Grundsätzlich kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Frühstück war ok, leider jeden Morgen Aufbackbrötchen, die hart waren. Kaffeemaschine war 5 Tage lang kaputt, kein Cappuccino oder Espresso. Teilweise Tische nicht sauber. Sehr schlecht ist die Parksituation rund um das Hotel. Ansonsten alles ok.

Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options and one of the reasons for selecting this place. Pool was nice, fresh but good for 30 degree weather and there was bar service. Room decent, only gripe was the beds being so firm just hard to sleep on them - struggled by end but rest of it was good. Area wise - useful and close walk to beach - really nice spot.

Wer bereit ist bei Frühstück bzw. Brunch Abstriche zu machen, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Bacon ungenießbar. Wurstauswahl beschränkt sich auf zwei ähnliche Sorten. Qualität minderwertig. Gewürze sind ein Fremdwort in der Küche.Kaffee leider nur Instant. Unterkunft sauber und Personal freundlich. In Bad und WC alles was man braucht. Der Balkon ist groß und mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Bei den Betten gibt es nur dünne Stoffdecken zum schlafen. Ich vermisse da wenigstens eine Steppdecke. Pool und Umgebung ist sauber. Leider ist der Pool nur von 11:00 bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet. Preis-Leistung ist gut bis sehr gut. Für ein geringes Budget kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen. I had deive around 2 hours to find a parking lot to park and still I couldn't find any. Finally a local man did helped my with me driving around and found a paid parking lot for 23 euros a night which I didn't mind at all to pay but noone could speak English to help me to tell me or guide me to find a paid parking. They said we are sorry but we don't provide any parking permit here. The streets around the hotel was crazy dirty and unsafe or looke unsafe. I used to live in Mallorca before and I never seen such a area before. The reasons I am writing this, JUST BECAUSE IN REVIEWS THEY PUT AN WONDERFUL AND HIGH STAR BUT IT IS NOT. It should be 3 of 10 star and not 8 or 9 stars !!! I will never stay there even if they offer me free room NEVER AGAIN !

Helt greit, solsengene var i dårlig stand og kun 35/40 på hele hotellet. Maten litt ensidig, vil/øl kun til lunsj/middag. Bassenget åpnet 11 og stengte 19 - var synd.

Did not particularly like the resort of Arenal but the hotel was clean , staff friendly and efficient . Unfortunately the sun did not come onto the pool until 11.30am and was gone by 4.30pm but it was only a few minutes to the beach . My only criticism was I found the bed hard but overall the hotel is good value for money and would recommend if on a budget .

I didn’t like the fact that i needed to pay to use the safe when the safe is already in the room. I didn’t know the pool only opens at 11am. Think this should change to 9am at least. When I complain about the air con unit in my room not working properly I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done. Not even a maintenance person was offered to check.

Late flight into Palma so a good one night stop before heading north on the island. No hotel parking but we did find a spot very close by. Great that brunch goes until 1pm v and quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Fint hotell og fine rom. Bra frokost/brunsj. Fint uteområde. Gode solforhold. Bar dog preg av å nylig ha blitt pusset opp og slurvete arbeid. Støvete på badene, ikke fungerende og lite brukervennlig klimaanlegg. Fikk skitne håndklær av renhold.

We stayed for just one night at this hotel. I made an error in the booking - my fault. I booked for 3 people not 4. I was travelling with 3 teenage girls. Firstly I tried sending the hotel a message via hotels.com but they did not respond. I used Tents chat bot but no one got back to me this was weeks before. Eventually I got a phone number for the hotel. They said rooms very small only suitable for 3, I explained that we were really only there until 3am due to leaving for airport that it was really just a base for a few hours sleep.. the girls could top and tail in one bed. They said it was fine. Check in was with self service kiosk which was fine, but same gentleman that I spoke to on phone at desk/ bar who seemed still unimpressed there was 4 of us. I explained again what has been agreed. Have to say he was quite grumpy. Anyway the room was not that small at all and easily could have had another small single in it… they did put a travel cot in - which gave us a laugh as one of my teenagers insisted on sleeping in it. The bathroom was clean but the floors in the bedroom were FILTHY!!! Beds comfortable and clean. I didn’t complain about floors as didn’t think anything would be done about it. Really a step up from a hostel, I would never stay for a family holiday… one night was fine. Would not stay again. Downstairs reception area and pool were totally fine - kids loved the pool. Vraiment déçu Nourriture froide et répétitive de qualite moyenne Pas d’eau chaude pendant deux jours complet et des travaux une journée sans aucune informations … Le responsable du 5 septembre est très désagréable Nous avons demandé la veille du départ et le matin si il serait possible d’avoir une chambre pour prendre une douche avant notre départ les 2 réceptionniste nous ont dit oui et à 18h au moment de prendre notre douche notre demande à était refusé et l’hôtel nous a donner 4 serviette pour 6 … Vraiment très déçu je déconseille l’hôtel à fuir

Good value for money, breakfast has good variety although with few local specialities, Room is clean and tidy, freshly fitted. One minor inconvenience we had, the balcony door didn't close too well and the strong wind kept hauling laudly during the night which kept us awake

Frukost menyn var bra, dock hade det varit bra om det stod vad det var för något. Rummen är bra, men lakanen och täcket gjorde att vi kliade oss ganska mycket. Kan bero på att det inte var rent eller att de tvättas med för mycket medel/kemikalier. Kontakt uttag lite problematiska, min parterns sängbord gav kortslutning på både iPhone laddare samt plattången. Jättebra service hjälpte oss att boka taxi ett flertal gånger. 10 minuters promenad till stranden eller små lokala restauranger. Finns även marknader vid stranden.

Das Personal beim Empfang war richtig unfreundlich! Keine Hilfe beim Check in auf dieses Automaten! Dann geht man zu ihm hin weil man schon 20 Minuten herumtut wird man auch noch angestiegen und kann sich anhören „ du darfst gleich nicht einchecken“! Stattdessen das er einfach hilft!

Hotel is lovely on a bit of an incline so if mobility issues may be a problem, staff not particularly friendly no real acknowledgement when entering or exiting hotel. Room was clean unlimited brunch was a great thing we went for a coffee in the morning then breakfast about 11.30. Bit of a sour note on last day (€15 euros to hire pool towels we had 2 told we need to return towels an recipe for us to get deposit back)went for a walk on last morning before checking out returned to room to collect our bag’s no pool towel’s bin had been emptied saw maid in lobby said she hadn’t been in our room went to check out told reception said they would have to check told them to make sure they do they have cctv about 15 minutes later we were handed our €30 euro’s

I didn’t like the fact that i needed to pay to use the safe when the safe is already in the room. I didn’t know the pool only opens at 11am. Think this should change to 9am at least. When I complain about the air con unit in my room not working properly I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done. Not even a maintenance person was offered to check.

Very very impressed ! Lovely and accommodating staff , lovely decor Very clean Our first little trip with our 6month old baby and was all and more that we hoped for . Breakfast and lunch options are many fresh and well stocked . Coming back again very soon !

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig (ca. 25 min) von den Hotspots wie Megapark entfernt. Der Strand ist sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür, ungefähr 300m vom Hotel entfernt. Zustand und Ausstattung des Hotels sind völlig in Ordnung ebenso wie die Frühstücksauswahl. Preis-/Leistung passen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again.

I had deive around 2 hours to find a parking lot to park and still I couldn't find any. Finally a local man did helped my with me driving around and found a paid parking lot for 23 euros a night which I didn't mind at all to pay but noone could speak English to help me to tell me or guide me to find a paid parking. They said we are sorry but we don't provide any parking permit here. The streets around the hotel was crazy dirty and unsafe or looke unsafe. I used to live in Mallorca before and I never seen such a area before. The reasons I am writing this, JUST BECAUSE IN REVIEWS THEY PUT AN WONDERFUL AND HIGH STAR BUT IT IS NOT. It should be 3 of 10 star and not 8 or 9 stars !!! I will never stay there even if they offer me free room NEVER AGAIN !

Did not particularly like the resort of Arenal but the hotel was clean , staff friendly and efficient . Unfortunately the sun did not come onto the pool until 11.30am and was gone by 4.30pm but it was only a few minutes to the beach . My only criticism was I found the bed hard but overall the hotel is good value for money and would recommend if on a budget .

Super hôtel si on est entre amis, le quartier est très festif et une nette concentration d’allemands y est. L’hôtel reste tout de même au calme ; la nuit certe il peut y avoir du bruits de jeunes rentrant de soirée dans les couloirs mais rien d’insurmontable. Le staff de l’hôtel est vraiment au top merci

Hatten einen Kurzaufenthalt dort,kann nichts Negatives sagen. Checkin war super einfach und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch klasse von 8-13Uhr. Der Ausblick vom 9. ten Stock super. Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder👍

Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options and one of the reasons for selecting this place. Pool was nice, fresh but good for 30 degree weather and there was bar service. Room decent, only gripe was the beds being so firm just hard to sleep on them - struggled by end but rest of it was good. Area wise - useful and close walk to beach - really nice spot.

We stayed at Tent Arenal with our family, including our children, during our trip to S'Arenal. I have to say that the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay truly enjoyable. They really went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. The only downside is that I don't think this hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. During the high season, there are many German and Dutch guests, and unfortunately some of them behave quite poorly. There was a lot of drinking, loud shouting, and noise late at night and again early in the morning, which was disturbing for families trying to sleep. Fortunately, the wonderful staff made our stay worthwhile despite this. One suggestion for improvement would be to enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly. Smoking is not allowed around the pool area, but some guests ignored the rule without being reminded, which affected the experience for others.
