Room was comfortable, and spacious. The pool was warm enough but lacked towels (we swam later in the evening though). The pool being open until midnight was a hit for the kids! We did not get to breakfast in time but had coffee in the lobby.

Air conditioner did not work, but was replaced immediately. Very attentive to our needs very friendly staff at the desk. Had a great stay at this hotel. Pool was a hit with the kiddos!

It was a nice hotel in a safe area. We got a king sized bed and the room was spacious. The only complaint is the pool didn’t open until 10am which was late for our plans. But otherwise great experience and had a decent breakfast.

Nice comfortable room just needs to be updated and it smelled like smoke but doable. Also only had a cpl towels each used to having 4 towels. I will say i got a great price as well for last minute.

The room smelled like dog. I don’t appreciate that when coming to a hotel. If the hotel is going to let dogs come in, they should make sure the room is cleaned appropriately. I will not stay @ this hotel again.

A clean, modern hotel. LOTS of outlets and USB charging ports which is nice. Good water pressure, just wish the water got hotter. Friendly staff, and everything was really clean.

The trash was left in the room from the previous guest. Open and half empty bottle of shampoo in shower. Sheets were dirty. It just seemed like the housekeeper came in and made the bed with the old sheets. I was not impressed whatsoever, but the front desk staff was very polite.

We came from central lower michigan and stayed the night. Uopn arrival i noticed how quiet it was there. Webt in and registered then to check the room. Suitws are definitely they way to go if you want to move around freely. The room was very clean and nicely situated. We did the usual inspection but found no traces of any type of bug.the beds were good but i didnt like the pillows my wife liked the bed and pillows however. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice assortment of choices. Met the manager and she is such a wonderfull caring person. Overall The grounds and parking lot were very well taken care of. Insise was very clean and very well situated for the comfort of guests. The room ( Suite) was very clean, organized, and situated to orovide maximum comfort to its guests. Breakfast was free and cery well stocked to please a very large array of appetites. The STAFF very pleasant and helpfull Sorry didnt go in the pool or exercise room so no reviews This HOTEL SHOULD BE THE EXAMLLE ALL OTHER COMFORT SUITES SHOULD FOLLOW. Thank you for a wonderful experience at your hotel.

Lots of disturbing noise around our room by other guests - very loud , this was in room around from desk right hall . Partying loud noise! Should have been addressed, I’m sure the craziness could be heard at desk !

Honestly the room was nice but the arrangement of furniture made no sense. Tv not in front of couch. Couch needed upgraded. Room temp was hot upon entering but that seems to be the norm at most places. Would have preferred a few better options for breakfast. Otherwise no real complaints. Good for the cost.

Overall, the stay was fine. Upon checking in we were provided a key to someone else's room. It took about 10 minutes to get assigned a new room. The next day my key deactivated and I went to the front desk to get it reactivated - it was reactivated without asking me for my ID. That is concerning as anyone could have asked for a key to our room. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was ok, room was clean. There are a number of places to eat at in the area so that is a plus. The room rate was reasonable.

Over all stay was very nice and would definitely recommend staying with Comfort Suites. The only real downfall is the $150 hold for damages. That price is way too high in our opinion but nice place friendly staff.

Front desk lady opened my door and enter my room at 7:20am without knocking or announcing herself.... Tried to make some reason to justify the behavior. Completely violated my privacy. Disappointment for sure.

I liked the Comfort Inn Suites just fine. But they did not have my reservation in their computers because Expedia dropped the ball! The people there were very patient and persistent at getting to the root of the problem and correcting it. I was very happy with them. Expedia, not so much.

It was a good stay. When needing a room in auburn, this hotel is my hotel of choice. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice warm breakfast in the morning. Family friendly with a pool. Walmart is a walk away if you need anything at all.

Had an old fashioned rubber bath mat that made the shower much safer than most hotels that just have a pebbly texture in the tub, loved that. You didn't have to use it. But ee sure did. Good breakfast, walk to Walmart in 4 minutes.
