This hotel never disappoints! It has excellent service, a beautiful interior and also a lovely pool for the kids. My room was perfect in every way and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive It's also a minute's walk to Sands Casino where, apart from the Casino, you can find free shuttle buses that can take you and your family all over Macau.

Great resort! Our kids loved the pool and the kids club. Room was fantastic and the welcome plate of cookies and fruit was a pleasant surprise. We managed to get around with the free shuttle buses and city buses. For the value, it was incredible. Would definitely go back.

Check in and out was very efficient, and we liked that it was a non casino hotel (sands is right door). The area is quite quiet, but convenient to walk around. The only downside was the smoking smell along the room floor corridors. The room itself was OK.

Other than the fact that there was no shuttle from the airport so I had to take a taxi, it was friendly and clean. However, I stayed for 3 nights and asked for cleaning in the middle of the stay, but they didn't do it, so I had to request water and towels separately.

스위트룸은 거실과 침실, 화장실 두개로 구성.가장 좋았던 것은 Amizade Bridge가 건너다 보이는 야경이었고, 리모델링 되어서 그런지 고풍스럽고 깔끔하게 관리된 호텔도 개인적으로 체크아웃하고 나오기 아쉬울 정도로 좋았음. 베네치안, 파리지앵, 마카오페리터미널 등 셔틀을 바로 옆 샌드호텔 셔틀정거장에서 탈 수 있고(수영장쪽 통로로 통해있음), HZM버스 내려서 호텔까지는 아티젠 셔틀이 있었음. 전반적으로 마카오 호텔 중에서 지나치게 화려하지 않고 공항 면세점같은 로비에서 길을 잃을 염려가 없는 곳을 찾다가 이곳을 선택했는데 좋은 선택이었습니다.

Super wonderful!!! 由於是第二次入住了，第一次是在聖誕節雖然是假日，但整體感覺很好，所以這次約了家人再次體驗！酒店還幫我們upgraded!! Welcome gife更讓我爸媽有賓至如歸的感覺，我也於有榮焉！位置非常適合親子入住，除了酒店本身的設施（泳池、遊戲室），周圍的健身小公園以及科學館/觀音像公園就夠玩了！只能說位置太好了！雖然不像澳門其它華麗有賭場的酒店，卻成了雅宸的優點，沒太多雜吵多了peace 就算長輩想試試身手，隔壁金沙就在旁邊，一點距離都沒有！雅宸真的很棒！

You can walk to the old town, and a large casino is nearby. The hotel itself isn't overly large, making it easy to come and go. Having stayed here several times, the staff remember my face. This time, my flight was delayed, so I checked in late at night, but they greeted me with a smile and even upgraded my room! Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

Amazing staff and attention to details. The entire staff body was so welcoming and friendly, the live music night duo at the bar (which had great drinks as well) was wonderful and interacted with the guests frequently. They even sang for my boyfriend as they brought out a birthday cake for us (I had informed the hotel the stay was for a birthday celebration for my partner). Overall, wonderful property with lots to do and memorable team, I will stay here next time I come to Macau.

Outstanding level of service. The concierge, Edgar, was the friendliest hotel staff member that we’ve ever met. We stayed for 3 days and the high level of attention and friendliness never dropped for an instant. The Thai restaurant is incredible and the bar serves superb cocktails.

Just next door to Sands, so there's easy access to the Kotai area via shuttle buses. Also easy to use shuttle buses to the different piers so I can also transit to other casino hotels using other shuttles. Walkable to bus stops to take many different numbers to tourist attractions and heritage sites. Nice area that's quiet at night but it's along the main road, so it's not dangerous or seedy. Appreciate the polite and considerate staff. Mom got injured due to 2 falls (she tripped over the lobby carpet and the blanket) and hotel staff checked in on her, gave us complimentary fruit platter, booked taxi for our transfer to airport, even extended our check out timing for our convenience and comfort. It's a great place to stay! Will surely come back next time we come to Macau! Room is roomy and comfortable. Love the toilet with tub and shower area separated. Beds are also bouncy but firm enough. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

It’s walkable to sands, Wynn & MGM casinos, so it’s convenient to take a free shuttle bus from casinos to cotai strip. They are supermarket & convenient store around till mid night since we arrived Macau late at night, we still able to find some food to eat. Would recommend this hotel, stay in same hotel in next Macau trip.

We arrived 1-2 hours early but Staff was still able to assign us an open room when we asked. We were walked to our rooms, and the breakfast buffet was not bad. The location of the Artyzen is perfect as we used the shuttles in front of the hotel and also next door at Sands. There's also supermarkets and restaurants nearby in walking distance. When asked, Staff also provided recommendations.

I was based at Casino Sands so it was the best location next to it. There is no casino in this hotel and the surrounding area is quiet so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a pool so it would be even better in the warm season.

Nice hotel with lovely recreation club with outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa. Excellent servicing staff to make me feel like coming home. Vasco Bar has excellent cocktails that you can spend memorable time with your love ones. Convenient location with easily accessible public transportation or taxi to all parts of the city.

The room is spacious and tidy though dirt was still found. The staff are friendly and helpful. Walk in for breakfast without booking, and was told that breakfast needed to be booked one day before, walk-in is charged for a higher price (around $50 more), this is unreasonable! You are just telling customer not welcome if no booking made.

This property is a bit old but well keep. The breakfast not very nice. The steam dim sum is like something you get from 7 11. The noodle soup department, the soups got no taste the service staff was not very friendly, didn't even offer any meat or seafoods with the noodles only a couple of vegetables. We had dinner at the hotel Chinese restaurant the foods and services were very good.

The hotel is convenient because near the pier and Sand hotel which have a free Shuttle service. From Hong Kong by boat or bus, it is very conveniant because the pier is 15mins by walk and the bus stop at the Sand Hotel next to the Hotel The rooms are bigs and confortable The Swimming pool and fitness center are good. Hotel ohne Casino, daher recht ruhig. Frühstück international und chinesisch - sehr gute Auswahl. Am Wochenende mit vielen Gästen leicht überfordert - wenig freie Plätze, Stau an der Kaffeemaschine und schnell geplündertes Buffet. Personal sehr freundlich. Gratisbus ins Casino-Viertel beim Hotel Sands nebenan. Sehenswürdigkeiten ansonsten mit Taxi anfahren (sehr günstig), wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist.

The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view. We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed. While the presentation was visually appealing, the taste fell short of our expectations. The sweet items were overpoweringly sweet, and the savoury items had a strange flavor profile that didn't quite work for us. The combination of flavours and textures didn't quite come together, and we found ourselves struggling to finish the set. Nonetheless, The Naam Thai restaurant at Artyzen Macau was excellent with great services and scrumptious food. Overall, we would still recommend this hotel!
