Beautiful building, BUT no air conditioning in the common areas including the main lobby. The temperature in the lobby, elevator and corridor was around 90 Fahrenheit, when I asked they told me that these areas don’t have AC They gave me key and the lock door didn’t have battery I had to go 3 times back to the reception desk to get new keys finally they had to give me a new room The bathroom is extremely small If you ever need to stay at this hotel the next building is the Hilton Gardens Inn it is $83 cheaper and it has AC No reason why you have to pay Hilton hotel rates when you can pay less and get the same room type and amenities 10 feet away from the Hilton property

Wir haben bei Expedia extra dieses Hotel gebucht da eine Sauna angeboten wurde. Im Hotel angekommen mussten wir fest stellen das die Sauna seit 6 Monaten renoviert wird - man aber alles aktualisiert hätte bei den Buchungsportalen. Ist nicht so. Ebenfalls haben wir 2x die Rezeption angerufen, da eine Lampe im Zimmer nicht auszuschalten war. Man kam nicht rauf um es zu zeigen. Man konnte auch keinen Stecker ziehen, da die Lampe in einem Rahmen eingearbeitet ist. Frühstück sehr übertrieben teuer.

Repeat visit to this airport hotel at The Squaire building at Frankfurt Airport. Fantastic service at check in as always, and a very clean room. Had a good night's sleep due to good sound proofing, nice mattress & bedding as well as a "real" AC in the room (not just "Umluft"!). Breakfast at cam 8:00 am was very busy and noisy (flight crew!), so better to go early. However, the food is great and so is the friendly service. The only little "gripe" I had was the coffee: truly horribly tasting and cheapest robusta beams used (bitter & high acidity). Take the tea instead, and maybe the chef can rethink the obvious cost cutting measure for the coffee beans used? All in all, I will definitely return - and can highly recommend this hotel for short stays at the Frankfurt Airport.

The room was smoked in. The bath robes had holes in them the size of apples. The staff were unhelpful and lied on multiple issues. The management lied to my face as well not knowing that I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member. All in all I would avoid this particular location until they replace the management. Really disappointed since I’ve stayed at some wonderful Hilton properties.

The design of the bathroom was not good. The shower leaked between the glass and bath tub edge. A lot of water leaked out into the bathroom floor. There was not much room to step in bathtub between sink edge and glass pane of bath tub. The Y handles on the sink were awkward to use (what if your hands are slippery with soap or lotion)? Other pasty’s of the room were ok but it could use more outlets on the other bedside edge.

Room was exceptionally quiet, modern, clean. Restaurant and bar also very good. 8 minute walk, all indoors, to get to Terminal 1 of airport. S-Bahn into Frankfurt right there as well. If needing a hotel at the Frankfurt airport, will definitely stay there again!

The bathtub and shower were slightly damaged. Water went everywhere. The shower head wasn’t easy to stabilise. The bathtub wasn’t easy to get in and out of. I previously stayed in a room with a walk in shower and it was perfect. Very easy to get in and out. Very spacious bathroom. Everything worked. All rooms should be this way. I will be trying another hotel next time I stay at Frankfurt Airport.

Rezeption sehr serviceorientiert, Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet, Lage des Hotels mit direkter Anbindung an den Flughafen optimal. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Lounge gebucht, Essen und alkoholische Getränke gab es da leider nur bis 19 Uhr, sehr schlechter Service in der Lounge, es wurden keine sauberen Gläser aufgefüllt, dreckiges Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt, das kennen wir an sich von Hilton so nicht und würden dort definitiv kein Zimmer mit Loungezugang mehr buchen.

Right in the airport. Convenient location. Staff attitude poor at check in. Told me things that are straight out lies about my bookings. Promised to do things (twice) that they never followed through. Room nice. One stupid design. The handle on the sink is POLISHED chrome with NO handle!?! Nice try in modernity but pure idiocy. Once your hand is wet from washing, you cannot turn off water because it’s slippery. Always have to use a dry towel on the handle to shut off water. If management even had tried to wash their hand once they’d not have installed that stupid sink.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern unterwegs. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön vorbereitet. Kaffeemaschine fand ich besonders praktisch. Es sind keine Geräusche vom Flughafen zu hören. Der Check-in verlief schnell und reibungslos. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und auch beim Frückstücksbuffet wurde auf die Wünsche unserer großen Familie geduldig, freundlich und schnell eingegangen.

The main advantage of this hotel is that it's located within easy walking distance of the Frankfurt airport. I've appreciated it several times when I've had long layovers. It's a nice Hilton property. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. I especially appreciate this hotel because it has glass elevators.

Quite a walk to the hotel if you land at terminal 2. The airport layout is a little confusing and the signs to the hotel area were nowhere to be seen until you had walked quite a way in to the terminal. The hotel itself was very quiet. The room had basic amenities but was comfortable and clean. The hotel reception staff were welcoming and very helpful.

This hotel was up to most Hilton standard. But as expected attached to the Airport so noting around. If as we were just stay overnight to fly out next day OK. the breakfast was not very good. looked like they were under staffed. No coffee cups, people were using paper. It looked like the manager came in to help get thing going.

空港も空港駅もアクセスが良くとても便利なホテルで部屋も清潔でとても快適に滞在出来た。唯一残念だったのはルームサービスは滞在日はサービス提供されておらずレストランも一杯で入れなかったことで、人手不足の影響かとも思ったがそこだけ残念だった。
