They have friendly staff this our third time here its a good place to stay especially if you have pet they also have a good breakfast selection clean rooms close to restaurants

The staff was friendly. The property is run down. The outdoor furniture is broken and dirty. The worst part was the room while it was spacious and appeared clean there were roaches in the room. When I was checking the mattress for bed bugs I found a HUGE, at least 12 inch, blood stain on the mattress. I ended up leaving early and not using my second night.

We stay here every year when my daughters dance comp brings us to town. The area is quiet, safe with plenty of food options after dance. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are always clean. The parking lot is easy and seems to be safe, never had any issues while staying here. The breakfast is very good, better than many other hotel options in the area ... which is plus and we enjoy.

It being a pet friendly property, there was no odor of pets. I recommend this place.

We didn’t know that the hotel was undergoing renovations. We went as a group and there was no place in the lobby to sit and chat with our friends

Pros.: Very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and all expectations met. Cons: light in kitchen area hums real loud. Probably a simple fix. Broken tile in bath. Need to inspect rooms for damaged and non working items. All in all fantastic stay. Thanks

Large room with great AC, clean, and the ceiling fan is a nice touch!

This property is the definition of old. Our room has ants in it. Everything in the room and hallways are old, peeling or worn. We stayed one night and checked out.

The look of the overall hotel was good. My room was very spacious and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. However, when I walked in to the room it smelled humid and looks dated. The kitchen had a full refrigerator which was nice. The bathroom was good however a few of the tiles where the sink is were lose and would move a little when I would walk into the bathroom. The bed was decent as well slept fine both nights. The AC to my room was EXCELLENT. The cleanliness of my room was excellent as well I think it was the main reason I was comfrotable because although the furniture was outdated the room felt clean.

Nice, clean, roomy hotel. My go-to hotel in this area.

The property lacks maintenance, the microwave oven didn't work and the person in front just said there's another microwave oven downstairs. They have a huge problem with cockroaches and they never take out trash in the rooms, much less replenish or clean the room. Terrible experience.

This hotel was clean and had everything I needed during my business stay. Very fast and amazing staff helped me check checked in easily. I would stay here again for sure.

I received the diagnosis of bed bugs since November the 20th and haven't been in serious pain since then and still paying for the consequences of it from this property

We had a King Suite and loved the space in the room! The full size fridge was awesome. I loved that we had a ceiling fan above the bed as well, made it feel more like home.

Internet is bad. Check out at 11 with charges of extended after 12. Housekeeping every three days.

This property was awesome, had an actual suite and kitchen with real room service/cleaning. Was offered commentary drinks(water/orange juice) to come home from work to.

I have been staying at home wood suites properties for many years and I have noticed on my last few stays that the hotels have become run down, lacking Usual amenities (specifically kitchen amenities) snd are feeling more like a motel than before. This has been my go to chain when looking for a facility that has kitchen amenities but this last stay was the last straw. First, it was impossible to sleep as the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and it was freezing or scorching hot and musty, no matter what temp you put it on. My entire family got sick from the poor air quality and I’m sure the black substances on the underside of the mattress was mold ( forgot to take a photo). We checked our hours earlier because we could not wait to leave. We tried to get another room but were told they were sold out for a family reunion. The carpet was very dirty and the kitchen lacked the usual items they we’re used to seeing at these proprieties. It was very disappointing. My kids were there for a sporting event and could not perform as planned because they got sick (I’m sure from the air in the room) I was. Extremely disappointed with the stay and if I hadn’t prepaid I would Have left and found another place to stay. This will be my last stay at home woods.

The manager was not friendly. I asked for another room and she said because I booked from Expedia she can not change the room.

The property itself is excellent but Beth made it bad coz she’s not friendly at all or at least have a normal business dealing with us. I won’t book again . But Evelyn made the difference. She’s nice .Also, it would be nicer if you have waffles or pancakes in your breakfast selection .

The staffs were so effective and their performance was excellent. They attended to our needs on time.

Always so welcoming and they check and make sure that you are okay and that you are enjoying your stay. I also like how they always accommodate me considering I am a travel nurse

I liked this property because it was tucked away and not a lot of activity was around it. Also, there were many great restaurants and stores down the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was limited, restroom door did not lock, restroom vent was not working, kitchen needed fixing.

The staff were great. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was awesome.

The staff was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. However, the breakfast was left cold despite the fact that it was only 8 am.

Calm and quiet atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in/check-out. If I to give an add-to, it would be fresh fruits and filtered water in the included breakfast.
