Easy in and out parking. Close to everything.

Wonderful 18 night stay. The 2 full bedrooms (quiet with doors that closed), 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen were great, since my wife and I were there with our adult son. A closet present in each bedroom, plus a closet in living area. Lots of drawers in dressers/nightstands for clothes. Kitchen was well equipped (microwave, dishwasher, full oven, toaster, coffee maker, bowls - plates - silverware - pots - pans, etc. and "starter items" for our stay such as dishwasher soap, sample coffee, etc. were helpful to find when we arrived. Room was very clean. No housekeeping, but we simply called front desk and they would bring clean towels, etc. Views of the marina were amazing from the windows in our room. There were balconies with chairs, but unfortunately it was too cold outside to use them in January. Free, reserved parking was super, esp. since parking is a premium in Newport. If you have more than one vehicle, check if 2 spots available. Stacked washer/dryer in the room was very handy, but capacities were small and unfortunately very noisy. Furniture in living room a bit uncomfortable. TV had limited number of channels. Large dining table with chairs was great. My wife is 5\' and could not reach middle/top kitchen shelves nor reach microwave above stove to put items in or out, especially when hot. Front desk found a small fold-up step-stool for us to use to solve "high shelves" issue when we reported this problem. Front Desk closes at 5 PM!

Parking situation is atrocious. Assigned spots , even in off season. Our car was blocked in by another guest on purpose and management would not do anything about it. Management was rude and extremely unprofessional given the circumstances and situation. If the Front desk staff and management had handled the parking situation we experienced differently, our review would have been much better. People make a difference in experiences and the Management staff at this facility seemed to have been not trained well or not suited for a managerial position. Never in my life have I experienced such poor decision making and lack of service, especially in the service industry. Never again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to book your stay.

The location was excellent and property was very clean and well designed. The only issue was parking if you have a larger vehicle. If have to park at an angle or your vehicle is blocking the road.

Excellent stay. Gym could be a-little larger very confining.

Everything was good except the bathtub would not drain after taking a shower. Enjoyed the location and facilities.

Great location with a beautiful view of marina. Very clean and has kitchen amenities. Will recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious and very clean. It's off season so it was too cold to sit out on the decks. Views were gorgeous. Although it was the end of March we were able to shop, eat and go out.

Great location The kitchen floor should have been mopped, not just swept The master bedroom bed was terrible to sleep on Those are minor compared to the location of the place. You can walk to just about everything. Or it’s a short drive to the cliff walk. Would definitely stay there again

Our resort was in a great location and our accommodations were spacious and clean.

We have stayed here several times. Though we enjoy the views from North wind building a little more and we were in South Wind. Always clean and very nice staff. Friendly atmosphere. It's a great location. Near so many great restaurants. We had never stayed at Christmas time before and it was very nice!

We got a great rate for a two night stay in March. Had a 2 bedroom modern apartment.

Great space, better than I expected. Our three toddlers boys shared one bedroom, we took the king bedroom, and had space to enjoy a date night in front of the fire. Will be staying there again!

This is a lovely property with tons of space for our family. We did two loads of laundry, cooked breakfast, relaxed on the decks and enjoyed our stay throughly. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and charm of Newport!

It was so spacious, loved the fake fireplace, washer and dryer. It was so perfect for three of us.

We were sent to a different property. I was called while I was on my way to Newport. There was no availability for our prearranged property location. I won’t ever rent there again.

We showed up to check in for the weekend and they told us that they were overbooked. we were going to be relocated to another hotel and there was nothing they could do about it.

Staff was excellent, it was nice and quiet with a beautiful view, could not recommend enough
