No hair dryers, no fridge, no microwave, and shampoo

No coffee maker in room...have to go to main office to get coffee. No shampoo, conditioner, or hairdryer in room. Staff were great.

The girl at the front desk, Mary, was very kind. There was one bath towel for one adult and two teenagers. They gave me two more when I asked. There was no shampoo or conditioner, but for 50 cents each, they gladly sold me some. The pool was dark green and not usable. The beds are doubles, small. The floor was sticky. The sink didnt drain well. About what I would expect for 60$ tho.

I honestly don’t know how this hotel is even operating, it’s dirty around the property and in the rooms we had to switch rooms 3 times due to AC leaking issue and drain in the 1st room then leaking floor and blood stains in the 2nd room 3rd room wasn’t any better floor dirty smelled like mold. Was told the pool was closed due to the health department saying it was at toxic levels so they were draining it in the parking lot! Paid for a premium room there is zero premium about this place. Was overall super disappointed in this place.

I chose this hotel for the pool only came to found out that it was not able to be used due to it not having water in it. Very very disappointed. We would have stayed somewhere else.

This Motel 6 has been updated and modernized but rooms are still dark and gloomy. The air conditioning is poor and the room had no coffee making facility. Shower was good but cost cutting is really affecting enjoyment of the hospitality industry these days. It is becoming less predictable and dependable. Bedding was sparse but adequate here. Still it was reasonably priced.

For a motel 6 this place was great. Pool was closed, that was a bummer, room was small but clean. Shaun at check in was great, staff does a nice job. Convenient location right off I90 and has restaurants within walking distance

It’s important that my vehicle is safe at any hotel I stay at. This hotel has the lighting of 1000 suns in their parking lot at night so I feel that my vehicle is safe.

Everything is good, even they charged me $50 deposit fee, I should enjoy it, but I was bitten by bedbugs

Woke up during the night to find roaches and spiders in the restroom running around the floors. Killed them, more next time, and in the morning. Not good.

This was the best Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The grounds were quiet and the room was clean.

Budget hotel but at one point we spilled some water on the floor and then when wiping it up our white towel turned dark brown. I suspect that floor had not been cleaned for a long time. We simply walked in shoes for the rest of our stay.

Unfortunately our room was filthy. Every crevice in the bathroom was dirty and unkempt (wiped up some water off of the floor and the towel turned black). Yellow and brown stains all over the bathroom walls. The sheets on the bed were stained and the towels had hair all over them. The coolest the room got was 75° with the AC set to 64° Room smelt like cigarettes when we entered Check-in lady was very kind and helpful. Check-out guy was extremely pushy about a review.

Basic no frills hotel. Didn't expect anything extraordinary for the prIce, but I did expect a cleanish room which we did not get. Gross.

Mold, cockroaches and hair in bed (not mine). Company/Property happy to take your money but shifty when they need to refund it.

Worst hotel I have ever been in in my life - and I stayed in Soviet Russia. Yes, it's a Motel 6 but I assure you it looks NOTHING like the photo. The first room we werer given was so hot it felt like a sauna. Listing says AC, but it wouldn't turn on. The only air we could get to come out was HOT. Called desk, they had no idea. Called back and asked to move. Second room smelled like a locker room - musty, mildewy, so gross. Then my husband found the bedbugs at the top of the mattress under the sheet. In the grooves, little black spots all over the matthress seams, the classic signs. We noped right out of there and went to a different hotel, told the clerk what we discovered and that we were leaving. She just shrugged. No refund for our prepaid room, but I gues at least we aren't out thousands from curing a bedbug infestation at home. Stay far, FAR away from this place!

The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming, but the room itself was quite dirty. There were urine stains in the shower and on the toilet bowls. The bathroom door frame was marked with a dark brown substance. We were wearing white socks, and they became filthy just from walking around the room. To address this, we went to Costco to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the room before settling in. According to a note left in the room, the cleaner is a man. During our stay, we observed him cleaning other rooms and noticed he barely did much beyond changing the bed sheets and lightly sweeping. We even timed one of his cleanings, and he had a room ready in under 13 minutes. However, we also saw some female cleaners who were clearly putting in more effort. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available during our stay, so be prepared to either borrow a fan from the front desk or purchase one at Costco, which is conveniently nearby. We borrowed a fan but found it insufficient, so we ended up buying a high-powered fan as well. Overall, the cleanliness needs improvement, as the location has great potential.

It served our purpose. Beds were comfortable. We liked the shower and pressure and it’s spacious.

What you’d expect for a budget option. Some things didn’t work in the room, like the A/C and a light. Bed was not comfortable and only had one pillow per person (we asked for more and they didn’t have any). But positives were a shower with good water pressure and they were able to provide a box fan to mitigate the broken A/C.

The room was fine, our issue was the AC was not working. I asked four separate front desk people to have someone come fix it. Each time the maintenence guy came and "fixed it". He said the last time he came by that due to our room facing the sun in the morning that's why our room is so hot. Our room was consistently 77-80 degrees for the four nights we stayed. Pricing was reasonable, no issues with parking or other guests. The people at the front desk were nice and as helpful as they could be.

Clean, modern, recently remodeled rooms. Mattresses are just OK and could not get the AC to cool the room below 73 but overall a nice room at a great price. Staff was friendly

Quiet, clean, and friendly staff. The wifi was a bit slow at times, but if got the job one for zoom meetings.

The beds were horrible. You can tell they are old beds. I felt like a spring was going to come out of the bed every time I laid down.

The room is much, much smaller than it looks in the photograph, the lighting is poor, and the bathroom floor was rotting out from all of the water damage. That having been said, the shower pressure was *incredible*. I won't be staying here again, but I will definitely miss that shower.

We stayed here overnight for a 10k race the next day. The check in was great and the room was good. The folks next-door were a bit easy to hear, but not over the bad. We would stay here again

The room was very clean. The price was very good. The heat in my room wasnt working properly, so called front desk and was easily moved to a second room. The second room was just as clean as the first, and the heat was great! Shiut out to Mary at the front desk. You are awesome. Would happily stay there again.

Easy freeway access but relatively quiet with friendly, efficient staff. Great value and no sign of issues a few previous reviewers noted. Appreciated the call after I'd settled in to be sure all was OK - I'll be back!

Access to highway and dining

Look, it was around $100 per night, an EXCELLENT price for the area, so I didn’t have high expectations and they were met. The room was clean and fairly recently updated which was a plus; however, the place didn’t feel safe. I asked the woman at check-in if it was “safe” and she shrugged. Fair enough. The surrounding area of Issaquah is moderately nice, so this is a cheaper anomaly. The parking lot is questionable. I was on the second floor, and though I was able to see my car, I only had access by walking around to the other side of the building (scary) and down the stairs. There’s an RV I think someone is living in or it’s abandoned in the same lot in front of the rooms. Anyway, the I didn’t shower, so I can’t comment on water pressure. The room itself for a confident adult is good for the price…but the next night I stayed elsewhere.

Clean room, comfortable and quiet. No extra pillows, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, or breakfast. The shower was tiny. A large person would have difficulties.

Nice location with an IHOP Restaurant & Gas Station/Convenience Store in same parking area. Close to numerous restaurants & drive throughs. Close to Fred Meyers & Target. Costco across the street. Lake Sammamish is within easy walking distance & is beautiful with sandy beaches. Love the Front Desk Staff, the hardworking Housekeeping Staff & the hardworking Maintenance Staff are superb!

Didn't read fine print closely enough no amenities at all no microwave no mini fridge no kettle for coffee no shampoo worst of all no breakfast though it was advertised just coffee in office kinda sad won't be back staff was friendly and professional have payed less for more.
