This is a beautiful property and It appeared to be new. The staff were excellent . We Loved this hotel it was very clean and we had a very comfortable room. We Loved the amenities including the plentiful amount and different types of toiletries that the hotel offers.. We needed a handicap accessible room, Let me tell you, this was The best handicap room I have ever used. It was beyond perfect, a very spacious bathroom with high end fixtures, and multiple safety bars able to accommodate many levels of disability , Everything is handicap friendly and accessible including the outdoor pool with a power chair lift to lower or raise a person into or out of the pool, the breakfast bar had a great selection of hot and cold breakfast foods including a state of Texas shaped waffle maker.. The surrounding area has many restaurants and stores within walking distance or short drive . Downtown Austin is a easy drive or Uber ride away.. 10 out of 10 stars for Home2 Suites By Hilton Austin South I-35

This part of Austin is under. Freeway construction for miles in both directions. It was clean safe had a gym ..: no one used the pool but it was overcast and in the shadows ..

I came here for a concert that was held across the street. It was a fantastic stay. Within walking distance, there were numerous eateries, with P. Terry's being a favorite among them, a burger place. There's a supermarket close by. Walmart is a little further away, but you can still walk there. The room was spotless. The bathroom had pumps for shower gel,shampoo and conditioner. many towels, hairdryer ,and a glaas door for the shower. Water pressure was great. The room had a huge fridge along with a mini kitchen. It also had a place for clothes , a spot for your luggage and a lot of counter space. Numerous plug ins to charge your electronics and even a cordless charging station! The shades kept it dark if you keep them down. The TV has all kinds of accessibilities to your favorite apps. The pool was great , with a spot adjacent to just hang or grill. It was quiet the entire time I was there. The staff was ALWAYS pleasant. The breakfast had everything you needed. The gym had everything you needed to have a great session. They had a lobby where you could hang. I've been at places triple the price that weren't half as good. The festival concert will be at the same venue next year. There is NO other place I need to stay than here. Great experience.

The hotel is pretty easy to get to even with all the construction that's going on. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and check-in was quick. The room was spacious. The spring on the hotel room door is way too strong, making the door hard to open but way too easy to close. It practically shoved me out of the room. I found dirty plates and cups with lipstick on the shelves and dirty silverware with large bits of food stuck on them in the drawer. Both sides of the mattress have dips in them, which is odd considering the hotel is only a couple of months old. Breakfast isn't all that great. The food is cold and the juice is watered down. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk was very nice.

We had the king suite. Did not expect it to be that great! Had a mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, big couch and desk. We only stayed for one night but it will be a perfect hotel for longer stays!! So many restaurants near by as well! And right off the Highway

The blackout curtain worked! So many times, I’m not ready to get up with the sun. But this blackout curtain/blind is top notch for keeping my room dark until I’M ready to wake up. Good job! 👍

Team was friendly but housekeeping was continuously confused about whether they had completed our room. We stayed for a week and only had our room made up once. We also couldn't communicate with them because they spoke zero English. Also, our HVAC went out twice and had to be reset by maintenance. Finally, our key cards went bad twice (both keys kept in separate places) - would work on outside doors but not our room. Series of irritations in an otherwise clean comfortable room and nice facility.
