We liked that a great restaurant Westside Grill was part of the property. We enjoyed an excellent dinner one night during our stay. Very attentive staff and everyone was very friendly. We will be back! Thank you.

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS GREAT.. POOL WAS SMALL AND WATER WAS A LITTLE COOL BUT WE HAD THE POOL TO OURSELVES.. LOVED THAT IT WAS OPEN LATE. TILL 10PM. SO CONVENIENT SINCE WE GOT BACK FROM DORNEY/DINNER AROUND 830PM.. STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL.. TV WASNT WORKING SOMEONE CAME RIGHT UP WITHIN MINUTES.. PREVIOUS PERSON SWITCHED HDMI PORTS SO IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX.. NEEDED EXTRA TOWELS FRONT DESK GAVE THEM TO ME ON THE SPOT. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY.. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT

This new hotel about 3 years old was in fantastic condition. The room, 2 queens with pull out couch was very big and great layout. The bathroom was sparkling. The restaurant was gorgeous and we enjoyed a fantastic dinner.one night plus breakfast both mornings.

The hotel was clean and inviting. It was in easy driving distance to shopping and dining options, but the in house bar/restaurant was lively and had many eating options. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (but missing waffles and pancakes.) The gym had a great selection of equipment, and the pool was warm. 5 stars all the way.

Reception staff was great. We arrived 2 hours early to try to beat some winter weather and both rooms were ready. The pool was clean, but super cold (the heater was broken). One of the sheets in the pull-out bed was dirty (looked like it had blood on it). A new sheet was brought up quickly when we called. Breakfast was good, but no MYO waffles. The rooms were uncomfortably warm, even at the lowest heat setting.

The room was slightly worse than I expected, mainly regarding cleanliness. I noticed uncleaned areas beside the microwave and under the cabinet. I'm not sure if this was only an issue in my room. Breakfast was quite good. The kitchen staff promptly replaced food with fresh items whenever something ran out. However, the worst part of this stay was forgetting my child's jacket in the closet .few days ago.I called the hotel twice and left two messages for the house keeper manager. Unfortunately, the manager was not on duty, so I left the voicemail for her .and I never received any response from the hotel – not even an acknowledgement or an update on whether the jacket was found or not , Throughout this time, I received zero communication from the hotel regarding my inquiry.

I had a great experience, beautiful area, convenient, professional front desk, my only complaint would be that I found a small blood stain on my bed which really threw me off and my toilet was not properly cleaned.

Reception was excellent. It’s a very nice property. My only complaint is that the AC/heating unit was very loud. I turned it off but still loud (not as much). It’s located at the foot of the bed so not conducive to good sleep

The hotel was a great stop on a road trip. It's located off a highway in a sort of an industrialized area, so you are not able to walk anyway. However, the room was clean, the room was very comfortable and quiet, and the included breakfast was very good. I used the gym, which was clean and not crowded at all. It seemed like a good place for business travelers as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling through.

When I went to check-in, I said hello I’m here to check-in , here goes the woman, didn’t even greet me and throw something to her colleague and said “CHECK HER IN” and proceeds to do whatever she was doing which was very RUDE! I will not stay again

At chrck in- asked for daily room cleaning. Called front desk about 7pm after being out all day since room service hadn't cleaned anything. Front desk offered express room service at 7:45pm to change bedding, get clean towels and take garbage out. About 8:15p clean towels were brought up by an employee who looked annoyed and asked where he should put the towels. Then asked me if garbage needed to be taken out. Once he took the garbage from bathroom and room, he just walked out. The bedding was never changed. At checkout the front desk did apologize for the mixup. Overall the stay was good, hotel is quiet, pretty & breakfast was delicious. The restaurant accommodated the service pet as well.

Customer service is excellent. Amanda at the front was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is usual eggs, potatoes, toast, bagels, oatmeal. Hotel overall is very clean and staff friendly. One day pool chemical room door was left open. The next day the towel bin was sideways. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Our stay was short, but during this time the staff was friendly, helpful and hospitable. The property and our rom were very clean with a subtle-modern style. The property was very well maintained and in a very convient location (close to restaurants, Walmart, movie theater, Dorney Park). I will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay! We visited Dorney Park and made a weekend of it. The location was great, very easy to access nearby highways, near great restaurants their breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was beautiful and roomy and the staff and even the other guests were friendly. Great experience and we look forward to our future stay here.

Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. The bathroom had a nice clean shower. The restaurant downstairs was nice for the adults to meet for a cocktail in the evening. The food menu looked delicious as well. Very convenient highway access. Quiet hallways and didn’t hear any noise from neighbors.
