It is a great location, and the property and breakfast were great. The only negative is they are two stories and do not have an elevator. However, there are not a lot of stairs. I will stay here again.

5 star. Front desk guy whose name I forgot was honest, helpful & amazing. He was super helpful with other patrons as well. Very affordable - clean, safe, convenient & quiet. All kinds of customers staying there. Breakfast was varietal & clean area. Pool we didn’t use but it looked crystal clear & clean. Only negative is no elevator. But not something we fretted.

Decent stay. Room was clean and inexpensive, hotel was in nice location. Breakfast was adequate. Pool area was messy with wet towels, etc. Lots of kids swimming due to wrestling tourney in town. Work out room should not be advertised. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Very clean, staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel does not have an elevator which makes staying on upper floors slightly difficult if you have alot of luggage or large cooler.

Inside the rooms have been recently renovated. Very nice. The hall ceiling tiles need replaced. Could be next on the list! Then the outside could use updating and some grounds keep. It’s just a little “concrete” feeling. The establishment was older but clean and kept. Nice shower and tub. I even used the indoor pool. No strange smells or noise. All in all a good stay!

Hotel is older but clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and made on time. Few things…The hallway has a strange smell and the dinning room is way too small. Plus, the cleaning staff entered my friends room without announcing and after complaining was told it was the third complaint that day.

This property is in need of cosmetic updates. The bathroom's drywall was cracking, the grout on the outside of the tub was unattractive and dirty. The bed had hairs in it that did not belong to guests in our party. The TV was very hard to see because of the screen being distorted. I feel as though the pictures in the listing were not accurately representative of the property. I was very disappointed and would like reimbursement for this booking.

The room was damp. The sheets were wet to the touch and there was mold on the back of the chair. It smelled terrible too. The pool was cold too. They did give us a different room and it was better but it still didn’t smell great.

When I booked online and paid in full it said “amount due at check in, zero”. When we arrived we were charged a $100 deposit, that “should” be refunded in 10 days. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and there were dirty towels under the bathroom sink. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the bed was terrible. It was hard and we both woke up multiple times during the night and in the morning in terrible pain. People in the hallway were extremely loud until late at night. We could hear yelling and cussing, kids running at all hours.

Super clean, which, besides safety is the main thing I want in a hotel! The only thing I’d say was less than satisfactory was the bed. I usually love hotel beds, but this one was super uncomfortable. I tossed and turned because it made my back hurt pretty bad. BUT, if you don’t mind taking some Advil for your back, everything else was wonderful! The coffee was GREAT!

The bed is a little hard for me but a very clean room with extra space to move around in. I even have a big chair to sit in. It is right across from the outlet mall at edinburgh and plenty of restaurants if you want to just walk to them. Price is a plus. Even has a pool and breakfast.

This review is for room 101, can’t speak for the rest of the property. 101 is a handicapped room and the first one in the hallway directly across from the ice machine and it is LOUD. From the constant sound of the ice machine, to people walking up and down the hall, to the tromping on the floor of the people above its one of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. It’s a good thing we always travel with earplugs or sleep would have been impossible. The window looked right into the parking lot, so there was car noise too, not to mention every time we opened the curtain someone was standing right in front of the window, usually smoking. I’m not impaired, but to note that it was not a roll in shower and the sink might have been hard to reach if in a chair. The room was quiet dated and showed a lot of wear. Breakfast was ok, but I would rather have a choice of yogurt rather than the weird dispenser, and the hot options were mostly unappealing.

I didn’t even stay here and the hotel still charged me. And yes of course I cancelled my reservation within the time frame they specified. I actually went in to talk to them in person since we stayed nearby and the guy at the desk was rude and didn’t at all try to help fix my problem.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night there. Towels were left but we even asked the front desk staff and were told it would be taken care of. Also a few times when we went to the front desk there was no one there. One staff member followed us around which seemed odd.

The hotel was lovely and the service was impeccable. Our rooms were all upgraded at no extra cost. One of our guests was given a accessible room, which was perfect for her. Sheena, the general manager was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the woman working breakfast was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this BW.

Our stay was fine up until right before check out. The hotel is out dated. There is no elevator. None of which is a deal breaker for us; however, on the morning of checkout my husband and kids took some of our stuff down to the car while I finished cleaning and packing up. They shut and locked the door behind themselves and the male house keeper LET HIMSELF INTO MY ROOM without knocking or saying anything. It was NOT past check out time (it was 10:35 to be exact). He looked at me and said “oh, sorry” and walked back out. This is a HUGE issue for me. What if I or my children had still been getting dressed when this man let himself into our room?! We will NEVER stay here, nor recommend this hotel to anyone else EVER.

We did an overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They are pet friendly and we travel with a little dog so that was important for us. The location is great because of the restaurants and gas station is right there within walking distance.

The staff is attentive and easily accessible. The lobby is clean, comfortable furniture and the included breakfast buffet had a number of choices for all tastes. The room is showing some signs of wear and age. However it was clean. The bedding was comfortable. Have stayed several times because they allow pets. Having said that, the hotel is extremely quiet. Rarely does “neighboring room noise” cause our dog to bark. Ample free self parking in a large lot.

Room was nice. Pool deck was painted and very slippery. Breakfast was picked over and very little was available. Syrup and waffle mix were empty and we had to ask to have them refill them. Overall, breakfast was tasty though.
