Overall it was a nice place with included breakfast everyday. It is a bit pricey, the so called "fitness center" had 3 machines, of which the treadmill was broken and a few free weights. One morning we found we had an extra guest in our bathroom in the form of a live roach. From now on I will stay in the Kissimmee/Orlando area instead, where there are countless cheaper, equivalent, options.

This was our second stay and we really enjoy the convenient location, easy and free to park and complimentary breakfast. It’s very close to the hospital, and the highway. Very quiet and very clean.

We were greeted upon arrival at the desk and given information we needed by the nice front desk clerk. The room was clean and the pool was refreshing after a long day of softball tournaments. The next morning they had ample choices for breakfast. . Easy check in and check out. We will stay here again.

The woman who checked us in was efficient and personable. The property area is nicely landscaped so you don’t feel like you are right on the highway. Walkable distance to a few dining options, otherwise a lot are within a short driving distance. Room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was in need of some updating. Did not see a single receptacle for recycling on the property, and two of the machines in the fitness center (I did want to use the treadmill) were out of order.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint is that the carpet felt damp. It could be due to the extreme Florida humidity this time of year but also the AC didn't seem to function well. But the bed was very comfortable and the bedding/pillows were great.

This hotel has the best and most efficient rooms I have ever seen. Plenty of charging stations, plugs, and areas that are organized for your things. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of room, quiet, warm shower that didn’t spray or drip all over the bathroom- all things I’ve learned to not take for granted at more expensive hotels in big cities. And comparing to other budget hotels, a better breakfast at least if you like coffee and are willing to brave the very easy DIY waffles.

I always stay at this property. I have never had such a horrible sleeping experience. The mattress was from the 1800s. It had what felt like a hole in the mattress and sunk down to the bottom. The pillows felt like they had two cotton balls for filling. I had to take a blanket and roll it into a ball to get some type of support to sleep on. For paying over 350.00 I would expect better accommodations. In addition I was not able to change the thermostat from AC to Heat. I room was set at 70 degrees which was freezing and I wanted to warm the room up a bit and the only thing I could to was to raise the thermostat to 78 and wait until the room warmed up. Which it never went past 75.

Hotel was convenient. Family emergency. It was clean. Did not like that it had no dresser to store our clothes. Sink had only cold water. Was charged extra for cleaning the room. Never heard of that and wasn’t told there would be an extra charge.

This hotel is well located to do Parkrun at Lake Minneola. It is clean and tidy, and the room was spacious. However, there is no bottled water in the room, no milk for the coffee in the fridge and no bath.

The front desk agent seemed confused but pleasant. Charged our credit card 3 separate times for incidentals although we did not have any incidentals. The bed was very uncomfortable. Had to sleep on couch chair. Did not get much sleep. The room was very clean and updated. It was very quiet too.

When I checked in I was given a room for a wheelchair and I explained that my nephew just became a quadriplegic, so I wasn’t comfortable staying in that room. The hotel said that it wasn’t them that it was Hotels.com that made the mistake, so they gave me a hearing impaired room, and charged me an extra $20 a night. I showed them my receipt that I got from Hotels.com to show them that it didn’t say it anywhere on the paperwork, but they insisted that it was not their fault, because I used a 3rd party to book they still charged me even though I have Hilton Honors. I teach thousands of students, so I will let them know through my social media platform.

We were extremely disappointed. We checked in an hour early and were charged an extra $50 to do so! The staff's only response was that is our policy and frankly the surrounding hotels charge more! Done with this outfit!

My daughter was getting married and this hotel is 18 minutes away from the venue, so it was very convenient. It's also close to many shopping centers. The room was spacious, beds very comfy, and the staff was very courteous. The Hampton hotel is a good choice.

It’s incredibly misleading the way in which this hotel is rated. You say that this is a four star hotel, and the ratings are off the chart. But the reality is: this is a clean three star hotel at its best day ever. The food is absolutely disgusting. The amenities are basic as they,. The rooms are remodeled to look modern yet you can tell it’s all old. It is ran on a tight budget. I’ve spent many a night in many more nicer four star hotels than this one. I felt I was lied to. they do a great job. For a three star hotel. But it’s only a three star hotel.

We are from New York but my sister is at Superior Residences right up the street from the hotel. The Hampton is convenient to a lot of restaurants where i can take her. The free breakfast is very nice and once again convenient. Rooms are exceptionally clean and has all the amenities that you need when you are traveling.
