nonetheless. Pool open times are ridiculous. Breakfast times and options were unsatisfactory. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

I had to stop here overnight while I was driving my way from Omaha to Dallas. I checked in pretty late, still the front desk staff was welcoming. Early morning breakfast started at 5 AM, which was great for early morning travelers.
