Stayed here several times and always liked it. This time it wasn’t great. They charge for parking now, only $5 a night but it’s ridiculous for Meridian, Idaho. This is not downtown Boise. Rooms are being renovated and there is some boise for sure. Rooms are definitely tired and in need of updates. With so many other options that are cheaper near by, I think I’ll try somewhere else.

This hotel has deteriorated over the past four years that I've stayed there. First you get charged $7/day for parking in a an uncovered/unsecured parking lot (so what do you get for the price - nothing). Then you are told house cleaning is only once every two or three days - but on our stay we had to call the front desk to get the room cleaned anyway. The room coffee service - if you can call it that - was not suppled for two people and we had to almost beg to get some. The air conditioning unit in the room is constantly noisy. The hotel food service - again a misnomer because the food is bad and it's only available for limited hours. I could go on, but I've got better things to do.

It's a very lovely hotel. We had a suite so it was nice we had a separate room for our daughter to sleep in. The room was very nice and spacious and the hotel was nice and clean. We got breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. I wish it had a hot tub and that the pool was bigger, but that was my only (minor) complaint.

Property is in convenient location to many places in Meridian. We did not like the extra charge for parking. We stated to the agent at the front desk that we will not return to this property due to the parking charge. We will seek other lodging that does not charge for parking.

While the front desk assistance and housekeeping services were flawless the same cannot be said force bar/restaurant person. The person seemed to be too busy watching a hockey game on tv and was bothered when a question was asked. Not good treatment fur the money. Additionally the grout in the bathroom was pretty nasty with black mold on much of it.

Shower tiles had mold and mildew growing and grout missing. Our room was next to the busy street and the room was loud at nice. They should really put another set of windows in to blow the noise. There is no place to charge your electric car. However, the hotel a block away does, so it was a bit of walk to plug in

The adjacent road, Eagle road, has a heavy traffic load and the noise can be heard even on the third floor. If you want a quiet night's sleep, this is not for you. There is no restaurant, just a snack bar and coffee is not free as with most other hotel chains.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this stay may be our last. Maybe we ended up with a leftover room because we booked last minute but the room was awkwardly arranged and the bed really was painfully uncomfortable.

I stayed at Courtyard with my family. We all loved the experience there. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Especially, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Two days after we checked out, I found that I left my personal belonging in the closet, so I called them. They quickly responded and mailed my stuff back to me. It was great.

The sweet lady that checked us in made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was accommodating to my needs and she wass an absolute sweetheart. The hotel is beautiful bright and clean and priced less than rum down hotels down the road. Will definitely come back!

The person who checked us in should have picked a location in the hotel that was not directly affected by the tons of high school cheer students staying there. We didn't sleep for two days. Yelling in the hallways and doors slamming every minute until late at night. It was a nightmare.

Pros: Main areas were clean. Furniture was modern and well built. Inside of the room was clean. Cons: Our windows were quite dirty, so having the curtains open was unpleasant. The streaming on the tv didn't work. I tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer. It was a decent place to stay, but I expected it to be better.

Nice place to stay with comfortable beds. We are at the Bistro which had a pretty limited menu. Not impressed with the food. Bar tender was not too friendly but front desk staff were very nice.

Great location. The check in process was easy and the front desk staff is extremely helpful and nice. Comfy room. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The Bistro food and beverage service was the best. Their staff works so hard to serve their guests. Overall a very enjoyable experience
