I normally do not complain but when arriving for check in at 3:30am, the front receptionist had a terrible attitude. When offering to email my letter regarding my service animal, she refused and stated there would be 100$ charge. I refused to debate with her in fear of having no place to stay as a result, I later spoke to the manager and he fixed the issue. But additionally, (in room 219 specifically), the AC does not work unless you have the master light switch on by the front door. They were not even aware of this, I had to troubleshoot myself after they reset the breaker twice and had no maintenance on site. I requested a fan which they didn’t have to provide. Don’t get me wrong, the room was SO nice and spacious for being reasonably priced but considering the circumstances made it difficult to enjoy my stay.
