Great experience, everyone friendly and helpful. Perfect location, property well maintained and very clean. Pool and hot tub excellent. Fire pit and basketball court added plus. The hotel was clean, they gave us plenty of towels/rags/etc as needed, most front desk attendants were very nice. Loved their common rooms and the outdoor patio/fireplace/grill. Everything was updated, modern, just a pleasant place to hang out in. The water in the shower stayed hot for my 3 friends and i. Breakfast was standard hotel food, nothing crazy but not bad. My only complaint is the pool/spa had a maintenance issue each day we were there resulting in the pool/spa being closed. Otherwise it was great. 9.5/10

The property wasn't meet my expectations although the management were awesome..but didn't find ot clean..found cockroach in the dinning area. So overall very old school property.breakfast option was limited too.not worth the price.

The nice things about this hotel is that there is a swimming pool, gym and a cute little patio area. Unforatunely, the negatives outweigh the positives. The place just feels dirty and has unpleasant aromas. Our room smelled of smoke, the bathroom door wasn't working properly and there was a handle missing on one of the dresser drawers. This room also had the smallest beds on our trip and just way to much furniture in the room.

The sheets weren’t clean, the carpet was extremely dirty and had a bad smell, the shower door was dirty. Please give customer fresh sheets and clean the bathrooms properly. I was very disappointed!

Friendly staff, air conditioner was not working but they offered to repair although had trouble finding another one so we decided to move to another room which was fine. Found a hair in the bathroom in both rooms. Hotel is a bit run down and probably needs a remodeling soon. The free breakfast had small selection but good quality. Breakfast staff was very attentive and hard working. The staff even noticed someone taking food with their hands and immediately told them to use utensils. Pool was great and the gym is very clean. Overall the stay was nice but the hotel does not some updating.

It was very clean ! I wish I bc could’ve stayed longer! Staff was really nice and soft spoken ! But this place so we clean you can smell the fresh scent in the air, from the walk into the hotel front desk and it smelled even more cleaner in my hotel room ! I would recommend this hotel to everyone !!

Property is nice, but our room smelled strongly of smoke. They didn't have another room available to move us to, so we had to deal. It's too expensive a property to leave with your hair and clothes reeking. Also, the location was convenient, but also next to a highway, so quite noisy.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous! However, the furniture and bedding need replacing. The mattress was worse than mine, which is long overdue for replacement! It was saggy and worn out and offered no support, which contributed to a poor night’s sleep. This was greatly added to by the night light in the bathroom that cannot be turned off, the smoke alarm light in the bedroom, and a tv that made popping sounds for hours after it was turned off. I stayed two different times on the same trip and each room had a terrible mattress. Also, the way the room was laid out made no sense. The toilet paper is behind the door and the thermostat is behind another door. There’s a door to the bathroom but no door between the sink area and the bedroom so the night light is visible and there’s no door to close. The breakfast is legally a breakfast but not anything you’d want to eat. Frozen bread products, scrambled eggs that most people threw away, only apple juice, and constantly out of everything. The breakfast staff were working as fast as they could, though, and were very pleasant. The “view” is of the highway but it’s not so loud. At least the first floor wasn’t as loud as the second. I think I’d try elsewhere next time.

My stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo/Amherst was wonderful. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the area.I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

My family had a great stay. The location is right off the highway. We called for extra towels and within 5 minutes they delivered them. It was nice nice to have a separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen. I would stay again.

Place was great. Pool and hot tub were in good condition, and the kids loved it. Breakfast was good. The BAD- the bed I shared with my wife felt like a 3000lbs canoo slept there the night before. Would have left 5 stars if I didn't have to sleep on the edge of a sand trap.

I wouldnt stay there again.... Hotel is outdated. Doesnt really meet Hilton standards Was unable to use the app to check in. Only booked the hotel because of the whirlpool Got into the pool room only to find whirlpool was broken and not being fixed anytime soon. No sign saying it was broken. Guest were still in it. So literally they were sitting in someone's warm bath water because it wasnt filtering. 1 bedroom suite looked like it seen better days. Paint chipping on my door Stained carpet Breakfast was frozen french toast sticks and fake bacon, aka round sausage bacon. Nothing worth the price of the hotel

Staff was great. The breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast but food tasted good and there was a variety and it changed a little each day. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located for our trip. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and was near the highway entrances and not far from the airport. We would stay here again.

Jillian was excellent Front Desk to check me & my family into Homewood Suites. Excellent customer service, greeted is with a warm smile, very knowledgeable, friendly advice/conversations/provided a welcome gift/gave excellent directions around the property to help us navigate. Moreover, followed up with us to ask "How did you enjoy your room? Is everything okay with you room?" She waited & listened to our concerns. Then, provided her expertise of what our next steps would be. Overall, excellent check-in experience.

Only downside was that we asked about a 2 hour late check out, and they wanted to charge us $45. It was obvious from the parking lot that they were not busy, and this was, to me, an insult! Otherwise wonderful. Grumble, grumble.

Reserved room for brother visiting from Wash. state. They were very satisfied with accomodations. Since they would check in late, I called to find out if that would be a problem. Assured it would not be--soon received e-mail regarding super-easy check in. Requests quickly answered. They were very happy with the room.

Breakfast was open early because there was a hockey team staying. We also had to leave by 7am for a cheerleading competition so that was convenient. The receptionist that checked me in seemed to have been in training and did wonderful. I also enjoyed that the hotel would text me and ask if I needed anything/how my stay was. My only negative comment was the lack of supervision at the pool. Not necessarily the hotels' fault, but when my 5 and 9 year old wanted to swim we had to leave the pool early because of multiple unsupervised 10–15 year olds that continued to jump in the pool, splash, and use derogatory language. We went back later that day, and the same unsupervised group was in the pool. Eventually a staff member came in and told them to stop jumping but it was not questioned why they were solo at the pool.

It was awful.. and I hate to leave that review. But, since my email went unanswered, here it is. We arrived at 3pm as we were supposed to. We came in between games from the softball tournament we were at, which was why we were staying in the first place. Room not ready. 90 degree heat, sand and dust: we checked in to use the shower. We had to to settle for the pool instead, lugging our bags to the bathroom to get changed. About an hour later the room was ready. We went to our suite to find a note that said water was off due to a main break. The staff at the desk said nothing about this. Let us check in and wait for our room to be ready so we could shower, knowing there was no water. That’s rock bottom terrible customer service.. Not to mention the couch in our room that pulled out into a bed was to sleep two of us. I’m telling you, do not do it. I wasn’t letting my kids sleep on something that felt like that, and I’m here to tell you it felt like I was sleeping on bars. And.. still no response to the email I sent. I could have thought of way better ways to spend over $400 for one night in this place!

Great place to stay. Conveniently located right off the highway on the outskirts of the city. Plenty of restaurants, gyms and activities all within 15 minutes drive. Niagara Falls is less than a half hour away. Clean and well maintained with plenty of parking and friendly, capable staff. I’ll be back!!!

the breakfast was terrible couple of days old pulled pork for breakfast everyone don't eat pork so chicken or turkey sausage should have been an option. the reception on wed was nice I ask for other type of meat the truck didn't come until thursday so we waited nothing different canadian bacon still pork Hilton homewood suites please do better on the breakfast, thank god for Bob evans restaurant on the last day which was one mile away guest told us about on the last day thank you Bob evans

My stay was good. There’s 2 things I would say needs improvement. 1. Little dirty or stained. But more importantly 2. Not enough variety for breakfast. It was the exact same make your own breakfast burrito 4 morning in a row besides switching up the protein & potato.

The breakfast was very good BUT both mornings the coffee had run out and the service was very slow on refilling it. Lots of people were upset at the delay of getting coffee. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable although the pillows were too stiff. Nice size hotel suite. Very clean hotel.
