Very convenient location, Golf cart rides into town and right next to the beach. Front desk is extremely helpful. Hannah helped make the most of our stay and was very accommodating ensuring my pregnant wife had a pleasant stay.

Heaven !!! Such an enjoyable place, and the staff work very hard to cater to your holiday needs . Front desk and Concierge are very good . The Mercedes Benz partnership is excellent , and so handy to drive around and see the island .

My wife and I stayed at the hotel in mid October 2024. The hotel is a beautiful facility located just a short walk from central Edgartown. We were fortunate that the weather during the weekend we were there was spectacular; lots of sun and little wind. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the afternoon. We also had dinner reservations at the on site restaurant (Bettini) and the food and service were outstanding. It was also our anniversary and we received complimentary glasses of champagne and dessert--nice touches. The building we stayed in did not have an elevator so if stairs are an issue for guests, they should request a room in the building with an elevator.

Loved the classic vibe of the hotel overall. The restaurant is excellent. The location is just far enough yet close enough to the heart of town. And they shuttle to town if you don’t want to walk.

Beautiful property, beautifully maintained and very attentive staff. My husband and I had a lovely stay there. The shopping and dining district is an easy ten minute walk from the hotel, but they are happy to give you a lift in their golf carts!

The front desk and guest service were friendly but we had a few issues that were not resolved. The charging station is not good for a Tesla, you have to bring your own adapter supposedly. I called twice to make sure we would be able to charge a Tesla and no one said a work about the adapter. When I asked where is the nearest Tesla charging station, they gave me the address that was not existed on the Tesla map. The complementary transportation wasnt really good since no one would pick up the phone when we needed to be picked up. Overall rate from us is 4, considering a beautiful property, access to the beach, convenient location and beautiful porch with a stunning view of the light house.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Everyone was warm, attentive, and incredibly polite, making us feel truly welcomed. The entire hotel smells amazing, like a luxury spa. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Did I mention how gorgeous the entire property is? Our trip to Martha’s Vineyard wouldn’t have been half as magical without this hotel. It was truly the highlight of our stay. This is hands down the place to stay when visiting the Vineyard. I already can’t wait to return!

Wonderful staff and gorgeous harbor views in the idyllic Edgartown setting. The grand porch is the perfect place for your morning coffee or catching up with friends. My one complaint - there is a section of the hotel with rooms that smell like mildew. I started off one one of those rooms and ended up with awful allergy issues for days.

On our first night we were put in room 212 which was right on top of a wedding reception. The music was so loud we had to move rooms. After moving to a higher floor we still heard the music that evening. Not sure why they would put someone in a room when they know that the wedding reception would be much too loud for anyone to be comfortable. In the second room we stayed in, room 417 the air conditioning unit did not work correctly. It stayed on constantly and the room was freezing all night. Had to go downstairs to the front desk at 2 AM to get additional blankets. This was after they said someone had come to the room earlier that day to fix it. The only other thing was my breakfast at the restaurant one morning came out cold. Other than that the hotel is in a beautiful location and overall the staff was very friendly.

The hotel in the Ramona wing was nice but not a very enchanting view for $450 a night (looked at the pool) even though I paid for a view of the lighthouse and the water. Staff are wonderful, housekeeping great, and location very nice. Just disappointed in getting a secondary room instead of the first pick-requested a refund of the $145 room charge differential for three nights for two rooms. Hoping to get the refund, working with Expedia. Also noticed that on your website the Ramona room reservation, breakfast is included but yet I’m being charged for breakfast. Little things are frustrating but overall I’d rated seven compared to the experiences I recently had in Thailand and San Diego. BTW Hotel denied refund request. Moving on too a higher level of appeal.

Good except for TV going out 3 times and room service unlocking our door and entering WHICH WE DID NOT EVEN ORDER. We even tried to order room service a couple of times, but no answer. Also, we refused turn down service but they showed up twice. Little unnerving to walk in your locked room and see a stranger standing there. Way too expensive, but everyone was nice.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with beautiful grounds. Every member of the staff was helpful, polite and professional. We decided to indulge ourselves for a special anniversary, and it was so worth it.

Great location and pretty hotel. We just came from the white elephant with excellent customer service. I was not impressed with the service at the Harborview. The only great customer service we received were from the bellmen. Especially Bert, he was always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. This hotel has the potential to be amazing with a couple customer service, tweaks and handling of certain situations. We had to speak to the manager at one point because someone didn't handle a situation and she was amazing and went above and beyond, but it shouldn't have gone to her. Lower levels need to be trained and better customer service. They could all take a lesson from the Bellman.
