Hotel is dated with several floors but no elevators. Room was clean, but bare minimum. Full kitchen but no plates, glasses, utensils, nothing. Sign in kitchen said to call front desk and they would deliver basics,however after 15 minutes of ringing no one ever picked up the phone. My husband then went to the front desk but no one was there, only a sign that said another guest was being helped but someone would return soon. He waited 20 minutes and finally gave up at 10:55pm. Another sign said office closed at 11pm. So no dinner. I will say the A/C worked great and the bathtub and shower curtain looked pretty new. The woman who checked me in was very nice and friendly. Would not stay there again.

3 story hotel, no elevator. Most broken down couch and mattress we have ever seen in a hotel. We had to place one of the bed pillows under the mattress to prop up one side. Even though a suite hotel, no kitchen plates, silverware, glasses, cups, nothing. You have to request them from the front desk. I requested last night at 6pm. It is now 7am the next morning, and I am still waiting. We accidentally spilled water on our room floor. We wiped it up with a napkin. It was black from the dirt on the floor. The grab and go breakfast begins at 6:30. At 6:50 I went for coffee. The large pot was empty. Ok, how about hot chocolate? The hot water pot contained room temperature water. The front desk hours are 7am-11pm. At 7:30, still no one around. 4 hotels right next to each othet. Pick one of the others.

The place was in need of a remodel. Smelly carpets outdated bathroom no ice machines. breakfast was a joke.They were out of coffee and they referred to it as a togo breakfast, which ment you could grab a Kelloggs breakfast bar. No muffins, no fruits and no coffee.

Location is dated, stairwells were very dirty, outside doors only worked after keying the card 4 or 5 times, there is NO elevator, the cabinets in the room were stuck shut from grease, there was no coffee machine in the room and there was no real breakfast, only some muffins, luke warm water and luke warm coffee. The staff was nice enough, and the bed was comfortable.

Would not recommend! Firstly they have office hours and it closes at 11pm. We arrived way before that time to a line of people waiting to check-in as well. The office door was closed but we could see them in there moving around. We waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to assist us. The woman kept darting her eyes around and was acting very suspicious. We were given a nonsmoking room, but the whole building smelled like smoke. The walls were very thin. I could hear everyone’s conversation as we walked down the hallway. The room looked surface level clean , but me and my partner awoke to bumps or bite marks on us. It smelled like wet dog as well. There was trash scattered around the property. The doors require keycards to get in but people kept propping them open. It didn’t feel very safe or reassuring to see that. If expedia didn’t tell me it was too late to unbook, then we would’ve! The area in itself wasn’t sketchy, but this one for sure looked like it was for doing nefarious acts.

I am not sure how to explain the hotel. There was no overhang to pull under when you checked in and it was pouring rain. There was no bathroom in the lobby. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. There was a small kitchenette. I liked that it had a full size refrigerator. I also liked that they had a dish package available if you needed it. We only stayed one night, so we did not use this. The room was very dated. It looked old. When we went down for their "breakfast @ 6:10 all they had was coffee. Not sure if they ever brought anything else out, but we left and got something to eat elsewhere, due to time constraints.

Needs remodeling. No elevator and we had lots of luggage to carry up the stairs. Also no ice machine. Didn’t expect much for breakfast just granola bars but coffee ran out 30 before end of service. The staff was friendly. Chose it mainly due to low pet fee.

Nonsmoking room still smelled of smoke. The floors looked as if they weren’t swept after the last guest. The sink had what looked like dried comet caked around the edges inside. My expectations were much higher for the price. At least the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, the bedsheets were clean, and I felt safe.

This place was gross. A lot of hair on the bathroom floor. Hair in the towels. Shower drain was nasty broken off, laying on the tub’s edge. Stated it slept 4 people. The pull out sofa was a twin love seat. No rollaway beds to make up for the fact 4 people couldn’t sleep there.

Upon check-in, we were told we could not use cash or debit to pay, only credit. As someone with no credit cards, this was an issue. The check in clerk made an exception since I has exact change. The entire facility smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Don’t choose this facility unless you just need a bed to crash in for the night.

The staff at this location is absolutely unbeatable. I had less than solid dates for my stay, and they remained friendly, patient, and accommodating, no matter how clueless, frustrated, and flustered I was. Nice room worst breakfast ever. Choice of coffee, oatmeal, small small muffin or breakfast bar. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise breakfast included. THAT WAS NOT BREAKFAST
