Some sort of construction going on at the property almost the whole time. One of the main restaurants was closed our entire stay. Limited menu items elsewhere. Extremely expensive food and drinks. Big wood fences at property edge obstructing the view of the ocean. Water pressure in room wasn't good. Lots of resort options in Cabo, won't be back to this one.

This is hands down the best service and hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the minute you arrive you are treated like nothing short of royalty. The staff makes you feel like you are the most important guest at the hotel. The grounds are pristine, the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Our butler service was outstanding. Every small detail is thought of at this resort and the staff make you feel like family. We were there during the passing of Hurricane Hilary. At another resort this probably would have been a trip ruining turn of events, but not at Las Ventanas. They accommodated us with all kinds of amazing activities that kept us out of the weather. Tequila, and wine tastings. Salsa Dancing, Fitness classes, spa accommodations. The food at the resort is spectacular and La Botica Speak East night club is a very special place to spend evenings listening to live entertainment enjoying incredible drinks. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Waldo the guest experience manager. He is AWESOME! He made our stay so special, and it's a pleasure to now call him our friend. Thank you Las Ventanas for an unforgettable time. nuestro amor desde Texas! nos vemos pronto!

From the moment we arrived to the last day, our family appreciated the hospitality and service. Resort was beautiful, food delicious and service spectacular. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Love the shopping on site as well. The spa was worth it too. Had the best hour massage. We are so pleased with our stay at Las Ventanas.

This was one of the best luxury vacations we ever took! The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, the property was gorgeous and well planned out (lots of stairs and walking though), the pools and beach was gorgeous, and the food and food options were excellent. This is a pricey place but you definitely get high quality for what you pay for. We have stayed at both the Westin and Marquise in Cabo before and Las Vantanas was our favorite by far.

Coincidentemente nos hospedamos na semana de comemoração do Dia dos Namorados onde tivemos o prazer de desfrutar de um jantar romântico regado a muitas petaladas de rosas e vela, musica ao vivo de primeira categoria e show de fogos. Único ponto negativo foi de não nos atentarmos sobre a existência do LA BOTICA Piano Bar. Somente descobrimos na última noite da nossa estadia onde não pudemos usufrui-lo na sua totalidade.

The property looks and feels old. It is beautiful but old. Very well maintained but outdated, specially the “suites” that are really regular rooms in other hotels of same category. Not any privacy in our “beachfront junior suite” as once you open the window, there is people sunbathing 20 feet away so it’s impossible to have the shades open. We were DOWNGRADED to a “partial ocean view” and even when the manager offered me to process a refund, they did nothing. For me it’s far from worth the price. What I mean is that I would have loved the spot if the price was the third part on what they charge.

Best hotel in Cabo, service is impeccable. You don't have to lift a finger, views are amazing. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. We ate at Arbol for Dinner, it was awesome and had breakfast every morning at Sea Grill next to the beach, excellent as well. You cant beat it.

Was there 4 nights had little sleep beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on had to get massage last day just to take pain away we have stayed at resort 3 times a total over 100k I was suppose to be relaxed when I left not tired and in pain.

Got charged an extra $500 for our son to stay with us and got charged hundreds of dollars a day in other fees. We didn’t get a free breakfast either as we had a previous visit because we didn’t book direct. The resort is fabulous but prices are insane. Service was slow and they didn’t come to check us out or get our luggage making us late for our ride. For what you pay it was a real disappointment this time and we won’t be back. The food was average to poor. Arbo was the best out of the 3. That’s just our opinion on our second trip.

The room we had - a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and an ocean view - was over-the-top beautiful, with many stunning handcrafted details like pebble mosaic floors. Nice touches, like having mariachis greet you as you check in. But the food is nothing special, especially considering the price. You are in between two towns, San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance. Just an issue to be aware of, and there are no inexpensive restaurants at the resort. Seems a bit ridiculous to pay well over $100 for a simple lunch for 3 people from the lunchtime taco bar (that is without drinks). Be sure to walk around the resort and find all of the restaurants, the very charming and fun speakeasy bar and classes like yoga available, because the butler/concierge types do not do a good job of informing you of these amenities. Oh, and the speakeasy has a large cover charge on the weekends, but not on M-W, so that is another good thing to know, it's definitely worth checking out.

This place is pure magic! From the food, to the staff, to the rooms, it’s pure luxury and attention. Be ware that things are expensive on the resort but portions are huge so sharing meals is not a problem in this regard. They give you a lot of great freebies to make up For the prices. Amazing resort!
