N'hésitez pas une seule seconde vous ne serez pas déçu ... - Contacts très rapides et réguliers avec la propriétaire - Informations détaillées - Accueil et remise des clefs a l'arrivée avec de l'aide pour monter les bagages au dernier étage de ce sublime Condo - Ménage quotidien - Vue extraordinaire sur la mer (et la jungle depuis la salle de bain a l'étage) - Plage et commerces accessibles a pied - équipement complet ( Absolument Rien ne manque, mieux qu'a la maison :) ) - décoration mexicain magnifique - Chambre spacieuses et lits confortable Pas de lave linge et la climatisation de la pièce principale se fait par 3 gros ventilateurs au plafond + 2 autres complémentaires déplaçables, Bref , une merveille a ne pas rater si vous passez par Akumal Merci a Rosemary

Yes, host was really great and very responsive. I asked a lot questions and always replied promptly with an answer. The place is very beautiful and the pictures show an accurate expectation. We enjoyed are stay there very much and will miss it since we are now back in the snow and cold!

The condo was fantastic! It was super spacious inside and out, there was a lot of beach gear left for us, including chairs and snorkel equipment. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the welcome gifts!

This property was absolutely amazing! Perched at the top of one of the tallest buildings in Akumal, it offers stunning ocean views to the east and breathtaking jungle views to the west. The location was perfect for us—outside the hustle of Tulum but close enough to enjoy everything both Tulum and Playa del Carmen have to offer (even Cancun if you're up for a longer drive). However, the quality and variety of restaurants, small shops, and convenience style grocery/general stores in Akumal, many of which are within walking distance or a very short drive from the property, were fantastic.A couple of things to be aware of: stairs. That incredible view comes with a climb. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s worth noting if you or someone in your group has mobility concerns. Also, while the beach directly in front of the property is beautiful, it’s made of razor-sharp limestone that’s not easily walkable—especially at night. Stick to the road to reach the sandy beaches just a short distance away in either direction.This is an outstanding, clean, and well-maintained property. The host, cleaning service, and property management team were all attentive and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this place to most travelers and are already looking forward to returning as soon as we can.

Maria kept everything nice and clean. The pool and air conditioning was great. There was no beach, just rocks. A little disappointed there was no hot tub. The king size bedroom down stairs leaked on the bed, when it rained really hard. Nice selection of games and a beautiful sunrise. The General store and the restaurants nearby were ridiculously overpriced.
