First room had a distinct smell. Not unusual since you can cook in the rooms. Helpful staff changed room with no issue. Renting plates and pots seems tacky to me. Overall a good stay.

Love the dog walk/play area. I've stayed with you a few times with my guy Spike and he remembers! He was very excited to be back there. Only disappointment was no grab and go breakfast and no front desk person overnight.

Pet friendly and friendly say parking. Friendly desk clerk. To not very clean — kitchen floor and TV remote both dirty. No easy to make coffee in room. No plates or mugs. You can get a kit with pots & pans for an extra charge.

Hallway on first floor smelled, hotel has no ice machine, "extended stay" in the hotel title, but the cupboards were bare, one would need to ask for any type of utensil or kitchen apparatus. Desk is not manned overnight. No shampoo in in the shower. No in room coffee, no hotel supplied breakfast. Pretty much the items I've noted here are SOP at every hotel I typically stay at.

When I booked this property, it said it included breakfast. When we arrived and after we checked in (prepaid) we were told they no longer offer breakfast. This cost us $100 extra as we had 3 rooms and had to go out for breakfast. They also took out all the cooking utensils and plates but offered to sell them for $39.99 and 19.99 respectifally. If we wanted new towels second day, we had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and pay $1.75 each. Where as front desk only open 9am-10 pm and we left before 9 and came back after 10, couldn't get towels anyway. Bathroom had no shampoo only 2 bars of soap, 2 bath towels and 2 washclothes. No hand towels or tissues. This hotel has less basics than any hotel I have stayed at in my 65 years.

It worked as a place to sleep but the fact there is a kitchen and zero supplies to warm something in microwave or drink out of a cup- pretty poor service.

Excellent location, nice personal, the only problem is they don't have ice machine. Room very clean and the facilities too. Highly recommended.

I have low standards but there was hair in the bed, pubes in the shower, and the floor was pretty sticky. This was a romantic stay with my wife and she was turned off. It was hard to get her turned on again. Booo!

My stay was perfect ! The staff is always at the front desk and ready to help there is always someone to greet you and help promptly, friendly funny and quick excellent service. The room was spotless and cozy. The ac and the windows worked just fine while cooking. The WiFi is great as well to handle your internet needs. My stay felt very comfortable and safe

This entire property smells very bad like smoke! We had to leave. It was horrible

First appearance was a dirty ceiling on outside entrance area. Elevator floor had high wear. Bathroom light had no shade and the lights were exposed, several holes in walls, one of two lights on fixture next to bed didn’t work, hair dryer in the bathroom was loose and coming off the wall, screw anchors were still exposed in an area of an unpainted wall where an old fixture was and new fixture was moved up higher to a new location, had to have maintenance fix the shower head that was loose and spraying on the wall, noisy slamming doors shook the room.

Clean and safe

Not sure what's going on here. We needed a last minute room. The price was right which was appreciated. The place had a funky smell throughout and wasn't very clean. We slept and got out first thing in the morning.

The floor in the floor was dirty and in dire need of mopping. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling and there was not bathroom nightlight. Worst yet, one of the beds had bed bugs! My wife had several bed bug bites on her arms! Very concerning!

I would advise to make sure you stay on the third floor. Very noisy on the second.

First room I had toilet didn’t flush. Worked when I checked in but next morning did not flush. I told clerk at the front desk. She called an employee over that was standing by the desk and asked why that room was given out. Evidently there’s a problem with it and it should not have been given to me. She asked me if I wanted to switch rooms. seriously?? Was I supposed to stay in the room with no toilet? She switched me to another room on a different floor. Extremely noisy, extremely dirty first room (313) was ok other than toilet. The bed, however, felt like you were sleeping on a slab of concrete. Ended up sleeping in the chair. Second room (227) was horrible. HVAC units outside. Can’t turn off the heat. Window doesn’t close completely. The “free” breakfast was a choice of a dried up muffin or a granola bar. No milk for the coffee - either powdered creamer or chemical laden, already sweetened creamers. Save your money and stay at a real establishment. Also seems to be a lot of long term residents. One of them got a delivery yesterday from Walmart … about 25 bags of stuff.

This is a very old well used hotel. It smells. TV doesn’t work. Bedside lamp doesn’t work. Walls are paper thin. And the cost was just shy of $200! Terrible.

This room was a disappointment. Compared with the previous night about 100 miles away, this room cost the same but was in worse condition. It had a stale cooking smell. The carpet is frayed, the paint chipped in places, the heater wouldn’t work right. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work so the wall-mounted hair dryer didn’t work. They brought portable hairdryer that worked as long as you held the plug in the outlet. The grab and go breakfast had three options - chocolate mini muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal packages. There were no bowls or milk, though. Staff was nice and helpful but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Great staff… clean rooms. Age is showing.. but its like home away from home for me..

The bed was sooooo hard! My daughter and I had a tough time sleeping. The room was clean enough but run down. The towels were awful. We had two bath towels and two washcloths that were all threadbare. You had to pay $1.75 to exchange your towel for another. The front desk was closed from 10p to 10a! We chose it because it was the least expensive and we were just going for a college visit. That being said it was still $218/night with fees and taxes!

Older property that needs a little maintenance.

Like it had a full fridge. For extended stay could of had more tv channels

Very dated and tired accommodation. Didn’t realise people stayed here long term and felt unsafe being eye-balled by other residents. Unmanned desk between 10pm and 9am. Was a bit noisy at night.

Our bathroom had hair remnants from previous occupant. The toilet seat was broken. The towels and toiletries were very limited. The advertised queen bed was really more the size of a double bed. I don’t see myself staying at this here again.

While my Expedia reservation was clearly for two rooms, the hotel told me there was only one room reserved in their system. I could have a second room at a higher walk-in rate. When I complained and showed a printout of my reservation of two rooms at a stated rate, the receptionist gave me a lot of attitude about how that was not his responsibility, and, if I wasn’t happy, he would just tell me there were no rooms available at all. I was going to question this fellow whether he realized his business is extending hospitality, not threatening customers at midnight that he’d deny them any rooms. But, as the fellow clearly was inadequate, I gave up and we paid a higher rate for a second room. A very unpleasant check-in experience!

Quick check in process. June at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms could use some updating but overall a nice, clean hotel.

June went above and beyond to ensure our customer questions were answered and that we could resolve our communication, even 24 hours after our stay!! Exceptional customer service and care! Very rare and very appreciated!!

Hotel needs an overhaul- it’s fine. In a remote location with a gas station next store. It is very close to other shops 5-10 m away. No staff on duty at front desk overnight. If you have a problem at night, need to go downstairs and call from a hotel phone. Grounds are ok at best.

It was very affordable, great location, clean, comfortable and nice hot water. Normally Extended Stay has a breakfast and this location didnt offer which I was disappointed in.

Television did not work. Absolutely no coffee anywhere especially in lobby. No complimentary toiletries. No continental breakfast which is a shock for an extended stay hotel. Individual police parking spot? Why??

Hotel was good and clean. But the breakfast was terrible. Just granola bars and muffins.

The hotel was just okay. The room was clean enough and did not smell terrible like some cheap hotels do. But, nothing impressive about it, either. The toiletries were horrible or missing. The breakfast bar was pathetic. As long as you don't expect too much, it's a good and safe hotel.

They have signs all over the interior about how they are so methodical about cleaning but if you look at the buttons in the elevator, the air filter that’s just inside the door to the room, the windowsills, it’s not even close to being clean. Their “breakfast” consists of coffee that tasted like mud, Pre-wrapped muffins that were so dry and you couldn’t even tell what flavor they were, powdered milk, no decaf coffee. Certainly does not qualify as any kind of breakfast. I was told by a desk clerk that I was given a room with a semi-working toilet and was questioned about why I wanted to move rooms. And even though I was checked in and paid before they would move me I had to go back to my room to get my ID. I was then moved into a room above the HVAC unit with windows that didn’t close completely. So not only was it freezing outside with that Wk d blowing into the room the non-stop noise was unbearable. Also, there’s no way to turn off the heat. Even though the heat was turned off in the room there was still heat coming from somewhere. There was green magic marker/paint all over 3 of the walls. But then again the drab brown paint color on the walls wasn’t anything special either. There was a “recliner” in the room that didn’t close properly so you had to climb over the footrest to get out of the chair. If they try to give you room 227 - run!
