Staff was great and courteous. Quiet for the most part but the doors on each room are EXTREMELY noisy when opening or shutting so we heard that all night long. The only concern we had was the elevators. SCARY. Panels are loose on the walls of the elevators and the ride up and down is a bit jumpy and touchy at times. Needs a tad bit of service for those. Still a nice overnight stay and the staff were great!!

We really like that this hotel is located close to restaurants and the XL center. The parking was very convenient, in which you can see your vehicle from room (#220) which was nice, clean with refrigerator and microwave. Ironing board & iron. Hair dryer. Bathroom door lock did not work for the day/night we stayed (friday-saturday). Digital key option was great, with the exception of access to our room not working and malfunction ing. It worked for all other areas (pool, entrances and fitness room). We had to get a room key from the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was good too. Hot roast coffee was good. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

My king suite was a comfortable room and the entire hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast excellent. Keyless entry and check in via the app was great. My only real complaint is there are no vending machines anywhere in the building, only a very small selection of snacks available for purchase at the front desk.

Perfect stay for a family. Pool size/depth geared toward children which was perfect (small and shallow). Great breakfast. Highly recommend and will stay again.

There are no cameras outside at this location. Burglars knew this and broke into 3 cars (including mine) by smashing the windows. Made for a very difficult ride home an emotional rollercoaster. Staff did their best to make it right and were friendly, but cannot believe they do not have cameras outside their facility

Nice staff, great breakfast. Stayed four three days no cleaning service ever came to my room and the halls were filthy. The same crumbs and trash were there when we Checked in and three days later at Check out. Elevator sounded and felt like it was about to break at any moment. Cleaning stuff constantly in the halls but I’m not sure what they were cleaning the hotel was incredibly dirty.

Our stay was alright. When we got there our shower was disgusting, still had quite a bit of water in the tub. The bathroom door also did not shut. The furniture was chipped and tv outdated. The room next to us we saw at least 8 people in an out of it including kids who were running around and very loud. Overall place could use a good cleaning and an upgrade. The staff however were great and friendly. Morning breakfast was also ok. Big mess from the guest during breakfast Buffett. We did not go in the pool but it did look nice! However, the elevator were sometimes filled with water assuming from guest leaving the pool and one of the walls in the elevator was basically falling off. So overall the place was ok. Most likely would go somewhere else next time.

Stayed here from 1:30AM Saturday 10/11/25 until 7:30AM 10/12/25 for my Dad’s 60th birthday party. Drove 7 hours from Pittsburgh. I reserved this hotel two months in advance. Based on the price and reviews is why I selected this hotel. I stayed here with my family of three. We were super exhausted when we got in. Chris at the front desk was very nice and checked us in promptly. We went to take showers and I discovered a used band aid on the tub. I didn’t notice it until I was in the shower. I took my shower first. None of us had band aids. I called the front desk to report it. He asked me to bring the bad aid down! So they wouldn’t think I was joking. Now it’s about 230 am after us getting settled in. I took it down. Wrapped in tissue. Because I didn’t have gloves. I was told I would receive a discount on my bill. I didn’t. Besides the band aid, the sink faucet was falling all over the place. The carpet in the room is lifting. Overall it was clean.

Trouble adjusting room temperature which was set for 78 degrees. Way too hot but not offered help in correcting it when I called at 9 PM. No instructions for how to adjust and ended up having to run the air conditioner when it was in January. Also, no instructions in the room for using the TV.

Staff at check in were solemn. Room was clean. Shades for window over heater did not work so lights from back parking lot illuminated room all night. That unfortunately competed with a green light intermittently flashing on wall up near the ceiling and the noise from in room mini-fridge….which we unplugged to try and get some semblance of sleep…not a pleasant stay.😢

I am lying here with a old stained carpet(red) i hear people above me walking around; you can hear everything. Garbage truck picked up garbage loudly at 3:am. Can not pull shut curtains; there is no curtain just sheer for about 4 ft so a light shines thru them reflected off mirror and into room. Looked good from outside but that is about it. Very disappointed in accommodations; will look for another place to stay next time.

At this location i stayed Thursday - Sunday, and room service came to my knowledge twice which was ok. i came back to my room one morning and some of my belongings had been moved around. upon check out i was told i was being charged for smoking in the room, which was fasle. my "items" were just out in the room and that means i was actively smoking in the room ? the smoke detector was never set off and there was never any point in time where someone came to my room with any compliance issues. everything else about the location was just fine . just be cautious of the room service and them going through your belongings and labeling your actions as something they are not.

Hotel could use some updating. Room bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. When we checked in, internet was down. This meant they couldn’t properly check people in or make keys. They offered bottled water, but there was little done service wise. No one checked us or let us know when the internet was back on. We had to call to ask for a key the next day.

We showed up after the check in time and rooms weren’t ready due to staffing. I didn’t think they spoke professionally about the situation. The girl at the front was eating gummy bears while we were talking to her at the front desk. We walked around the area and sat inside while our room was quickly being cleaned. Other families came and checked in while we waited instead of telling them we were next to get a room. Just wasn’t handled well. Our rooms were updated though compared to other Hampton Inns that I’ve stayed at. Many options for dining nearby. Nothing fancy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn in Manchester! My room was big and comfortable and most of all .. clean! I loved being in the Buckland area and having multiple dining options at my finger tips! Keep up the good work Hampton Inn Manchester! I look forward to staying here again on my return!

Great location close to shopping and food. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Used the facilities like the pool and fitness center and were very pleased. Included breakfast saved us alot with 2 young kids to feed.

Staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. Hotel/room were clean and fresh feeling. If I ever had the need I would stay here again. Only 15 minutes from Hartford which is where I needed to be and I prefer to be out of the city. Also, fairly priced with a reasonable check out time of noon.

Great location and great staff. Breakfast was top notch and the team was very attentive to guests. Shopping is within walking distance as well as less than a 5 minute drive to large mall. Definitely would stay there again. Was in the area for UConn graduation.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Stayed here 3 nights and each morning breakfast was excellent. Best i have ever had a hotel in this price range. They had strawberries, blueberries, bananas apples and oranges, cereal, waffle, breakfast potato, eggs and sausages/bacon and the usual bagels . Room and bathroom were clean and standard to be expected of a Hampton Inn. I would highly recommend.
