Filthy bathroom light falling out of the ceiling. Only one ceiling light in the bedroom - no desk light. Light above bed only worked on half of the fixture. The bedspread was stained, as was the bathtub. The walls are paper thin and a barking dog in the next room kept me awake. There was no parking, except on the other side of the building.

The well lit parking lot and huge grassy area for walking the dog, clean bedding but floor hadn't seen a wet mop in a long time. Only second floor rooms available and it is awful when 75, heart problem, luggage and small dog to deal with. No other rooms available in the area. Otherwise I'd stay again.

The Red Roof Inn was "nothing fancy" but it was perfect for my purposes. The check in person was friendly and helpful, recommended the restaurant next door which was reasonable and excellent. My dog was welcome too - hospitality staff was friendly. Room was clean, location convenient.

No pet fee for our dog was a plus but our room had a very very strong bleach odor. It was a clean cute corner room with a jacuzzi but the bed was not good. You could feel the springs and it was a bit hard to me. The jacuzzi was nice but it was awkward having it also as the "tub" part of taking a shower. Overall we would stay here again.

Ive stayed here a few nights, only thing i would say is guest with pets should be in certain areas of the property. Me and my daughter stepped in dog crap a few times. Overall not a bad place so far

This hotel looked like it was constructed in the 40’s and hasn’t been updated since. My door wasn’t very secure I had to lift up on the handle to get the dead bolt to lock. There was a huge gap under the door. Th bathroom was extremely small and had stains everywhere. The room smelled funny, found no bugs thankfully. Tv was very small and the lighting sucked. The power strip that was built into the night stand didn’t work. I booked this because of the price and it had a pool, no mention of the pool not being open. Very disappointing. Asked for an invoice at check out and was told that I couldn’t get one bc I booked through hotels.com. I would not ever recommend staying here to anyone

bathub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, still had foot prints in the bottom of tub. dead bugs in the corners. floors look like they were mopped with dirty old mops.

I stayed in room 103 very clean. Smelled wonderful. The bed sheets smelled clean. Microwave and the refrigerator were very clean. Thank you for that that means alot. Owners are very nice people.

The bed was made with blood stains clearly visible on the sheets. The room was non smoking but the bed covers had cigarette holes throughout. (I have pictures if needed.) Unknown Substances were on each surface of each table and at the bottoms of the cabinetry. The heat was on when we entered and worked well which is very important on a cold day.

The floor was so dirty that when I went to bed I noticed that that the bottom of my feet were gray with filth. It’s flooring which should be easy to clean. Even the rugs felt dirty.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. On top of that, the customer service was downright rude and unhelpful any time I asked for assistance. There were no refreshments or basic amenities available, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and I will definitely not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you can.

Everything was fine, my only complaint was one creepy man sitting in a chair in the doorway with his door open for hours. The room above was a couple of people hanging out on the balcony, drinking and smoking all night. One spitting onto the lower level and nearly hit me with with his spit as I was walking into my room. They were standing outside for most of the night and talking very loudly. If it wasn't for the trashy people who seem to live there I would have rated my stay higher.

When we first got to the hotel there was water all over the floor and toilet in the bathroom, we went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room! Before we got to our new room the staff was already at the old room fixing the problem!

when I arrived, could not find a reservation.that complained for trying to check in 4 minutes early ahead of the check-in time. i called customer service who than called them. the staff was very rude to the customer service. room had dirty bedding. heat didnt work. i had to clean the filter of the ac heater and it still didnt work. they dont clean the filters.would not stay at again. bugs in bed

We stayed March 2nd to March 5th, which we checked out at 11 am. They came to the dooe at 10 am and harassed us until 11. Them gours after wed checked out and had left, my card was charged $80 for anither night that we never reserved, or confirmed or got a notification for. Then they tried tsking out $20 randonly later on tjat same day.

Allowed us to check in a bit early on a positive note. The bad: bed was hard as a rock pillows weren't soft. Could not sleep at all. Tub was dirty. Old Sundae left in fridge. The worst: Check out was supposed to beb11am. They knocked on door at 10am and tokd us to check out.

Room was clean and overall a very good stay. We were out right by stairs, downstairs and the people above us seemed to love going up and down the stairs all night but once we were asleep it wasn’t that bad. I would def stay here again. The staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful.
