The hotel was fabulous, staff extremely helpful and polite, breakfast was excellent, facility's great, they did activities at the pool, eg live music, water aerobics etc Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we visit

The hotel is quiet and I crowded. Even though it was full there was no hassle about getting su bed. Rooms overlooking the pool were spacious and have terrace/balcony. The staff are seriously impressive….nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

I was really looking forward to H10 Ocean Dreams having read the reviews — but after booking 3 rooms for an (adult) family stay, I'm not sure I'd return. I booked a Junior Suite for myself, thinking it would be the top category. Turns out, these suites are sitting at the outer edges of the building, two rows back from the pool, and some have views of (and noise from)… streets and roads! About the rooms: My mother’s supposedly “lower-tier” Deluxe Room with Balinese Bed was brighter, better located nearer the pool, and frankly, I regretted not having booked this room for myself. But it wasn't possible to downgrade because the hotel was full during the first two days and they couldn't or wouldn't do it for the remaining days because of their "policies", etc. Lesson for others: don't be fooled into choosing the suite thinking it's going to be the best option. The classic or deluxe is fine. The food was another bone of contention. The à la carte dinners weren’t exciting and main course portions were small. Meanwhile the dinner starter buffet quickly became bland and repetitive. I've stayed in other H10s before whose buffets had far superior selections. On the bright side, the welcome glass of cava at dinner was a nice touch. A couple of other things weren't good. The spa's stream room is out of action and wasn't repaired during the stay. We spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel, staying in a ground floor room looking out to the pool. Having stayed in H10 hotels many times before it lived up to the standard we expected. It was very clean, the breakfast buffet was more than sufficient (though fresh orange juice would have been an improvement) and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is ok though the proximity to the busy, touristy high street is a bit off putting. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach or 15 to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars so spending evenings at the hotel was not for us. The dunes and the fabulous white sand beaches are a must visit if you have a car. Sadly, in keeping with too many hotels, there was an issue with insufficient sun beds by the pool unless you are prepared to join the dawn chorus and get your towels down before everyone is fully awake! It is such a disappointment. If you are happy with the location and the sun bed game then this is a very nice hotel. No parking on site even though the Expedia site said that there was! Tips: Walk to the old town and enjoy the music square in the evening. If you have a car, visit the dunes.

Dieses H10 Hotel ist eine schöne Anlage und das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl "ok", doch das Abendessen ist dafür enorm abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Folgende negative Punkte sollte ich für das Hotel zur Verbesserung erwähnen: - der Strom für die Insel wird mit einer uralten und maroden Anlage produziert. Dafür werden Millionen von Litern Öl auf die Insel gebracht, was nicht sehr umweltfreundlich ist. Dementsprechend sollte das Hotel darauf bedacht sein, Strom zu sparen. (während der ganzen Nacht sind auf allen Balkonen die Balkonbeleuchtungen eingeschaltet, was keinen Sinn ergibt. Vom Zimmer aus kann man diese nicht steuern und mit zugezogenen Vorhängen, sind die Zimmer deswegen nicht ganz dunkel). - In der Sauna müsste ein Holzboden eingebaut werden, da man sich die Füsse auf dem Plattenboden verbrennt! - Ich war der einzige Gast (von knapp 100 Zimmern), der vor dem Baden im Pool duschen ging. Die Gäste sollten darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden und nicht entsprechend mehr chemische Mittel für die Qualität vom Poolwasser verwendet werden. Immerhin ist es auf der Tafel mit den Vorschriften aufgeführt, doch den ganzen Tag sitzt ein Bademeister am Pool, der etwas sagen sollte... Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Excellent hotel - thoroughly recommend. Decent and well maintained rooms and no issues with noise. Good size and clean pool and plenty of lounge chairs (never more than half occupied) and of course quiet .....being adults only. Very helpful staff

Spa needs to be booked and paid for. Closes at 6pm. Very few places available because spa is small. We did not get a spot but no regrets. Gym is nice and so is the general feel and look of the place. Good breakfast and attentive personnel, also good for lunch. Pool was not heated, or not to a level that would entice people to enter it. Spacious room but no view

Great overall, nice property and pool, comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent. The only slight annoyance was them telling us on check in that they charge €2 each time you want to change pool towels and €5 to use the sauna. It seemed really petty and unnecessary for a 4 star hotel charging these prices. Also they made us wear a bracelet which I can’t stand given this is not a tacky all inclusive hotel.

I experienced multiple issues during my stay, including poor hygiene (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling with visible mould, and an insect found in food), excessive noise from unannounced maintenance work, and very inconsistent customer service. I was moved to a lower-category room than booked and had to unpack and repack my luggage multiple times due to unclear communication. Despite these issues being caused by the hotel, there was no clear apology or confirmed compensation. As a result, I declined the suggested vouchers and will not stay at this hotel or use this hotel chain again.

El alojamiento es fantástico, hemos quedado encantados en nuestra estancia. Muy acogedor, la piscina genial, el gimnasio moderno y muy completo. El desayuno nos sorprendió y gustó mucho, ya que estamos acostumbrados a otro tipo de buffet. Es igual que los demás, tienen sus bandejas con comida, bebidas, tostadora, etc, pero además con una carta para pedir lo que quieras al momento, te atienden en la mesa. Siempre estaba todo muy limpio. Como única crítica constructiva es que el Check In cuando fuimos a hacerlo a las 15:00 aún una de las dos habitaciones no estaba lista, pero lo dicho por lo demás genial todo.

H10 hotels are amazing, and this one is no Expectation, this is probably my tenth stay. The catering staff and team are excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu has changed, and I must say, it is not as great as before, especially the steak cut, which differs from night to night; however, it is a great food selection. The only point the hotel must consider, which is lacking despite many comments, is the sun bed reservation, a shocking 2-star hotel standard that does not scream boutique and adult hotel. Reserving sunbeds at 6am is a sad case of affairs. Other aspects of all leather seating are stained and need updating with sofas in suites, all of which are stained, which is a poor standard. TVs without apps are a bit of a letdown sometimes, u want to relax in your room and watch some Netflix, which u can't, which is again not 2025. If you continue the same standards, you will lose repeat business.

This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location.

Nel complesso soddisfatta di tutto! Posizione hotel perfetto perché vicina alla strada principale con negozi e ristoranti. Bella la camera con spazioso balcone. Avevamo la mezza pensione e sia la cena che la Colazione erano ottime, oltre al buffet viene offerto un piatto dalla carta. Servizio eccellente , Personale Professionale e sempre sorridente . Segnalo solo due cose :la pulizia delle camere migliorabile, abbiamo chiamato due volte per far rimuovere dei gomitoli di capelli attaccati agli infissi delle finestre ed inoltre dal bagno viene su odore di fogna.
Nel complesso soddisfatta di tutto! Posizione hotel perfetto perché vicina alla strada principale con negozi e ristoranti. Bella la camera con spazioso balcone. Avevamo la mezza pensione e sia la cena che la Colazione erano ottime, oltre al buffet viene offerto un piatto dalla carta. Servizio eccellente , Personale Professionale e sempre sorridente . Segnalo solo due cose :la pulizia delle camere migliorabile, abbiamo chiamato due volte per far rimuovere dei gomitoli di capelli attaccati agli infissi delle finestre ed inoltre dal bagno viene su odore di fogna.

L'arrivo non è stato dei migliori visto che nonostante risultasse la prenotazione non avevano stanze libere. Mi hanno spostata in altro hotel della stessa catena offrendomi upgrade della camera e taxi gratuito per raggiungere la struttura. Quando poi ho soggiornato presso Ocean Dreams mi sono trovata molto bene: camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che i "balconi" del piano terra fossero aperti verso l'esterno, con zero privacy. La struttura comunque è molto bella, rinnovata e con spazi comuni belli e confortevoli. Buona colazione, anche se i croissant non erano di grande qualità. Staff dell'hotel gentile e disponibile. Molto buona la cena, a prezzo fisso con buffet di antipasti e dessert e un piatto da scegliere alla carta. I buffet variavano ogni giorno. The hotel is quiet and I crowded. Even though it was full there was no hassle about getting su bed. Rooms overlooking the pool were spacious and have terrace/balcony. The staff are seriously impressive….nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Hôtel agréable Proche des animations à pied et à distance correcte des grandes plages et les dunes Le lobby sympathique et chaleureux, petit déjeuner excellent, personnel très sympathique et bon accueil Les chambres grandes et confortables En plus c’est adult only , donc plutôt tranquille si vous cherchez le calme et vous n’êtes pas en famille. Et la salle du sport est très bien. Je n’ai pas compris pour le coffre-fort c’est payant !! C’est très bizarre mais il n’y a vraiment pas besoin. Le wifi était en panne pendant 3 jours de notre séjour. Bon séjour globalement surtout grâce au confort de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel.

H10 hotels are amazing, and this one is no Expectation, this is probably my tenth stay. The catering staff and team are excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu has changed, and I must say, it is not as great as before, especially the steak cut, which differs from night to night; however, it is a great food selection. The only point the hotel must consider, which is lacking despite many comments, is the sun bed reservation, a shocking 2-star hotel standard that does not scream boutique and adult hotel. Reserving sunbeds at 6am is a sad case of affairs. Other aspects of all leather seating are stained and need updating with sofas in suites, all of which are stained, which is a poor standard. TVs without apps are a bit of a letdown sometimes, u want to relax in your room and watch some Netflix, which u can't, which is again not 2025. If you continue the same standards, you will lose repeat business.

Die Größe des Hotels genau die richtige. Der Zustand der Anlage ist gut, allerdings sind die Zimmer schon im Jahr gekommen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr mager, die Qualität der Speisen lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig. Die Auswahl beim Abendessen beeindruckt auf den ersten Blick, aber die Durchführung und der Geschmack der einzelnen Gerichte ist wirklich schlecht. Man bekommt meistens ein kaltes Essen, dass die entsprechend nicht schmeckt. Man muss täglich um frische Pool Handtücher kämpfen und mit der Putzfrau dementsprechend diskutieren. Meist bekommt man seine Handtücher dann im Laufe des Tages. Das gestaltet sich etwas schwierig, denn man bekommt nur neue Handtücher, wenn man die alten abgegeben hat. Das bedeutet, wenn man am Pool sitzt, dann entweder ohne Handtuch oder man benutzt das Alte. Die größte Frechheit ist, dass die Nutzung des Safes Euro pro Tag kostet. Das habe ich noch nirgends erlebt und sollte bei einem vier Sterne Hotel dazugehören.

This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location.

Should have been so good, but the reception staff were such a let down. The manager was neglectful of our needs and it ruined the whole holiday down. Lots of things didn’t make any sense at the hotel…the WiFi not working was apparently my phones fault and we were gand we were delayed by a day

Spa needs to be booked and paid for. Closes at 6pm. Very few places available because spa is small. We did not get a spot but no regrets. Gym is nice and so is the general feel and look of the place. Un'esperienza eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 8 notti..non posso che ringraziare tutto lo staff dal ristorante alla reception per l'esperienza indimenticabile. La camera doppia è super spaziosa fornita di phon,shampoo,balsamo un letto comodissimo e un balcone dove potersi rilassare. Noi abbiamo preso la mezza pensione quindi abbiamo usufruito sia della colazione che del ristorante a cena che a pranzo.... Tutto ottimo. Colazione super ampia dal dolce al salato (omelette, sandwich,crepes, cornetti, succo al mango). La cena con il menù alla carta offre la possibilità di provare tanto tipi di piatti noi abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i primi soprattutto i bucatini all'amatriciana decisamente ottimi!! Abbiamo pranzato solo una volta in piscina ed è stata un ottima esperienza con piatti sia leggeri come Bowl e insalate ma anche hamburger e wrap. La piscina è un plus di questo albergo non troppo piccola con idromassaggio. La palestra è molto piccola e con pochi attrezzi ma il giusto per tenersi in forma durante le vacanze. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa per il caldo. Ringrazio in particolare il maitre Randy , il cameriere Alejandro, la cameriera italiana, il cameriere "manzanita", la cameriera bassa con occhi chiari e tutto il personale della reception per il loro duro lavoro. Lo consiglierei a tutti!!!! Grazie ancora!

I experienced multiple issues during my stay, including poor hygiene (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling with visible mould, and an insect found in food), excessive noise from unannounced maintenance work, and very inconsistent customer service. I was moved to a lower-category room than booked and had to unpack and repack my luggage multiple times due to unclear communication. Despite these issues being caused by the hotel, there was no clear apology or confirmed compensation. As a result, I declined the suggested vouchers and will not stay at this hotel or use this hotel chain again.

I was really looking forward to H10 Ocean Dreams having read the reviews — but after booking 3 rooms for an (adult) family stay, I'm not sure I'd return. I booked a Junior Suite for myself, thinking it would be the top category. Turns out, these suites are sitting at the outer edges of the building, two rows back from the pool, and some have views of (and noise from)… streets and roads! About the rooms: My mother’s supposedly “lower-tier” Deluxe Room with Balinese Bed was brighter, better located nearer the pool, and frankly, I regretted not having booked this room for myself. But it wasn't possible to downgrade because the hotel was full during the first two days and they couldn't or wouldn't do it for the remaining days because of their "policies", etc. Lesson for others: don't be fooled into choosing the suite thinking it's going to be the best option. The classic or deluxe is fine. The food was another bone of contention. The à la carte dinners weren’t exciting and main course portions were small. Meanwhile the dinner starter buffet quickly became bland and repetitive. I've stayed in other H10s before whose buffets had far superior selections. On the bright side, the welcome glass of cava at dinner was a nice touch. A couple of other things weren't good. The spa's stream room is out of action and wasn't repaired during the stay. Dieses H10 Hotel ist eine schöne Anlage und das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl "ok", doch das Abendessen ist dafür enorm abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Folgende negative Punkte sollte ich für das Hotel zur Verbesserung erwähnen: - der Strom für die Insel wird mit einer uralten und maroden Anlage produziert. Dafür werden Millionen von Litern Öl auf die Insel gebracht, was nicht sehr umweltfreundlich ist. Dementsprechend sollte das Hotel darauf bedacht sein, Strom zu sparen. (während der ganzen Nacht sind auf allen Balkonen die Balkonbeleuchtungen eingeschaltet, was keinen Sinn ergibt. Vom Zimmer aus kann man diese nicht steuern und mit zugezogenen Vorhängen, sind die Zimmer deswegen nicht ganz dunkel). - In der Sauna müsste ein Holzboden eingebaut werden, da man sich die Füsse auf dem Plattenboden verbrennt! - Ich war der einzige Gast (von knapp 100 Zimmern), der vor dem Baden im Pool duschen ging. Die Gäste sollten darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden und nicht entsprechend mehr chemische Mittel für die Qualität vom Poolwasser verwendet werden. Immerhin ist es auf der Tafel mit den Vorschriften aufgeführt, doch den ganzen Tag sitzt ein Bademeister am Pool, der etwas sagen sollte... Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Hôtel agréable Proche des animations à pied et à distance correcte des grandes plages et les dunes Le lobby sympathique et chaleureux, petit déjeuner excellent, personnel très sympathique et bon accueil Les chambres grandes et confortables En plus c’est adult only , donc plutôt tranquille si vous cherchez le calme et vous n’êtes pas en famille. Et la salle du sport est très bien. Je n’ai pas compris pour le coffre-fort c’est payant !! C’est très bizarre mais il n’y a vraiment pas besoin. Le wifi était en panne pendant 3 jours de notre séjour. Bon séjour globalement surtout grâce au confort de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel.

We spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel, staying in a ground floor room looking out to the pool. Having stayed in H10 hotels many times before it lived up to the standard we expected. It was very clean, the breakfast buffet was more than sufficient (though fresh orange juice would have been an improvement) and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is ok though the proximity to the busy, touristy high street is a bit off putting. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach or 15 to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars so spending evenings at the hotel was not for us. The dunes and the fabulous white sand beaches are a must visit if you have a car. Sadly, in keeping with too many hotels, there was an issue with insufficient sun beds by the pool unless you are prepared to join the dawn chorus and get your towels down before everyone is fully awake! It is such a disappointment. If you are happy with the location and the sun bed game then this is a very nice hotel. No parking on site even though the Expedia site said that there was! Tips: Walk to the old town and enjoy the music square in the evening. If you have a car, visit the dunes.

The hotel is well laid out, quiet, and within comfortable walking distance of the shops and restaurants of corralejo. The Pool and facilities are good, and it is a good spot to base yourselves from to explore locally, and also for excursions etc. As you can eat main meals in the restaurant as a walk-in diner (and so see how you feel on the day), we would not go half-board again, but this is a personal preference and not a reflection of the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location.

Un'esperienza eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 8 notti..non posso che ringraziare tutto lo staff dal ristorante alla reception per l'esperienza indimenticabile. La camera doppia è super spaziosa fornita di phon,shampoo,balsamo un letto comodissimo e un balcone dove potersi rilassare. Noi abbiamo preso la mezza pensione quindi abbiamo usufruito sia della colazione che del ristorante a cena che a pranzo.... Tutto ottimo. Colazione super ampia dal dolce al salato (omelette, sandwich,crepes, cornetti, succo al mango). La cena con il menù alla carta offre la possibilità di provare tanto tipi di piatti noi abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i primi soprattutto i bucatini all'amatriciana decisamente ottimi!! Abbiamo pranzato solo una volta in piscina ed è stata un ottima esperienza con piatti sia leggeri come Bowl e insalate ma anche hamburger e wrap. La piscina è un plus di questo albergo non troppo piccola con idromassaggio. La palestra è molto piccola e con pochi attrezzi ma il giusto per tenersi in forma durante le vacanze. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa per il caldo. Ringrazio in particolare il maitre Randy , il cameriere Alejandro, la cameriera italiana, il cameriere "manzanita", la cameriera bassa con occhi chiari e tutto il personale della reception per il loro duro lavoro. Lo consiglierei a tutti!!!! Grazie ancora!

Buonissima struttura, vi sono - a mio parere - solo leggerissime correzioni da apportare solo di natura organizzativa. Ad esempio: il personale addetto alle camere non è a conoscenza del funzionamento dell'impianto di climatizzazione, è stato necessario attendere un addetto alla manutenzione; non si trova una legenda riportante i numeri di telefono interni, ho dovuto chiedere ad un impiegato il numero della reception (9); non vi sono indicazioni sulle modalità di connessione al wifi della struttura, è necessario chiedere e non tutti gli addetti sono in grado di firnire le corrette istruzioni. Il buffet delle colazioni, suppur ricco e articolato, è un po' carente nel comparto pasticceria. Per il resto, nulla da eccepire....consigliato.

A nice small boutique hotel with nice pool area and Spa (steam room /sauna/Hot pool). Good service all round. Rooms spacious. Only downside was that the breakfast and dinners main meals are Al a carte. So you cannot go for more of main food like other hotels where all good is buffet, eat as much as you want.

A gorgeous hotel, would definitely return. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, we had poolside entertainment most days, wine tasting, sangria making class etc and plenty of pool exercises and live singers. The rooms are lovely (we booked a pool view) and have all amenities. We each had a massage mid week in the hotels spa which was a nice treat.
