Echt ein gemütliches Hotel in Toller Strand-Lage! Das Hotel hat uns einen Privaten Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück organsiert. Alle Zimmer sind ähnlich Groß, es gibt also keine Suite oder Familienzimmer daher fallen 3-Bett Zimmer recht klein Aus. Ist aber ausreichend. Die betten und das Beistell-Klappbett sind relativ neu und sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig. Mängel oder Beanstandungen wurden unkompliziert und sofort umgesetzt. Ein Kühlschrank der nicht funktioniert hat wurde in 10 Minuten ausgetauscht- danke-Toll Grundsätzlich könnten Kleinigkeiten erneuert werden aber im großen und ganzen ist es stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir hatten All-In, was jedoch noch das typische ALL-IN in Ägypten entspricht. Die Hauptmahlzeiten sind sehr hochwertig und kein Kantinen Essen! JEDOCH ist das Getränkeangebot eingeschränkt und nicht zu jeder Zeit an jedem Ort wirkliches ALL IN SO gibt es am Zeytona Beach nur eingeschränkt Soft getränke und ein mini Angebot an schnellen Speisen wie Pommes, Pizza Stücken, Fast Food. Bier-Wein-Cocktails sind hier nicht INKL. in der Zeit von 10:00 - 12:30 und 14:30-19:00 gibt es keine Speisen auf der gesamten Anlage OBST UND EIS kostet Extra. Die Pool Bar ist bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet- Leider ist hier das Personal sehr unfreundlich und genervt sobald Gruppen ab 4 Personen Getränke Wünsche äußern und auch mal zwei oder mehr Cola zur liege tragen möchten.

The hotel facilities are great, we really enjoyed and our children too! The breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day. The pool is not very big but it’s nice and the pool bar is really good too serving both drinks and food as well! There’s a small boat to go to Zaytona beach which while not great, it’s good enough. Based on this hotel it’s easy to go Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay for a day trip and enjoy everything the Red Sea has to offer. For a family it is very safe for the children to explore and have fun so the parents can also enjoy. El Gouna town is a short walk and had many shops and restaurants where very kind and nice people awaits your visit. Would recommend 100%

Very authentic hotel with amazing pool, decent and helpful stuff, very delicious and generous food portions. You have access to nice beach but avoid lunch at the beach not really nice. Stuff are the most spectacular in this hotel . Thank you

Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Jeden Tag ein anders Motto beim Essen (14 Tage). Auch am Abend sehr ruhig und gemütlich an der Pool-Bar. Wir konnten problemlos die Zimmer mit AI 2 Stunden verlängern.

Expect the unexpected! I’ve long be a loyal client of this hotel! Beautifully designed rooms, soft bedding and beautiful views! The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Es ist ruhig und bietet eine gute Erholung. Direkt am Wasser. Mit dem Boot wurden wir direkt auf eine Insel zum schnorcheln gebracht. Die Insel könnte noch ein wenig schöner gestaltet werden und das Riff sieht leider schon ziemlich abgestorben aus. Die Lagune am Hotel ist jedoch wunderschön! Über Eis im All inklusive würden wir uns das nächste mal sehr freuen.

We are so glad we went with Sultan Bey after shopping around a bit. The all inclusive was totally worth it, everyday there was a new delicious cocktail. There was always a shady spot at the pool bar or the pool or the beach area. Access to Zeytouna beach was a big bonus. Absolutely gorgeous, and only a very short boat ride away. And the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We'd love to make it back someday!

Très belle hôtel avec beaucoup de service et une plage privée Chambre grande et propre avec balcon agréable Le petit déjeuner n’a pas beaucoup de saveurs il mériterait d’être plus restreint mais avec de meilleurs produits Nous avons pris un repas « spécial » avec thème fruits de mer et steak de chameau : c’était excellent ! Très bien servi comme dans un restaurant gastronomie. Nous avons même eu le chef qui nous a servi le dessert à la minute Il y a des jeux en prêt et une piscine agréable face a la mer Un rêve ! Seul bémol : le système de réservation du taxi n’est pas top car on le fait en ligne et il n’y a pas de confirmation mail. J’ai pourtant téléphoné mais le taxi n’était pas là Le personnel de l’accueil de nuit a néanmoins tout réglé pour que nous ayons notre taxi à temps- merci à lui pour son efficacité à 3h du matin Autre bémol à l’accueil de jour: un des monsieur était fort désagréable qui se croyait supérieur, un poil moqueur et agacé. Nous avons eu à faire à lui deux fois et il était désagréable à chaque fois Néanmoins Martina la responsable est très gentille et professionnelle Il y a un y un verre de l’amitié le jeudi qui était une bonne idée mais dommage que les participants étaient coincés et restaient isolés… ça aurait pu être plus sympa Dans l’ensemble un séjour inoubliable surtout pour le repas spécial ! Merci

Hôtel bien plaçé mais chambre sale ( tv plus que poussiereuse à notre arrivée, miroir de la salle de bain non nettoyé ) , la salle de bains est vieillissante et une fuite d'eau masquée par une poubelle. Nous avions réservé une chambre côté jardin et avons eu une chambre sombre et côté rue ( avec les nuisances qui en ðécoulent jusque 4h du matin ) L'hôtel nous a proposé de changer de chambre lorsque nous nous sommes plaints mais : Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant 10 jours hormis les poubelles vidées. Draps propres mais couette sale et jaune Les serviettes de toilettes sont tâchées ... quand elles sont changées . Donc le soucis n'était pas que la chambre .... L'hôtel répond sur d'autres sites que la chambre avait vue partielle lagon il n'en est absolument rien En résumé : hôtel cafardeux. Nous avions réservé pour 15 jours ( et avec un VIP ACCESS .....et sommes partis au bout de 10 jours pour un autre hôtel pour ....enfin pouvoir dormir et avoir un minimum de propreté que l'on peut éxiger .

Echt ein gemütliches Hotel in Toller Strand-Lage! Das Hotel hat uns einen Privaten Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück organsiert. Alle Zimmer sind ähnlich Groß, es gibt also keine Suite oder Familienzimmer daher fallen 3-Bett Zimmer recht klein Aus. Ist aber ausreichend. Die betten und das Beistell-Klappbett sind relativ neu und sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig. Mängel oder Beanstandungen wurden unkompliziert und sofort umgesetzt. Ein Kühlschrank der nicht funktioniert hat wurde in 10 Minuten ausgetauscht- danke-Toll Grundsätzlich könnten Kleinigkeiten erneuert werden aber im großen und ganzen ist es stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir hatten All-In, was jedoch noch das typische ALL-IN in Ägypten entspricht. Die Hauptmahlzeiten sind sehr hochwertig und kein Kantinen Essen! JEDOCH ist das Getränkeangebot eingeschränkt und nicht zu jeder Zeit an jedem Ort wirkliches ALL IN SO gibt es am Zeytona Beach nur eingeschränkt Soft getränke und ein mini Angebot an schnellen Speisen wie Pommes, Pizza Stücken, Fast Food. Hôtel bien plaçé mais chambre sale ( tv plus que poussiereuse à notre arrivée, miroir de la salle de bain non nettoyé ) , la salle de bains est vieillissante et une fuite d'eau masquée par une poubelle. Nous avions réservé une chambre côté jardin et avons eu une chambre sombre et côté rue ( avec les nuisances qui en ðécoulent jusque 4h du matin ) L'hôtel nous a proposé de changer de chambre lorsque nous nous sommes plaints mais : Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant 10 jours hormis les poubelles vidées. Expect the unexpected! I’ve long be a loyal client of this hotel! Beautifully designed rooms, soft bedding and beautiful views! The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep.

Très belle hôtel avec beaucoup de service et une plage privée Chambre grande et propre avec balcon agréable Le petit déjeuner n’a pas beaucoup de saveurs il mériterait d’être plus restreint mais avec de meilleurs produits Nous avons pris un repas « spécial » avec thème fruits de mer et steak de chameau : c’était excellent ! Très bien servi comme dans un restaurant gastronomie. Nous avons même eu le chef qui nous a servi le dessert à la minute Il y a des jeux en prêt et une piscine agréable face a la mer Un rêve ! Seul bémol : le système de réservation du taxi n’est pas top car on le fait en ligne et il n’y a pas de confirmation mail. The hotel facilities are great, we really enjoyed and our children too! The breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day. The pool is not very big but it’s nice and the pool bar is really good too serving both drinks and food as well! There’s a small boat to go to Zaytona beach which while not great, it’s good enough. Based on this hotel it’s easy to go Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay for a day trip and enjoy everything the Red Sea has to offer. For a family it is very safe for the children to explore and have fun so the parents can also enjoy. The pool is not very big but it’s nice and the pool bar is really good too serving both drinks and food as well! There’s a small boat to go to Zaytona beach which while not great, it’s good enough. Based on this hotel it’s easy to go Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay for a day trip and enjoy everything the Red Sea has to offer. For a family it is very safe for the children to explore and have fun so the parents can also enjoy. The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Es ist ruhig und bietet eine gute Erholung. Direkt am Wasser. Mit dem Boot wurden wir direkt auf eine Insel zum schnorcheln gebracht. Die Insel könnte noch ein wenig schöner gestaltet werden und das Riff sieht leider schon ziemlich abgestorben aus. Die Lagune am Hotel ist jedoch wunderschön! Über Eis im All inklusive würden wir uns das nächste mal sehr freuen.

We are so glad we went with Sultan Bey after shopping around a bit. The all inclusive was totally worth it, everyday there was a new delicious cocktail. There was always a shady spot at the pool bar or the pool or the beach area. Access to Zeytouna beach was a big bonus. Absolutely gorgeous, and only a very short boat ride away. And the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We'd love to make it back someday!

Echt ein gemütliches Hotel in Toller Strand-Lage! Das Hotel hat uns einen Privaten Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück organsiert. Alle Zimmer sind ähnlich Groß, es gibt also keine Suite oder Familienzimmer daher fallen 3-Bett Zimmer recht klein Aus. Ist aber ausreichend. Die betten und das Beistell-Klappbett sind relativ neu und sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig. Mängel oder Beanstandungen wurden unkompliziert und sofort umgesetzt. Ein Kühlschrank der nicht funktioniert hat wurde in 10 Minuten ausgetauscht- danke-Toll Grundsätzlich könnten Kleinigkeiten erneuert werden aber im großen und ganzen ist es stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir hatten All-In, was jedoch noch das typische ALL-IN in Ägypten entspricht. Die Hauptmahlzeiten sind sehr hochwertig und kein Kantinen Essen! JEDOCH ist das Getränkeangebot eingeschränkt und nicht zu jeder Zeit an jedem Ort wirkliches ALL IN SO gibt es am Zeytona Beach nur eingeschränkt Soft getränke und ein mini Angebot an schnellen Speisen wie Pommes, Pizza Stücken, Fast Food. Bier-Wein-Cocktails sind hier nicht INKL. in der Zeit von 10:00 - 12:30 und 14:30-19:00 gibt es keine Speisen auf der gesamten Anlage OBST UND EIS kostet Extra. Die Pool Bar ist bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet- Leider ist hier das Personal sehr unfreundlich und genervt sobald Gruppen ab 4 Personen Getränke Wünsche äußern und auch mal zwei oder mehr Cola zur liege tragen möchten.

Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Jeden Tag ein anders Motto beim Essen (14 Tage). Auch am Abend sehr ruhig und gemütlich an der Pool-Bar. Wir konnten problemlos die Zimmer mit AI 2 Stunden verlängern.

Très belle hôtel avec beaucoup de service et une plage privée Chambre grande et propre avec balcon agréable Le petit déjeuner n’a pas beaucoup de saveurs il mériterait d’être plus restreint mais avec de meilleurs produits Nous avons pris un repas « spécial » avec thème fruits de mer et steak de chameau : c’était excellent ! Très bien servi comme dans un restaurant gastronomie. Nous avons même eu le chef qui nous a servi le dessert à la minute Il y a des jeux en prêt et une piscine agréable face a la mer Un rêve ! Seul bémol : le système de réservation du taxi n’est pas top car on le fait en ligne et il n’y a pas de confirmation mail. J’ai pourtant téléphoné mais le taxi n’était pas là Le personnel de l’accueil de nuit a néanmoins tout réglé pour que nous ayons notre taxi à temps- merci à lui pour son efficacité à 3h du matin Autre bémol à l’accueil de jour: un des monsieur était fort désagréable qui se croyait supérieur, un poil moqueur et agacé. Nous avons eu à faire à lui deux fois et il était désagréable à chaque fois Néanmoins Martina la responsable est très gentille et professionnelle Il y a un y un verre de l’amitié le jeudi qui était une bonne idée mais dommage que les participants étaient coincés et restaient isolés… ça aurait pu être plus sympa Dans l’ensemble un séjour inoubliable surtout pour le repas spécial ! The staff were great but this is a seniors only hotel. The hotel needs proper renovation. There was a lot of workers noise all day. Ancient music and vibes. If you want to sleep at 9pm this is your place. Way too expensive for what it is.
