Buen hotel y buena área. No es muy grande pero tampoco tan pequeño, tiene vida nocturna y puede ser bastante ruidoso en el lobby si tiene muchas actividades. Tiene varios salones de conferencia, barra, etc. Te reciben con una galleta caliente y eso le alegra la noche a cualquiera. Bastante estacionamiento y muy limpio. En general buen hotel

First of all the main front desk lady the first day I checked in was very nice, none of this has anything to personally do with this employee, The first complaint was we had no option for heat, the night was chilly and the wall unit would not shut off and the fan blew cold air all night long, we told the desk about it and she offered a space heater and told me I could get it later on. The second day in the morning I was relaxing in my room, I looked up and saw a large bug on the ceiling. I looked again and it was a large roach! This is a high end 4 star hotel and it was pretty dirty. The room was old and you could plainly see many leak marks on the ceiling, and crud in the tub, yellow stains around the whole bottom etc. just not what I expect from a nice hotel. I did snap a photo and immediately took it to the front desk and spoke to the same woman who checked us in. She gave me info on complaints and who to contact etc. We went to the desk again later on and another woman and man were working the desk. I asked for the heater and was treated like crap! Looked at as if I was an alien, and she was rude! I didn’t get anyone to check the unit or the heater, they didn’t follow through with sending one up. I’ll never stay at that place again, as I’ve had better at comfort inns…not a high class hotel. I’d like a full refund and maybe accommodation gratitudes.
