I was in town for a family event. The only reason this hotel was picked was because of the pool. I was not told at check-in that the pool was closed for cleaning. I would have appreciated that. I will not recommend this facility because of lack of communication. The hotel was great, however, we were only there for one day, and only there to swim in the pool and relax. I was disappointed.

Overall it was very nice. I particularly liked the shopping around the property. The pool was also very well kept. Fitness room was tight but all the equipment worked well.

The breakfast had many choices. Area was clean and well maintained.. Staff friendly and efficient. Room clean and very spacious. Pool and hot tub very nice and relaxing vibe. Jets didn't really work well in hot tub but temp. Was super. Pool larger also and temp. Nice.

The hotel sent an email to check in online the night before our reservation. Despite doing so, our 2 bedroom suite was not ready at check in time. Security door from hotel to parking lot (door B) was broken, allowing anyone access inside hotel. Our suite had a bad odor. Clean room. No sheets/blankets for sofa bed. Helpful staff. Great location. Laundry machines were adequate, although one of two sets were broken. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were excellent. Ample self parking. Designated smoking area right outside pool area and hotel main lobby- ick.

Easy booking. Stayed for the weekend for Leesburg Bikefest. Very quiet not a lot of noise. Pool and spa were dirty so we did not enter them. We would stay again.

The location is amazing! Hotel is surrounded by nature and Spanish Springs. However, the hotel is not clean enough! Common areas and laundry room are not kept up. The Breakfast Bar is nice! Room needs to be cleaned better, too. Hairs from previous guests are not appreciated.

The staff is wonderful and the food options are great. Hotel itself could be better kept – the security door would open without a key, the bathroom looked dated, the pool looked as though it needed cleaning, things like that. This is also a smaller room than we're used to with this chain in other areas – perhaps b/c of the age?

The bathroom and room smelled so moldy that it was disgusting. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed water out of the side. This hotel is sad and old inside and needs refurbishing. The room was depressing and it looked like the carpet needed a good shampooing. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel is across the street from the Sharon L Morse Performing Arts Center. I will not stay here again.

We spent one night with our baby. This was our first time staying at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean and so was the kitchenette. The dishes appeared new which was surprising as some places they are worn and chipped. Very happy with the stay and will do again in the future.

We booked this hotel because of its location and honestly that was its only redeeming quality. The hotel is getting a little dated but it’s still fine. Unfortunately, they have adopted a pets are welcome policy. It doesn’t appear as though there is a designated area of the hotel for guests with dogs as they were everywhere and definitely in our room prior to us. We were woken up at 3:45 AM by the two large dogs in the room across the hall from us, and again at 6:45am. We asked to be moved but could hear dogs barking at random times in the next room too. While in the elevator a gentleman got in with a large Rottweiler that I’m sure was friendly enough but it was excited & tried jumping up on my 11yo daughter. I had to ask him to let us go down & wait for the elevator, he seemed a bit offended. If you’re allergic to dog or just want a good nights sleep stay elsewhere. If you have a dog & would like to stay at a dog hotel with your pet, this is your place.

The property was old and dated. cloth furniture dirty and worn. one USB PORT. Had room near elevator lots of racket noise from the elevator going up and down especially in the morning when lots of people going to breakfast starting at 6:30 am. woke us ep every day for 3 day stay. The breakfast was sub part, cold and not much of a selection. The breakfast room was too small and very crowded for property of this size. Overall, would not recommend this property not what you would expect from the Marriotts chain.

Terrible management. I had a complaint about the conditiin of my dirty room and when the manager was reacged by phone he was rude. He told me i was lying when i called the front desk to complain. This property is trash so is the management. I will never stay at this hotel again.

They actually overbooked and we our room was not available when we arrived. They were full and no rooms were available. They were very nice though and we received a complimentary room at another hotel. Minor inconvenience, but their staff was up front and professional. It happens. I get it.

Even though check-in is 4:00, we arrived at about 1:00. They were able to get us in our room. The only issue was that the water in our room was warm at best. Just warm enough to take a shower. When we left for dinner about 4:30, I told the front desk about our water being only warm. When we returned to the room about 8:30 we noticed that the water was much warmer. Got to take my hot shower the next morning. Wife very happy. She got to take her hot bath each night. Staff very polite and helpful. They got right on the one issue we had.

We stayed there because of the hurricane, breakfast was not extended past 9 and many restaurants around the hotel were closed due to the coming hurricane. Where was Their compassion for their guest paying $200.00 not extending breakfast. Shameful.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Idalia. We had a 1 bedroom Suite. They allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. They had an excellent selection for their Hot Breakfast. Everyone was very nice.
