Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Near Tanger Outlets I-24 Antioch

We had a late check-in, the key card to room and outside wasn’t working had to go back and wait for staff. In the morning, the shower wasn’t working; we didn’t have time to call service desk and figure it out. We had to check out without taking shower. When I told desk staff, he said we did something wrong and sorry we couldn’t figure out. When I asked for partial compensation for the inconvenience; he said we only paid $89 for the room, what did I expect?. Pretty rude and disrespectful and walked away; and said to leave. Very disappointed, never had anyone be so rude.

The hot tub was a bit cool but the staff quickly adjusted once notified. Will stay again in the future.

Very noisy! Too close to interstate. Could hear the people above flushing toilet, could hear people simply walking down the hall or above. Very clean and friendly but we didn’t sleep.

The staff was extremely rude and considering how the area was upon arrival to the hotel, it would have made the stay an okay experience (although not as safe) if the staff was nice and made guests feel welcomed as opposed to treating customers crazy. The room was fairly clean, but all the accommodations, the attitude of the staff, and breakfast were all awful in comparison. If I could have just canceled the reservation the day of, and gotten my money back, I would have. Will not ever be back, honestly.

Hot tub could be little warmer but everything else was great loved it and was very clean
