This is by hands down the best money can buy for accommodation. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, modern. The beds are comfy, they have a auto lights out in the evening which is great compared to other similar places. A MUST STAY!!

Stayed 1 night

My entire floor including my bunk room reeked of smoking and mouldy odors. I thought it was a no smoking hotel. I had a terrible night sleeping because of the smoking odor. The rubbish were stacked high from evening to daylight. The conditions were quite different from just a year ago...light breakfast was delightful then...

The room was clean but there are some basic things I didn’t like. There are only 2 showers and two bathrooms for the whole floor for women. There’s no AC in the bathroom which makes it incredibly hot. The elevator is very slow, it takes so long to arrive. There’s no “lounge” room, only tables and chairs in the top floor.

I travel to Singapore often but will not stay at KINN Habitat again. During my current stay there were at least five young children, including an infant, staying with their parents and nanny. The noise was constant and kept going late into the evening and again early in the morning. Crying, shouting, running around, and loud conversations made it very difficult to get any meaningful rest. I understand that families travel, but a hostel should either enforce quiet hours or make it clear that it caters to families with young children. Guests who book a hostel often expect a reasonably quiet environment, especially overnight and in such close quarters. If you’re a light sleeper or are looking for a peaceful place to rest after a long day, I would look elsewhere.

Such a cute hotel! Perfectly located. The room is small, but that’s kind of Singapore for you. There’s a great common area and a cafe for drinks on the first floor.
