There was a loud humm that you can hear and feel vibrate the entire time you are in room 228. I was okay but my husband tossed and turned the whole time . Hot tub was out of order and the pool is outside so it's seasonal and was closed.

the room was Ok the hallway / room carpet not too clean the parking not enough,I was stay there for 3 day, one day I come back later, no parking I have to park it on the no parking zone. Keep this in mind don't come back late.

Pool and hot tub were out of service. The carpeting in the hallways were a trip hazard. The bathroom was so small that you could not be on the toilet and close the door. The breakfast was good though. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

Need to fix exterior doors entrance. People prop open door because room keys don’t work. I’ve seen door propped open with nobody around not secure.

The pool was closed which was not noted when booking. Very limited parking which means since it was fully booked we had to park and walk from a different location. Very friendly staff!

Room was absolutely disgusting. Cracks in dryway, stained furniture, stains on the wall. What appears to be dried blood on the bathroom wall. Don’t recommend. Will not be back.

The first room we were put in our toilet started leaking when I was using it, the lamp by the bed didn’t work, I called the front desk and she moved us to another room. We put our bags down and had to go since we were having an Uber picking us up for an event. Wasn’t until we got back and realized that the bed comforters had blood stains on them and something else not sure. The light by the bed didn’t work in that room either. This was about midnight so I tried calling front desk and no one answered, well we were so tired we just threw off the comforters so we could sleep. Breakfast was good and employees were great but not happy that I spent a good amount of money for a dirty room.

Front desk staff was very nice, but I tried 3 different rooms, and they were all terrible. The hotel is dirty and extremely worn. The rooms seemed like they had been quickly cleaned with sections forgotten/skipped, like beard hair all over the bathroom sink, long hairs on the sheets, and lots of stains/handprints. The location is ugly and surround by parking lots and fast food.

Other than the room was not clean and the garbage pin was full from previous resident. And the shower was not good. Very slow water. The hotel is nice. Convenient walkable to dining and gas station. Nice property for the price.

The staff was friendly. The condition was worn. The room had a dirty toilet, thread bear sheets, headboard was dirty, ceiling had something ripped down and not patched. Hallways were dark, smelled like hotel coverup spray. This property needs a makeover. This property is way overpriced at $199.00

This hotel was dirty. We had soap scum and black mold in our shower. It looked like the bathroom floor was completely left uncleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dental rubber bands left on the floor. The bedding and bathroom linens were clean at least. There was thick dust built up on a lot of spots including the vent on the hair dryer. Just not super clean. Had it not of been for how long it took to check-in in the first place with two kids waiting to get out of the car, I would have called the front desk to requested a new room, but we cleaned it ourselves and went about our stay. I have worked in the hotel business before, house keeping and front desk and am usually not one to complain on rooms, but this was pretty bad. I would not stay again unless they did a deep clean on the place. Even at check out I had to let the front desk know there was a dead cockroach by the front doors.

The room was filthy. It was highly dusty. There was months of accumulated dog hair, human hair, dirt, and food crumbs between the mattress and headboard. This is the second time I have used a comfort in, the first time in Baker City Oregon, and this time in Bend Oregon. I thought the first experience, which was filthy, was location specific. As it turns out it was not location specific and I will never use comfort inn again.

Television was old, small, and had issues with connecting with the remote. Carpet was a bit worn in the room. These were minor issues. The staff was terrific, the breakfast (as part of the room charge) met our needs, and the facility was clean and maintained.

On Wednesday morning what seemed to be the manager was everywhere making sure things were going well during breakfast- great smile and conversations! She even offered us water to go after we checked out- she was amazing- I hope you can recognize her work ethic and genuine customer service!

Our first night we got in so late. We just were ready for bed. The room smelled like animal pee & wet floor. We left early for event and came back to the room. Hoping that the smell would go away. It didn’t. We tried plugging in our phones and some of the plugs didn’t work. Tried the TV and it wasn’t working. I went down to the front desk to see what they could do. The employee Seven basically told me that all the rooms are full and I can’t get a refund and there is nothing they could do. I asked for the manager to call me. He left a note the manager Angela did not call me at all. We travel a lot for our events and this hotel was by far one of the top for worst places we stayed when it came to customer service and following up and the quality of our stay. My husband ended up fixing the TV problem. After about 15 mins pluggin into different plug ins. Because the hotel would not help us.

Our host, Jasmine, was very friendly and welcoming. Fresh cookies and hot coffee and a goody bag. Was able to upgrade to a handicap suite. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. My favorite was the cinnamon french toast with a variety of syrups. All the staff very friendly and helpful and the place was kept very clean.

The staff over-promised and under-delivered regarding our ability to check in at 4:00pm. We were told repeatedly it would just be 10 minutes before we could check in. The staff were very courteous though.

I stayed here while a family member had an overnight stay at St Charles hospital. Super easy to get to and close to the hospital. There's a Safeway nearby (and a few restaurants) for food nearby. It was nice to have a little getaway from hospital stuff, and check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast had a nice selection of bacon, eggs, waffles, and other things.

Friendly staff, quiet location, you are close to most of the medical offices and hospital if you are there for any medical reason. I also like that some of the hot food items on the continental breakfast are different each morning. I especially like that my room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great options and was always well stocked. The fresh cookies and coffee through out the day was a nice touch. The property is very quiet and was so close to all the Bend attractions we wanted to see. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed. I would stay here again.
