This hotel is in a great location. We had a wonderful room with an outdoor fire pit close to the pool and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

This Marriott truly disappoints. Mattress was *extremely* uncomfortable. Mildew in shower curtain. The one person at the checkout desk was rude, no smile, no greeting, did not ask how the stay was, did not say thank you, did not bother to speak much or give the slightest smile, no eye contact; it really made me wonder why she was hired to do that job in the first place. Some staff members were helpful but this one person at checkout truly killed the team efforts. This is the worst Marriott and one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, and I traveled a whole lot.

The bed was terribly old and uneven. I am not a picky traveller but I had to change a room because the mattress was in such bad shape that when I slept in it, my shoulders sank into a hole. My shoulders literally were lower than my legs. They agreed to change the room for me and I appreciated it. When I checked out, the person at the reception desk could not bother to greet. She looked angry, no eye contact, and said no more than 10 words in the entire checkout process. She did not even say "thank you." She had to one of the rudest hotel reception desk person I have ever had in all the years of extensive travels I had. I am a very high level Marriott member. This is the worst Marriott I ever stayed at and the checkout person was the rudest I have ever met. I will never stay at this Marriott again. It's that bad!
