Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

Very family and elderly friendly however bed had termites or some kind of pest that were falling on my mom. So much so a room switch had to happen.

Recommend to stay here 2 nights for relaxation. Negative: I had 13 visitor (daily use). We booked 12nn for lunch. We were in the restaurant at 11.45 but we got the food almost 1.30pm. we sat and waited. The served the drinks around 1.10 pm. It's terrible. We lost almost 2 hours for nothing . We will not come back for group daily use here. Food combination "bicol express and Binignit for dessert" sometimes are not a good combination because of the coconut milk.

오래된 리조트지만, 객실과 식당 및 시설들이 잘 관리되어있었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 노팁 정책이 기본인 것도 아주 좋았습니다. 이번에는 3박을 했는데 다음에는 더 길게 와보고싶어요. 아 그리고 프라이빗 비치의 상태도 양호해서, 니모를 포함한 다양한 열대어를 볼 수 있었습니다. 아이들이 즐길 수 있는 컨텐츠도 꽤 많아보였기에 가족 단위 방문에도 추천할 수 있을거같네요.

The resort is very nice, clean, and offers a variety of activities that guests can enjoy throughout the day. The staff are very welcoming and responsive to our needs, which made our stay pleasant. That said, the experience could be improved by enhancing accessibility. Adding features such as a ramp at the entrance would benefit not only seniors and persons with disabilities, but also staff handling heavy luggage. These improvements could help reduce the risk of injuries and potential worker-related incidents. Installing motion-sensor lighting along pathways would also make nighttime walks safer and more convenient. Food is an important part of any vacation experience. At Kilimanjaro Kafe, the dishes tend to be on the salty side. The bacon is often overcooked and would benefit from proper draining to reduce excess grease. Additionally, closer monitoring of the buffet—particularly the chafing dishes—would help ensure that food is consistently available when guests arrive, as there were several instances where we had to wait for replenishment. On a positive note, kudos to the concierge team and the staff at Mogambo Springs for providing excellent service. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated.
