Courtyard By Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

Property was simply ok. Older property in need of modern day updates. Rooms are not as nice based on advertised photos. No pool available as well and no complimentary coffee. Shocked to hear that breakfast start time was 10:30 am on Sunday 6/1/25 and not complimentary.

Told restaurant, but there wasnt , couldnt get the shuttle from airport

The bed is uncomfortable and the shuttle was not in time for my flight, so the shuttle came when it wanted to. Also it takes forever to get your refund from the $20 hold.

No swimming pool

I love the online check-option. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours. I will definitely recommend.

We we’re just staying here for part of a night so we would be close to the airport for an early Flignt the next morning. Overall, the property was ok. The staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. A few things to note that were less than desirable were that there was literally a car up on blocks in the parking lot right by the main entrance. It looked like the wheels had been stolen off of it. That doesn’t give you confidence that the area is safe, but it is Baltimore by BWI so it really isn’t a great area. They also informed us at check in that none of the TVs were working, there was a system problem. So much for watching the 4th quarter of the game. The room was like every Courtyard, but it was a little run down in places…like the shower fixtures were coming away from the wall, and the shower mechanism was sticking. For a place to stay close by to catch a flight it was fine, but definitely not the nicest Courtyard I’ve stayed at.

This property was very disappointing amenities listed stated they have a pool. However there is no pool and the staff state it has been closed for years. Bistro was not open at listed bpurs of operation.

Charging $5 each for bottled water was excessive. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down the toilet seat when i first got there. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Clean and comfortable room and very easy check-in.

I like staying at Marriott because of the consistent quality at each property. The one downside at this location was the very worrisome stains on the couch, which made me worry about how clean everything else was.

I never do reviews, but felt it necessary to do this one. I have stayed at Marriott properties since 2000 this was by far the worst. I’m not sure how it warrants a 4.3 rating. We found a bug in her bed and a fire alarm went off as we arrived that evening. We ended up not spending the night but driving onto our final destination.

Property is run down dirty old and we found a roach in the room we went dow to front desk checked out and told they would refund our stay when expidia call the property for a refund they refused to isue it and said it was non refundabule at that point it did not matter we would not have stayed worst place I have ever see sray away

Room was clean and well equipped.

Nice hotel. Quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. TV, wifi. Good price. Nice to have a microwave and coffee. Convenient near airport with shuttle included. Restaurants just across the road.

The facility had clean and well maintained public areas. The rooms could use a “refresh.”

Very thin walls...the noise from neighbors using the patio in the court yard and adjoing rooms made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. No breakfast box for guest leaving in the morning for early flights.

First let me start by saying i have stayed here several times. This was the worst stay i have ever had first night no microwave First inconvenience, ok we tried to eat our food cold. Second inconvenience TV didnt work we had to pack up everything and the children and change rooms. UNACCEPTABLE Third Inconvenience of not having hot water at all! We stay here when my Cheer teams go to competition every year. When i talked to the front desk i was told because i booked through a third-party (expedia) that they would have to call and confirm my stay/booking ??! I am more than 100 miles from home. I would like a refund on at least one day. We were dirty sweaty and extremely uncomfortable...

Needs updating

Was given a room next to the elevator shaft. Bother me during the night otherwise it was a nice room.

I checked in with my aging parents after a long flight from across the coast and was received by a very unwelcoming front desk employee. They were very curt in their replies and unfriendly overall. There are no microwaves in any of the rooms on the first floor. We’re instead expected to use the one microwave available in the tiny market. This was very disappointing and I would call it unacceptable for the price. The kitchen staff and the front desk staff the next morning were courteous, friendly and helpful but the employee’s attitude during check-in ruined our experience.

Well for me all a good hotel needs is a good bed, good water pressure in the shower and a remote. TV wasn’t working. Streaming wasn’t working. They didn’t offer to change rooms. Came and looked at it and said “I’m not the cable guy”. Water pressure was meh. Bed was comfortable.

I can't recall when I last checked into a hotel with this uninterested and unfriendly front desk staff. Chose this hotel for a short stay next to the airport so while we didn't expect much we had hoped that a Marriott family hotel would be better.

The staff is very nice and professional.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very courteous, friendly and overall very helpful I asked him how reliable the wake up calls were because I had an early flight Monday morning. He showed me how it was logged in with a 3:00 a.m. wake up call guaranteed. Lucky for me I’m a light sleeper. Never received the wake up call and when I tried to check out I was told by the young lady. “Just put your keys in the drop box” I questioned why I didn’t get my wake up call and she looked at the log and said “ Oh well, guessed I missed it”. When I asked if there was any coffe her response was “ We don’t have any of that “SH?? this early” what a way to start my day.

Quiet, quiet, and relaxing. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and we loved his energy. I will definitely be back soon.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my stay. On SUNDAY JUNE 10 at about 6am, while parked in the hotel parking lot, I witnessed two vehicles with their wheels stolen right in front of the hotel. To my disbelief, a total of eight tires were stolen from these vehicles. As an individual who values the safety and security of my belongings, this incident has left me deeply concerned. I understand that unfortunate incidents can occur anywhere, and it is not always within the control of the hotel management. However, I believe it is essential for a hotel to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests, including their vehicles. With the value of my car exceeding $90,000, the theft of tires from vehicles parked in front of the hotel is simply unacceptable. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue and implement measures to enhance security in the hotel parking lot. Some potential solutions may include: 1. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Delicious food in the bistro. Not overpriced.

Staff were fantastic. I was very disappointed that the bistro wasn't open during the evenings of my stay. It was really cold and I preferred not to go out to eat. Oh well.

It’s says while you are booking breakfast is included but we ended up not having breakfast.
