Think of it as a baseline efficiency and everything is an upgrade. The room was clean and well organized. I didn’t have a problem with noise. The “free Wi-Fi“ for one (1) device per day, seriously. You can get up to three devices for $10 per day for regular Internet and $20 a day for premium Internet… It’s an efficiency but it doesn’t come with pots or pans, you can bring your own or buy a little set at the front desk for $20-30. Room service is once every two (2) weeks. Two towels and two washcloths; you can bring your own, wash the ones that are there, or pay them $10 to exchange for a fresh set. Mine had a full-size refrigerator a nice kitchen layout with storage above and below, an ample dresser with 50 inch TV, and cubbies over the clothes hanging area. Bathroom was ample.

Over all it was a good place to stay. It's well insulated so it's not noisy. Heads up: the only thing inside the room beside furnishings are 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 2 ice cube trays. If you happen to not bring a microwavable cup, instant coffee or coffee maker you won't have any.

The place was relatively clean in the hallways. There was a small check in desk area, but they do not offer any complimentary incidentals, as we asked for a toothbrush and they had none. The whole building had two vending machines with limited choices. The room was clean but there were only two very flat pillows on the bed and they did not have any additional ones to offer. The bedding consisted of a sheet and thin blanket. While the room is for extended stay and had a kitchenette, there were no utensils of anything to cook in or eat off of. The windows have blinds but no curtains. The rooms are not noise proof so you hear all noise from the hallway and other rooms. If you want to access anything on your phone or computer, you'll have to pay for WiFi. The room offers one person very basic Wi-Fi for free, but it's nearly impossible to do anything with it. A plus was it had good water pressure in the bath however you'll have to bring your own hair dryer and there are no complimentary shampoo or conditioner. You get one bar of soap and two plastic cups. There is no coffee machine. Our stay was one night and it's a good thing because we barely slept and we were glad to leave.

This is more like a weekly rental hotel for folks who can’t pay FL rents prices. Sadly it smelled bad and it needed some deep cleaning in the hallways, entrance, and elevator. The room was a good size with two queen beds and a kitchenette, sadly no utensils. Bathroom was ok. A/C made all kinds of noises, but cooled our room.

Some odor to the room, and no ICE machines. Most "suites" provide some pots/pants etc. They did not without charges. No remote in room had to have one brought in.

Second time we have stayed but it will be the last. We thought we would give it a second chance and nothing changed from the first stay. The floors do not get moped. When I used a rag to clean the floor it was black. I know it’s Florida but bugs are everywhere.

The floors are filthy. My feet turned black with grime. There were hairs on the walls in the shower. They need to scrub those floors vs only sweep. The bathrooms need a full clean as well

We saw roaches in the elevator, the hall ways and the room smelled awful. The room we were given we were told the shower was not working but we could us another room just to shower in. However the smell was awful and we immediately left.

There were roaches everywhere! Can't sleep for 2 nights! Its a very stinky place to stay. I would not recomend this place at all! Never again! Read other comments before booking, i missed that, they are true, roaches are everywhere!!

The room was clean but it was bare. Only two bath towels, two face cloths no hand towels, no grab bars in the tub, The water control in the kitchen area was the opposite of how they should be. No complementary shampoo, which of course I was going to use this time. The sink in the bathroom was too small to put anything on. We did appreciate the comfort of the beds,the quietness of the air conditioner the height of the toilet.

Rooms are suppose to be suites and was just an average room with a small full size refrigerator and a stovetop- no closet- I have never been in a room with a mattress on a raised metal spring platform. Disappointing

The hotel is extended stay and pretty cheap. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had any issues other than the vending machine. It’s pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely my go to spot when I come down every few months

Great experience, I arrived exhausted from driving 4hours before the original check-in time. Staff member Mateo was very understanding and let me check-in early. The entire stay was very pleasant because of staff Mateo and Martha.

The fro t desk staff was extremely friendly but the First room they gave us already had a person in it, we found out when we walked in on him. The second room they gave us had blood stains in a few spots on the walls. We needed towels but there was no available at front desk after a certain time.

I had called in the afternoon to let them know my flight was arriving late, and I expected to check-in at midnight. Joseph at the front desk assured us that was fine and that we wouldn't have any issues. Arrived at midnight and they didn't have any rooms. Another gentleman arriving at the same time was also turned away - he had also called ahead to verify receipt of a package he shipped ahead. They could have let both of us know ahead of time that they were overbooked and unlikely to have our rooms at midnight. They handed me a paper to stay at one of their sister properties, but when I got back to my car I relized they didn't give any info on who or where their sister properties were (they all turned out to be sold out as well). Took me until 3 AM to find a hotel an hour away.

Couldn’t check in, confirmation email said 24 hour front desk however when I got there a little after midnight there wasn’t anybody there and the gate for the front desk was pulled down. There’s a phone on the wall that says for late check in’s dial 500, when you call the phone rings behind the closed front desk and eventually goes to voicemail. 2 other parties were trying to check in as well and were equallly frustrated. Terrible experience, I ended up driving another hour to my destination even though I was exhausted.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to a personal emergency, I had to delay my check-in by one day. I called multiple times—over and over—to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone. I even left messages, and no one got back to me. When I finally arrived the next day, I was told my reservation had been canceled. To make matters worse, my money was not refunded. I paid for a stay that I was unable to use, not because of a no-show, but because the hotel failed to answer their phones or return calls. I understand policies are in place, but guests deserve basic communication and fairness. This situation could have been easily avoided if someone had just picked up the phone. I left feeling frustrated and completely unheard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were super fairly. Nice hotel for what it is. Best price in town and walking distance to Publix. If you here for the wedding venue Bella Collina, it’s only 7 min away! So great location for that reason.

Homeless people sleeping around property, and inside. Not staffed with security after hours. The police are there constantly. Thw walk to circle k at night is not safe. No lights. Bring a gun. Alot of noisey people in rooms above. Not quiet. Repeated complaints only given lip service. Other than that rooms are nice. Big fridge, 2 burner cook tops, sink and ample cabinetry. The staff are friendly and fair. I was warned as i too had police interaction and and emergency ride in ambulance after a fall at a restuatant injured my back and other guests called police as i was in pain crying etc. But ms martha warned us and thats only fair. But they will not move your room to accomadate or mitigate the noise from other guests. And in the almost 3 weeks they never came to clean outlr room even though we asked repeatedly. I ws told that i could clean it myself. Id still recomend this hotel over oyo down the road.

There is no common area for coffee, nor in your room. Totally basics bed and bathroom. An efficiency kitchen with no utensils. One towel and wash cloth per person. Had to request any extras. Price and set for workers temporary in the area.

Property advertised full kitchen in room. That was true, but there was not a plate, cup, silverware, or pan to be seen anywhere, so it was unusable. No coffeemaker or hairdryer. The floor had no rugs or carpet, was cold and not clean. Ridiculous!
