staff's are very nice & accommodating. i like everything about this hotel, they have plenty of parking but with fee per night.. the bar is nice, the pool is big enough, and the gym superb. i diffinitely come back and recommends.

Staff and hotel are great! The parking situation is AWFUL and on top of that you charge us for the awful experience. The lot was full most nights and you literally cannot get a car in and out of many of the spots. They are too crammed in. Several other guests were commenting about it every time we were attempting to park. It’s enough to make me reconsider staying in the future.

I chose this property because it was close to Seattle and I did not want to stay in downtown. I also chose this particular location for the pool, as I always try to find a pool to let the kids burn through energy. However, the water was not contained in the pool area and my son slipped outside the pool door and hit his head on the door jam. When I spoke with maintenance, he told me there were too many kids to keep up, but I insisted he cleaned it up outside the pool area (hallway). The pool was much, much smaller than the picture and my eyes were burning from the chlorine, even though I did not swim. The lounge was also closed as they did not have a back up bartender, and the continental breakfast was nothing extraordinary. Overall, the facility and staff were nice, but not $250 nice. It served its purpose, but I would stay somewhere else in Issaquah, if the situation presented itself again.

Very clean and wonderful stay in Issaquah! Close to a mall for food & shopping, parking was easy & plenty! Room was very clean & spacious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Would stay again if we’re ever in the area!

The hotel was nice and clean. However, daily housekeeping was skipped in my suite. I had left a tip on the pillow, which was still on the unmade bed. Towels were left on the bathroom floor, and trash was in the receptacles. I went down to the lobby to get fresh towels. Other than that, the stay was good.

Nice room. Plenty of room, well equipped. Poor housekeeping! Stayed two nights. Left Early on first night to attend meeting. Returned late afternoon. No housekeeping was done. Bed was not made, no cleaning done. Apparently no one came into the room in my absence. Disappointing.

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Issaquah from September 6–8, 2025, saw a cockroach on Sunday morning, and reported to the front desk staff, who were dismissive of the concern. The front desk staff members denied the hotel had "dirty bugs" and asked for photo evidence. The younger member later inspected the room, reported finding no dirty bugs, but also revealed the hotel has "good bugs". The sanitation concerns were totally ignored, the staff member focused only on identifying the type of insect, and he offered to waive parking charge as a small concession. Upon checkout, a different, older employee failed to waive the parking fee despite the prior offer. When questioned, the older employee verbally harassed us, accused us of "stalking" without evidence, and aggressively snatched the receipt from our hand, ordering us to leave. As a matter of fact, we were bullied and assaulted.

The staff were very friendly. Love the free breakfast, coffee, and hot/cold water all day. Our only complaint was the air-conditioner. It was very difficult to set the temperature at a comfortable level and was very loud. When we turn the air off, it was quiet but too warm, but when we had it on, it was freezing and was loud. We didn't spend much time in the room, so wasn't too bad. Overall, a great place with friendly staff.

This was a great choice for overnight accommodations passing through. Very clean, comfortable, good amenities. Quiet location. My only complaint was the need to fix the rattling fan from the rooms air conditioner that rattled on/off periodically through the night. It wasnt loud but being adjacent to the bed, it was enough to wake you throughout the night.

I would have given 5 stars but the glass door for the bathroom is right in front of the beds. Anyone using the bathroom and turning on the light will most likely disturb anyone sleeping.

While the hotel itself is well maintained, the staff at front desk is very curt. The lady at the front desk did not even acknowledge our presence at the while we were waiting to get checked in, after a few minutes a man came in, who seemed as if he was doing us a favour. We had several pieces of luggage we were struggling to carry, they did not bother to let us know that luggage cart was available. Breakfast is okay.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the female staff member at check-in. There was no sense of being welcomed. Although I was clearly waiting to check in, even after she finished her conversation with another guest, she didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I was waiting. Normally, a staff member would say something like, “Are you here to check in?” but unfortunately, there was nothing. When I said, “I’m here to check in,” her only response was “Yup.” I found this to be quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the suite felt much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment, which made it inconvenient as we were unable to store frozen items like ice cream. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very few options. The parking area was quite tight as well. On a positive note, the room was very clean, and the sofa bed was from West Elm, which made it quite comfortable.

This hotel stay exceeded our expectations. The room itself was nice and the accommodations were good. The gym was small and subpar. The hotel staff however were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and made everyone they interacted with feel welcome. Every request was met with enthusiastic care and eagerness to make sure we had what we needed. We would absolutely come back because of the quality of service we received. Keep those people and treat them well!

The bedrooms are comfortable. Although, we did not get the room we booked. We were given a smaller room with only one king bed. We had booked a room with ‘multiple beds’ AND a sofa bed. The pictures showed two queen beds and a sofa bed. I inquired with staff and was told they sold out of those rooms because so many families were booking. Even though we booked in advance! The desk staff told me they were sorry and that they would ‘waive’ the parking fee. This hotel charges customers $18/day for staying at the hotel. I said great but I also want the room I paid for. She said tomorrow we can move you. I agreed. It never happened. Then upon checkout they promptly charged me $36 for parking and sent the invoice to my email. Lovely. Please do better Springhill Suites in Issaquah, WA. Pay more attention. Lame

We loved our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Although it is about 30 minutes from downtown Seattle it had easy access to the city and it had great dining options in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay hear next time we visit Seattle.

Our stay was great. The plug in for the coffee pot was not available for use. The desk lady tried to fix it but we moved coffee pot so all ended well. The ac is either full blast and freezing or hardly working. It is a ver y convenient place for us when we have appointments at Swedish-Issaquah

Outstanding location, gorgeous landscaping, pleasure to walk around, lovely patio, great service, friendly staff. Food good. Only thing is they need more hooks to hang robes, etc, in bathroom, but otherwise wonderful place. Would absolutely go back.

From check-in to check-out, this was an awesome hotel experiencing. The staff and GM were awesome and super helpful. Great location, close to dining and shopping but set back and very quiet. Less than 10 minutes from Swedish Surg center (our reason for travel). Will definately stay here again!

The hotel is tucked away in an interesting spot. It’s a nice area, but does seem a little out of place. It is clean and well maintained. Besides the pool being small and the pull out bed being rather uncomfortable, it was a very nice stay and very clean. Breakfast was nice, with waffles (though having two waffle makers would help eliminate the long line), scrambled eggs (and hard boiled eggs), cereal, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, milk, dairy free milk, sausage, oranges, and juice. I would not hesitate to stay here and would come again.
