Parking in front limited in evening but well lit and back entrance with key

We had our truck window broke out and items stolen from our truck when it was parked overnight in the parking lot facing the front of hotel. 3 other vehicles had windows broken out and things stolen also. We found out from people who stayed there last year it happened then also. Need to have better security in the parking lot! The spa was water was lukewarm. Carts for suitcases were parked in our room.

Parking lot doesn't seem safe, garbage all around the building, the lock on the back door is taped so it doesn't lock, I had to connect the HDMI to get the TV working, the pool is freezing but clean, out of bread at breakfast. All around I wouldn't recommend unless you had no other choice.

Room was clean and pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. We had issues with our key reader to our room. It would take about 10 tries before the light Would turn green and there was no remote for the living room tv

Clean large suite room. Comfortable beds . Good breakfast. Nice pool, but hot tub was not working... only complaint for our 1 night stay.

We stayed for 5 days - hotel room was older but nice, clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were very nice! One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it included breakfast. Breakfast was the same every day ~ it was just "ok" ~ not a lot to chose from and was missing some of the staples other hotels usually offer (i.e. yogurt, hard boiled eggs, granola bars, etc) For the price I'd stay again - but would plan on eating breakfast out a few days.

Took awhile to check in, only one person working. We paid extra to use the pool and hot tub and it was closed because of an issue. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Hot tub was broken. There was a lot of noise in the hotel. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night. It is close to Tanger outlets and nashville...so that's nice.

Jacuzzi was not operating although they said it would be fixed the following day Pool was very cold

Very clean and super nice staff. However the hot tub was broken and that’s the whole reason I picked this hotel. The pool was freezing as well so the kids didn’t even swim. Pretty disappointing

Our room was clean, but my friend stayed there right after us and her room was not clean. Our room was on the freeway side of the building and the road noise is very loud. Vending machines didn't work and I asked to have a light that flashed incessantly fixed in our room and they didn't take care of it. Staff behind the counter were not professional in demeanor or dress. I appreciated the fitness center and I saw many people enjoying the pool. It served its purpose, but if you are looking for an exceptional experience this is probably not the place to be.

The staff was really nice. Anything I needed they were right on it and they asked me multiple times if any stay was pleasant. The room was clean. I didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. My bed sheets were changed everyday and they gave new towels and hand towels every day. The kitchen was clean. It wasn’t really a kitchenette but i appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave. Nice stay and a really good location. Right off of I24. I enjoyed the compliment breakfast, I just wish there was more variety of hot foods.

I found two cockroaches in the room

Dirty overall. Not pleased with the conditon of the room. Very dirty baseboards in the bathroom and tub wasnt very clean. The shower curtain had what looked like a burn hole in it. 2 of the outlets by the bed did not work and the lamp did not work.

Customer service and comfort fine but the condition of the room was absolutely horrible. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The bed had hair on the blankets and was stained with urine and blood. I wiped down the chair with a washcloth and it was brown with dirt. The cleanliness of the room ruined everything else for us.

We got there at approximately 9:30pm to check in. It took us over 20 min to get checked in because there was a line out the door. Our girls were ready to swim after a long day of travel, but only had about 10 min because the pool closed at 10. We rushed up to our room they changed and headed straight to the pool. When we got back to the room we were surprised to find roaches in the bathroom. The hotel overall was dingy and smelled. The pictures and ratings were deceiving. We thankfully got our money back and found a different hotel at 11pm.

When I arrived at 2am on 4/6 I was told that my stay for 4/5 would be decreased due to the time I arrived. Imagine my surprise when I checked out I was charged for the entire stay. When entering my room I noticed something on the pillow that I thought was a bug, but it was lint. So, this prompted me to pull the covers back and I found two big hairs in the bed. I called the attendant and he “up graded” me and my family to a “suite”! Before leaving the room I noticed the bathroom had a leak by the toilet. The next room was dirty as well; the bathroom sink and tub were not clean. I used one of the towels and the soap to clean the sink and the tub as best as I could. This place is situated by the highway and the windows are old, so we heard every single car that passed by. The place is by a pool hall and it looks and feels as though you are in a rough part of the city. If my trip was longer I would have changed hotels. I will never use this hotel again.

The property and area directly around the property was disgusting. We did not feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot. The toom and lobby was old and run down. The carpet was wirn and dirty. The tub was stained. The TV and most outlets did not work. The entire hotel smelled not of cleaning agent but iof strong deodorizor designed to cover up bad smells. We left after 15 minutes and drove 10 miles to find a decent place to stay.

After reading reviews (after booking) I was nervous to say the least. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was kind, the pool area was nice, and it was a good location (other than it not being the easiest place to pull out of). If I ever travel to this area again, I would consider booking at this hotel again.

Room was clean. Bathroom layout was odd. Batteries on the TV remote kept falling out because the cover was missing. Had to turn the volume up to 100 to hear the sound. Our room was about 50’ from a train track. Seemed like one came through blaring its horn every 90 minutes or so. We left some clothes in turn closet (our fault) and it took about 6 phone calls to get them to help us get our clothes back. The place was clean. The breakfast was average, although the coffee was pretty bad. And we’re not coffee snobs. Won’t be staying there again, it wasn’t the worst experience we’ve had.

This place has the most comfortable beds! We will be back for a quick stay. It was convenient right off the highway, clean, and reasonably priced.

This is a cheap hotel. It's very noisy due to the highway and train track. It's not fancy at all and could use some updates.

I like the pool area, everybody was having fun. Something I don't like to much was that my bathtub plug wasn't working so that's why we move to the pool area but it was nice because we had a good time.

Outdated toets and shower pressure was low. Toilets should be elongated and chair height... modern

Room was massive

Didn’t use most of the amenities however the location was a bit sketchy….Rooms were basic and good for sleeping…. Even Room numbers are facing the train which passed at all times of the night and used the horn so a 3am wake up was not good at all. Especially when it wakes up a toddler as well….

I was so surprised at how big the room was. I thought it was just going to be one room with a king size bed, and a bathroom. We walked into the room and we were standing in a huge living room with the TV and the desk. We went into the next room and saw a huge bedroom with a king size bed and a TV also. The short version is simply this the room is outdated. We put food in the refrigerator and in the morning it was all frozen. It wasn’t vacuumed very well. There is a pill laying on the floor by the bathroom so that means the room is never swept. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows were awesome. The TVs were great and had lots of good shows. There is a round stool that had rips in the cover. The chair at the desk had one of the arms material ripped off. There were a few lights burned out, one for a reading light by the bed . I can put up with all of this since we got such a huge room for $69 plus taxes and fees. Everyone working there were very and very very kind. I would recommend this if you’re not the kind of person that has to have everything, but you can’t beat the size of this room for that prize.

The room we had was fine - clean, comfortable. BUT, the tv (and not just ours!) had function issues, there was NO WIFI in our room - we had to take our laptops down to the breakfast room to do anything online, the room/outer door key cards worked about half the time, both clocks in the room displayed the wrong time (I reset both). It's like the absolute bare minimum is done here.

Overall our stay was ok. Next time I would ask for a room facing the back bc of traffic noise. Our room was very spacious and clean except for the stained sofa. Breakfast was appreciated but very average. Check in was easy but it was difficult to understand the employee bc of his accent but he was very nice.

First,i want to share how clean our room was! Tidy, sanitary, smelling good. Property upkept & possibly newly renovated. The bad - Outside side doors were all unlocked so anybody could come in to the property without needing a key card. Not safe! Hot tub luke warm & no working jets. Ice cold pool. Some random man sitting alone, in the dark on the phone. Scared us when we walked in (8pm). He had the lights turned off and was sitting there in the dark. Terrible front desk staff. Check-in was strange. Arrived about 6pm & nobody was at the front desk. All was silent & it was unnerving. Waited for a couple of minutes standing there. Then said "hello" a few times to see if they just didn't hear me come in....nope. nothing. Waited about 5 more minutes & then went outside where my husband was waiting for me to tell him i don't think anybody was working. Checked the hours & my reservation to make sure i didn't make a mistake. I was at the right location. Went back in to see if somebody had shown up at the desk. Nope.said hello another time to let anybody know i was there. By now it had been about 15 minutes. I searched the hotel number and called the front desk & it rang for a solid 2 minutes but nobody answered. Went back outside to wait for another 5-10 minutes. Came back in & a teenage boy finally walked around the corner to the counter to help us check in. He was quiet & unhelpful with the process & seemed bothered when i asked where to park for easier access to our room.

Staff needs improvement. The guy that assisted us during check in was nonchalant and not welcoming. We were not greeted and was told that it only cash deposits even though I had a card on file. The room was okay, not completely satisfied with it. Alarm clock didn’t work, toliet was not properly or fully clean, nor were there cups for coffee. The breakfast was absolutely gorrole

Stayed twice when I flew in to Nashville and when I flew out. The front staff were excellent during check in and check out. Shout out to Hanna with her welcoming smile and her professional manner.

Chis that checked us in was very nice and polite. The other staff not as friendley, the room by ours smelled like weed, and the workers Wednesday night at the front desk was swearing at two women, telling them to get the F out, that was uncalled for and wasnt handled in a professional manner at all. When we nooked our room it said it had a pool and hot tub, we get there and the pool and hot tub was closed due to renovation, they should of put that on the site.

Everything was at the level of expectation I had for the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The lady working the kitchen on 5/4 was really good! She made sure everyone who came down had something to eat and was just really nice in her ways of dealing with people.

My adult daughter and I came with our spouses. We arrived at different times. Upon arrival both times there was not an attendant at the front desk. We had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to check in. After she told me I called to see about checking in because we were 5 hours behind them. I was on hold for 25 minutes before they told me I could not check in. Tried to grab a drink from the vending machine. Lost 3.00 and then after we found the front desk guy (10 minutes) he argued the we never put money in. We stayed three nights. There was NEVER an attendant at the desk. At one point there were 5 people trying to check in/out on Saturday morning and we stood around for 15 minutes for someone to show up. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Hotel is very convenient to airport and other activities we had scheduled. Front desk staff was very nice. Nice options for meals and shopping close by.

Property is hard to get in and out of when there’s traffic in the area. Rooms were clean and staff members were nice.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Didn't swim, but indoor pool looked clean enough. Other people enjoyed it. Showers are just ok. Old school heat/ac in the wall with no thermostat. Getting in and out was tough. But easy drive into downtown.

I actually never checked into this hotel for our stay. Upon arrival I was immediately unimpressed by the location. It located immediately off the expressway and adjacent to a bar. I did not feel safe with my family. Upon entering the building, there was an awful smell and the building appeared to be extremely aged. I waited for over 10 minutes while one employee assisted two other people. There was another employee present behind the check in counter, but he did not assist anyone. After waiting for some time, my husband and I decided we did not feel comfortable staying here and we proceeded to leave. The marketing of this property is very misleading. We have since called Hotels.com and requested a refund.

Easy access from i-24

Nice hotel. It’s got a pool hall next door if you are into that kind of thing. My only problem was the intersection getting into this place is a little dangerous.

Hard to find and down dead end road that didn’t seem like a real road. Felt unsafe in the neighborhood.

Convenient to highway

Bed & pillows were above average. Price was good. Cleanliness was below average. Old soap in shower and hair in shower and on the bathroom floor. Lotion dispenser by sink was empty. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but not bad for price.

It was a fine stay for a quick overnight to get some sleep before getting back on the road. Had a bit of a musty smell in the hallways, but the room was fine. IT was very humid outside, so that could've contributed to the smell. The breakfast was quite limited. The quality of the scrambled eggs and sausage patties left a lot to be desired. The eggs resembled reconstituted dehydrated eggs and the water content was high. Sausage was cooked a bit long. The toaster worked great and was faster than most hotel toasters. The food did the intended job, but I wish I'd have just skipped it and hit a drive through before getting back on the road. Overall, my stay was ... ok.

It was fine for an overnight stay during a road trip. The reviews were good so we chose this hotel. The room was okay, but a tad dreary. The pool and hot tub looked nice, although I didn't swim. The breakfast was fine. We arrived at 8:45 and by 9:00 the staff started making announcements that they were closed. We were finishing our breakfast and the worker asked us to take our breakfast to our rooms because she had to clean. Personally, there were a lot of other things she could have been cleaning so there was no need to rush us out of there. I travel often and all over the country, and this has never happened to me during my travels. I paid to stay there and could have been given the courtesy to finish my meal without being forced out of the room. Weird business practice. I don't think I would return. But if people are looking for a decent and clean enough stay, this one will do.
