Breakfast was good but not great. Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. They keep the water heater set to the minimum so hot water was a joke until we co.plained and they told us to "leave it running" but i literally waoted 20 minutes and it didnt get hotbuntil after i complained so maybe they adjusted it afterward. Also they dont have doorstops in the main hallways so tjey use rolled up towels shoved between the door and carpet to keep doors open. Pool was nice and everything was quiet and clean. Would stay again though it was a nice hotel though not perfect.

Sofa bed not cleaned. It was still out. Cleaning supplies left in the room as well as dirty towels . As if the room wasnt done being cleaned. The quality of the furniture is poor. Stained wood table and closet door rails wouldnt allow door to close. Hotels.com pictures of this place are completly old or false. And for sure it would have been nice to know the pool wasnt clean and the jacuzzi didnt exist anymore. Definitely not recommend.

We were set up on the 4th floor which was under construction but yet the hotel failed to disclose this information. The floor hall way smelled like a sewage. There were construction pieces all over the floors. It took a long time to get water.The room we received had a stain on the sheet. There was what appears to be a blood stain on the shower wall. The were hard to turn on. They moved me to the room next door and it wasn’t much better either.

The hotel has an aweful smell being masked by a deodorant. The lobby isn’t bad but once you get in the room , you can immediately smell it. Our oom was on the second floor and the other room was on the first floor and both were the same. Will not stay here again.

First thing when we arrived, open bathroom door and 2 roaches went running. The towels in the bathroom have horrible oder‐ when laying in bed, the smell of urine kept coming around me. Maybe from the carpet?

We checked in very late and had to be on the road by 6 or I would have demanded a different room or refund. The room smelt terrible. There were holes in the carpet throughout the room, the thermostat didn’t work- it was so hot! And the bedding for the pull out sofa bed was used (dirty) thankfully we had a few extra blankets and a pillow we packed to have for use. The two queen beds, the mattress was so worn out that even the slighter movement caused a loud squeaking noise so anytime someone moves we all woke. We have stayed here every year for the last 4 years and never had anything like this- which is why I was so surprised and very very disappointed. This room was terrible

When i got to my room, the carpet in my room had just been shampooed, and it was soaking wet! My socks were soaked! They offered to move me later, after I complained. They should KNOW if a room has been shampooed. Not impressed at all with this place for over $200.

Very disappointed that this carries the Marriott name. There was renovation going on but no excuse for the lack of the hot water, canned lights are poorly affixed to the ceiling soffit, horrible mattress and pillows - literally sank to the bottom so it felt like I was on the slats of the bed and I only weigh 115 lbs. This is sooo not the Marriott quality experience I'm used to. This was a terrible renovation and reopening! Stay closed until you get it right.

My wife & I traveled here for a weekend get away. The front staff was quick to get us checked in, our room was clean, cozy, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great, kitchen staff was great & everything was more than what we expected. I’m really happy with our decision to stay here. There is a huge shopping center across the street with various restaurants & food options. Wonderful experience.

After a 5 hour drive, I arrived to the property at around 11:30p. Nobody was at the front desk and it took 20 minutes to find someone to check me in. Room was not a Fairfield quality room. Decor was very 1990 and the bathroom did not have any bar soap.

The bed was very lumpy with deep indentations, the refrigerator was not working and one of the lamps was not plugged in. There was NO Hot water. They were able to move us to a room with hot water; however, our relatives were not so lucky. They never had hot water.

The people & breakfast made it worth it. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly. The breakfast was jusy what needed. The room was good. I like the separate from the bedroom sitting area with a tv. The sofa was worn/looked a bit dingy & needed a comfy cover if not replaced. The lights had some electrical issues and one lamp was dusty. The shower/plumbing was a little lacking on water pressure and effectiveness. The Netflix remote buttons were a little lousy and the Samsung Smart tv had sound issues with moments of cutting out occasionally. Most of the pillows were lumpy. The rooms weren't soundproof, so I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. I was disappointed that the laundry was an extra cost instead of being included. There were stray cats outside (I'm terribly allergic). I was given an upgrade upon arrival, which was thoughtful/kind, but wasn't given options. I was put on the 4th floor & would have preferred ground level or the 2nd. Even with the critiques, I'm satisfied.

Our stay was great and we were very comfortable with our room and beds. The only issue was an unrepaired hole in the carpeting in front of the refrigerator and the bathroom floor needs a re-model due to the low sinking spot in front of the vanity. Could be hazardous. Wallpaper is stained and peeling . Location was great and close to everything. For the most part we were happy with our spacious room which had a separate sitting area with couch and tv. Amenities were great and staff was very friendly.

This hotel over did themselves! We were amazed at how nice and friendly everyone was! The Night Shift lady was so helpful and patient with us . The breakfast was delicious and they even went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean! We will definitely come Back to this hotel :) thank you to all the staf on Aug 25/26!

I arrived in town early and was able to check in a couple of hours early free of charge! Traveling with little ones as a single mom isn’t always easy and being able to check in early was such a blessing! I will definitely be staying here again!

I booked a room with two double beds and a sofa bed and the receptionist said that we weren’t getting the room with the sofa bed and since I had booked with Expedia that there was nothing she could do. I offered to pay for a pull out bed and she wouldn’t even try to help do that or help better the stay.

For being a Marriott, it was horrible. There was electrical tape on the carpet to hold it together. Tiles were broken in the lobby. The electrical outlets in the lobby had no covers. Breakfast was horrible and the lady attending breakfast changed the channel to what she wanted. The mattress was sunk in. The air conditioner didn’t work and they did send a person, but it still didn’t work throughout the night. When you walked in what ever chemicals they use to clean stink up the entire hotel. Way over priced for a horrible stay.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. I'm embarrassed for you. Frozen burritos still in wrapper served, waffle maker wasnt working 1 individual box of cheerios available turkey sausage patties served but no eggs no potatoes rye bread bagle or english muffin salsa available but for what looked like they begged neighbors for anything available for the price of the stay and Marriott name expected better than that best western has had better and at least options totally embarrassed for you staff was wonderful beds comfortable but that's it
