This was the most horrible hotel.. do not stay here. Very unclean, unsanitary, flies everywhere, and too many stains in sheets and will not even give you new sheets. I can see why this property has no traffic.

We were utterly shocked when we arrived at the motel for our overnight stay. The room wasn’t disgusting but it was far from clean. The room was marketed as (renovated) but there was tape over the cracks on the floor. The bed spread looked dirty and the towel was dingy… we asked for more and the guy said “in the morning” and also wouldn’t give us a clean bed cover so all we had was a sheet and a throw blanket that I had packed. Toilet paper was out so the spare was just on the back of the toilet which tells me that it was cleaned. Just not a good experience and we normally have good things to say about Red Roof Inns but not this time. Very disappointed. I wish we had taken a photo

I took photos. It is NOT a safe area. Traveling alone, I stayed 6 hours and then left. Security lock was bent. AC wasn’t running properly. Trash all over the property. My key card sleeve had been used twice before, they just scratched out numbers. This place is not safe, not clean. I advise that you not stay here.

Room was clean and the property well lit and felt safe. Convenient location right off the interstate, but tucked away from the usual noise and traffic. Walking distance to Burger King and a 24/hour Gas Station Convenient Store. My only complaint was the room was on the smaller size.

After a 10-hour drive, all I wanted was to check in and get some rest. Unfortunately, upon arrival the lobby was locked with a sign instructing guests to call a number. I called and was told someone would arrive in ten minutes — it ended up being about twenty-five. The front desk representative was very kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing. The comforter and sheets were visibly stained, there were only two poor-quality pillows on a king bed, and the air conditioner had to be manually reset to start. I also noticed burn marks around a light fixture, hair in the shower, and clothing tags stuck to the wall. As someone that works in hospitality management, I understand that operations can be challenging, but cleanliness, maintenance, and consistent service should always meet brand standards. Unfortunately, this property did not.

The first room I was in I could not breathe. I requested a new room they put me in a room where the bed I was sleeping in seemed to generate its own heat The next room had a TV that honestly put out so much Extra microwaves it heated my body to where I hurt The bed was even worse as far as comfort it was hit but I kept hurting so bad I literally had to sleep on the floor

When I arrived to check in, the desk person gave me a receipt for the room that did not have the amount charged to my card on it. Could not give me a receipt because I had 'booked on line' Given rm 110, staff followed me to room to show me how to work door, light turned red not green as other places because of 'low battery'. Room only had 2 pillows on king, bed, no refigerator, microwave, coffee, bare bones. When I said this was not what iI am used to, accusing tone, 'why did you book this room. ' Shown another room, with 4 pillows, refiterator, microwave, coffee, computer desk, more in line with what I have been getting/ Said I could have this room for $15/night, again no receipt. Room was nice except for glaring unpleasant overhead lights at head of bed & over desk, rather than lanps as I am used to.

The room was bright , led light needs a dimmer, paint scratches from a chair that rubbed against the wall. The looked like it was just painted silk had tape on the lights. The door lash was broken, door closed but not properly. The outside of thr motels need some maintenance

I have Never been sooo disappointed and upset with a hotel franchise as I am with This one. They have no compassion or empathy for Anyone. I highly recommend to NOT book here. Crazy thing is, I was hacked and booked for 2 rooms and can’t get a dime of my money back.

Came late after another hotel didn't workout. Staff was wonderful, room was clean, air already on 70 so the rooms temperature was nice, good size bathroom. Several convenience stores and fast food options. Will be staying again.

Originally booked for the low price but averagely alright reviews as well as the “free crib” amenities. When we arrived, I asked if they had baby cribs but they did not which defeated the purpose of booking them. The front desk was very nice despite this fact. The bed sheets and towels looked clean, but my fiancé did report that he saw roaches. Also, whatever renovations had been done left spackles of caulk, grout, and whatever everywhere as well as paint, so it does look cheap. We didn’t use the TV since most nights we turned in early for my baby’s bedtime. The sheets were VERY thin, so if you like a cold room but cozy bed, bring an extra blanket. There are no side lamps, just two ceiling spotlights. It is right off of the interstate, plus a less favorable area of Lafayette so of course, there are some sketchy looking people. But if you mind your business, they will mind their’s. The only patrons that did not mind their businesses were the local cat colony. There are some very friendly, sweet cats who will attempt to enter your room while you are unpacking luggage. Overall, it was what I expected for the price, minus the lack of crib. So, I would say it met my expectations but did not succeed them, which is why I am rating this hotel rather mid or lower than mid (except for the staff, who were nice).

This hotel is super no nonsense, but it's super chill, which is nice. Years ago, it used to be super trapped out, but with the new management, it is SUPER QUIET now. Mike, the guy that works the front desk is super nice and very accommodating. He's the best. The area around the motel isn't the BEST part of town, however there are no real hoods in Lafayette.... I still walk alone here at 2, 3, 4 AM on the regular and have NO PROBLEMS.
