The hotel was beautiful, it was clean. The first night it was warm so the kids went to the pool. We spent almost $200 on the bistro which is located next to the pool. They don’t deliver to you, you have to pick it up. The food was expensive and wasn’t good. If I go back I wouldn’t purchase food from there, the kids didn’t even like the hotdogs. The grounds are beautiful and my kids loved the pools, the basketball courts etc. This is a timeshare, don’t expect daily cleaning service or clean towels unless you pay an extra fee they advised. That was upsetting, even though we were in a one room villa with a Washer and dryer, laundry wasn’t one thing I wanted to do. During your stay you will get a call from the concierge asking you to attend a 90 minute presentation that will earn you a $25 marriot gift card, 15,000 bonvoy points or a $75 visa gift card. I decided to go to see what it was about and they were trying to have me become a Marriott vacation club member. Great presentation and fell in love with it, seemed like a great deal and savings. We were one step from finalizing the next day and when we went back to our room we read reviews and watched YouTube’s that gave the full run down on how it worked. There’s an additional $100k that was missing from the presentation we were shown. So, for anyone who may be interested you should educate yourself before going to presentation so you know the correct questions to ask.

Had a great time at the hotel. Check-in was easy, and the rooms were exactly what we were looking for. We took advantage of the pool while we were there, but most of our other time was offsite. The location was convenient for Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

I liked the clean atmosphere. Also the hospitality of the staff. And there were so many activites to participate in . The parking was a plus. The family enjoyed the scavenger hunt. And the rooms were well kept . Then on the flip side the internet was down often .

Just spent a week here. The property is really nice. There are a lot of great activity here like bike rentals, pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball and mini golf. There is also an indoor activity area with a small movie theater. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are small but heated and very nice. The house cleaning comes mid week but the building have washer and dryers and provide detergent if you need to do laundry. There are also fire pits and bbqs. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

The staff was wonderful. Nice, clean place except our room had bugs!! A giant cockroach and few smaller bugs. Left my name and number for the manager and never heard from her. I will not recommend this location. This is truly the first time I have ever had a bad experience anywhere.

Our stay was just okay. While the hotel had some fun amenities for kids, like pool activities, a great DJ, and a fun water aerobics class in the morning, several things fell short. The room had a strong fishy odor when we arrived, which was unpleasant. The air conditioning didn’t work through the night, and we later discovered it was due to a misplaced door sensor—something the staff never mentioned or helped with. Guest services never answered the phone, so we couldn’t get fresh towels or pool towels during our stay. While the staff we encountered were friendly, the service overall was mediocre. This is such a beautiful resort and spotless rooms. The bed and sheets were amazingly comfortable. Isn’t that really the first thing you need to get right ! Nice staff and super easy parking etc. Williamsburg are is gorgeous as a bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

The view from my villa was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the screen in porch and table until it rained, came back out later and half of the porch and the table was covered in slugs which were creepy. Had to use cups of hot water to get rid of them but had to stay in for a rest of night. Didn’t like the bathroom, It was kind of small and the shower bench did not feel secure enough to use. Reminds me of the tile from the showers at the pool. Last visit had a nice glass shower. This one was not appealing and did not like the shower curtain and the flooring. The room had a bad smell so I used a lot of Lysol. Didn’t help much, smelled stale and as if the carpet needed cleaning. It was however quiet. The bedding was clean and the jacuzzi tub was a plus

Rooms are very nice. Very clean. This is a resort location and feels like apartment style living. We didnt have time to do much, but a lot of activities for the family right on location. Downside was the AC is only able to Be turned down to 68 degrees. I can understand when you are trying to be Eco Friendly, but some people sleep warm and 68 is not cool and also, the AC did not circulate to the main bedroom so it was hot. This was on a 50 degree night so I cant imagine during the summer. I had the sliding door open all night to keep cool. The desk staff also had no personality. Very dry, unfriendly. He didnt smile at all and certainly didnt make you feel welcome.

The room is spacious and wonderful, but if you are seeking a good nights sleep I would avoid. We had someone use the jet hot tub from 230-4 am above us and it is extremely loud waking us. Additionally, we had someone slamming cupboards between 4-5am. The indoor pool is closed for maintenance but that was not disclosed anywhere prior to us arriving, and there is construction around many of the villas.

I booked two suites, everything was just beautiful. Very spacious and room to set down and eat for a family of 8. Beds were comfortable, love the fireplace with timer. Outside closed in patio with two bar chairs and high table for dining on your patio.

We were very happy with our stay. Everyone was pleasant from the front desk to the grounds keepers. The room was neat and very clean. We had a little problem with the refrigerator, but was resolved quickly with one call to the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful place has ALL THE THINGS!!! We celebrated a milestone wedding anniversary and were very well cared for. Concierge Samantha was heaven sent. She came through with an amazing dining suggestion. And the staff even sent balloons and a hand written card for out anniversary! Sooo conveniently located! And any amenity you can imagine! Don't hesitate...BOOK WITH THEM!!!

The room was very clean (but the whole room smelled very strongly of chlorine when we arrived) and tastefully decorated. There were many available activities. However, the room didn't get clean during our stay (we only stayed 2 nights, so I don't know if the room would have been cleaned at one point), and you are asked to get rid of your trash yourself. Not a big deal, but not something I expect to do when paying for a hotel room. In addition, there's no breakfast option to speak of (even though it was an option on the website) unless you want to pay $4 for a cup of coffee and buy a wrapped muffin. That was disappointing. Our fridge was not working. They sent a very nice gentleman to look at it in the evening. When he could not fix it, he brought another fridge. Unfortunately, the fridge was too big to fit in the space, so it was put under the window, and it literally froze our food instead of keeping it cold. But at least, they tried to help. When I asked the lady at the reception about downtown Williamsburg, she said she had no idea.

The property is beautiful and clean! Bistro food was excellent! Great grandson and granddaughter loved the pool! Room was very nice with a real coffee pot! We will be back.. Oh the front desk people also get a 10!

I stayed in the Jamestown commons. It was located a little away from the main building and since it was winter when I came, I had to use my car to get there. It would have been helpful if vending machines were located inside each villa building or floor. The only way to get any kind of snacks was to go to the main building and it was very overpriced. Other than this minor issue, our stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and accommodating any needs. The 1 bedroom villa we stayed in was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed! The jacuzzi tub was amazing! We ate at the on-site restaurant, bistro1609 twice and both times the food was excellent (especially the pizza and flatbreads). The indoor pool was heated and we enjoyed that very much! I definitely plan on coming again!
