Room was clean but the bath fixtures were tired and poor water pressure. Lots of hot water made it ok. Staff were nice, but parking was very limited and I had to drive much further than I prefer to walk through dark parking lots to get back. Breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey for the basic items offered.

The staff were very friendly. My room was nice but definitely had signs of wear and tear. I did find someones old socks in the top drawer which is kind of gross. PROS: STAFF were nice, the easy shopping area and location. Cons: POOL was closed Jacuzzi was closed Laundry facilities closed No house keeping Towels are only available at the front desk You could walk to the hotel next atore and use there pool if your comfortable.

The hotel common areas are gorgeous, nice design and materials. But not very kept up on cleanliness throughout. The lobby was trashed when we arrived, food and trash all over the ground. With the photos of the property and the way the space was we expected it to be slightly elevated. But then when we got into our room it was sub par. There was stuff in the shower, stuck to the railings and seals from the prior guests. The pillows had absolutely no filling to them, they flattened like a sheet when you put your head on them. We had to shut off the fridge because it was soo loud when it ran, so we couldn’t use it. And lastly, the next morning after our stay, we couldn’t get the blackout curtain to go up, it was broken.

I was here for a birthday party. It was a very quiet hotel and the curtains in the room did a great job blocking light which was important since our flight landed at midnight. It’s conveniently near the highway and has several walkable restaurants. Our room had a fridge and microwave which was also great. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. We found three peanut M&M’s under our beds. The handrail into the pool had a lot of algae on it. The exercise bikes all wreaked of sweat like no one is cleaning them. I would stay here again, but I would probably bring wipes.

Room wasn't maintained (claims they clean every 2nd day but was never vacuumed in 5 nights and neither was bedding changed). Only changed towels. Breakfast is extra ($16 pp) but I had it included in reservation for a lower amount. They opened every day late by 15-20min. (officially 6am weekdays, otherwise 7am). They operated as if they were a restaurant, but the breakfast room is still like the open buffet breakfast area when it was still free. They had limited (cheap) bread options and limited choice for drinks and not all always available. I stayed twice at this hotel and for some reason twice I experienced a fire alarm each time in the middle of night where all had to evacuate (no direction from staff or explanation). Fire dept. came 15min. later and slowly turned it off again so I assume this happens more often. We wanted to use the mini-fridge but the constant noise was too loud (it was attached to the cabinet causing lots of vibration). Asked about this and they said all rooms have this issue. We ended up turning it off completely.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property is nice. However … Our first trip in the elevator, it reeked strongly of marijuana. Not a casual scent. Like serious hot-boxing had just happened in there. The kind that makes you immediately want Cheetos. I told the desk agent, but she just shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything about it. Still, not a hill I’m gonna die on, but one I’d think they’d want to address. The black out curtain in the bedroom went down about 80% of the way. Kinda defeats the purpose of a blackout curtain. We didn’t notice this until returning late from a concert, calling the desk at 1:30 got no answer, so we had to do some home brew engineering. The “continental breakfast” … we wanted more than that, so that requires being seated, and there was one waitress. 20 minutes of waiting, still hadn’t been approached by her … no coffee, no order, etc. One waitress, and she was totally overwhelmed with the situation (I felt for her … she seemed like she was going to crack), which three guys stood behind the hot plate situation, just waiting for an order or anything to do. Clearly a poorly set-up situation where she was set up to fail.

The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. It only went 2ninches down the side. Either someone ordered the wrong sized mattress or the wrong sized fired sheets. I was in room 441. Also the refrigerator makes quite a loud noise when trying to maintain temperature. It’s very distracting during a quiet night’s sleep. I stay there often and hope to see this improve.

Property was not ready for prime time! Computer system was intermittently working which meant that they couldn’t produce room keys. Maintenance staff had to let you into the room and then one of us had to stay in the room because we would be locked out otherwise. One of two elevators was not working. Breakfast was a joke even if you weren’t paying for it and they had the audacity to charge for it also. Property definitely needs to get its act together!

We were very excited to be there and use the spa because of a back and neck injury. It was out of service while we were there. We only learned once we got there that there was no maid service and we were there for four nights. We had to leave trash outside of our door for pick up. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk our phone didn’t work and when I informed them, they never came up and replaced the phone or tried to see what the problem was. When I asked one of the cleaning staff in the hallway to please take our trash, she just kept handing me trash bags and not take my trash. We had to get towels down by the pool area. Very very disappointing and when I aired my complaints. All I got was an oh so sorry you’re unhappy response. Also, they never gave me points for my stay. Overall very disappointing.

Our stay on 7/31/24 was disappointing due to a loud AC unit. The front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, it wasn’t resolved until a maintenance technician confirmed the problem and moved us to another room. The staff’s lack of empathy and the suggestion that booking through a third party limited our assistance was frustrating. This stay was far from relaxing and added unnecessary stress before our move to San Diego. We emailed the General Manager of the hotel on 8/1 and haven’t heard back.

Never stayed at a Hilton that charged for continental breakfast. $10 per person for oatmeal and some fruit is bold considering there’s an IHOP a half mile down the road. Room was otherwise clean and quiet. They could improve on their lack of service when you are eating breakfast, only got one small cup of coffee and waitress only came by once to drop off our check.

Less than 30 minutes to Seatac airport. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool not so clean so we decided not to use it but the restaurant was convenient and delicious and the breakfast buffet was great, as was the made to order breakfast!!

The stay was nice but the parking is weird. The lot by the Garden Inn was packed to the brim but the parking lot by the Homewood Suites was a ghost town. I also think charging $16 for a standard hotel breakfast buffet is criminal but we found fantastic breakfast restaurants nearby for the same price. So that was good. Everything else was fantastic.
