Savoy Westend Hotel

We felt really well in the hotel. Very spacious, all comfort, great pool. The buffet was good - I felt personally a bit overpriced. The hotel made a effort to give a discount for the kids, but there was no kids menu or price listed on the menu.

It’s a lovely old hotel with lots of charm. The spa facilities are also great, although there seemed to be limited staff available when we visited, limiting our treatment options. The hotel staff ranged from lovely to somewhat rude. Food was much too expensive.

Spa needs an update . Staff was ok .spa schedule was complicated with spotty hours . Hotel staff was excellent . Breakfast buffet was outstanding .

Ganz ehrlich: Karlovy VARY ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und das Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr sehr schön! 5 tolle Villen in einer sehr schönen Gegend! Es gibt eine tolle Dachterasse mit Blick auf die russisch-orthodoxe Kirche! …..und das war‘s auch schon! Die Dachterasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen trotz herrlichem Wetter weil der Gast in diesem Hotel leider nicht König ist! Man kommt dem Gast wenig entgegen, meine Freundin konnte die Luft im riesigen Hallenbad leider nicht vertragen aber eine Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeit draußen gab es halt nicht - und es hat trotz Nachfrage auch niemanden gekümmert. Der Innenpool hat den Flair einer öffentlichen Badeanstalt! Der Saunabereich hat leider noch weniger Flair. Neonlicht, kein Duft, nichts gemütliches- da möchte man nicht liegen!! 5 Sterne luxury Spa - das stelle ich mir weiß Gott anders vor und habe ich schon viel viel besser erlebt! Sehr sehr schade!! 25 Euro Parkgebühr/Nacht ist völlig überteuert und sollte zudem Bestandteil einer Hotelübernachtung sein - es gibt leider keine Alternative in der Nähe - sind also eigentlich versteckte Kosten zum Zimmerpreis! Das Frühstück ist toll aber sorry 30 Euro fürs Frühstück (25,- zusätzliche Servicegebühr) auch das ist überteuert aber es gibt kaum Alternativen, zumindest nicht wenn man mehr auf Müsli Obst steht. Wie gesagt sehr sehr schade! Deutsche Gäste können so leider nicht gewonnen werden.

Das Thermalbad hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Ambiente des Wellnessbereichs mäßig, Temperatur des Schwimmbeckens nur maximal 29 Grad, Massagedüsen nur auf Anforderung in Betrieb.

Hotel molto pulito, confortevole e ben organizzato. Gli interni sono eleganti e curati, decorati con gusto in stile classico. La camera offre tutti i comfort: accappatoi, pantofole, asciugacapelli, macchina per il caffè e set per il tè. La zona spa è tranquilla e rilassante, e la piscina è spaziosa, con teli puliti sempre disponibili. Un soggiorno piacevole e rigenerante.

Alles prima bis auf den Saunabereich...Trockensauna 50 C und Dampfbad 80 C ist zu wenig.

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Hotel overall is very nice and luxurious.

Durch seien Ansammlung mehrerer Villen ist es ggü. anderen modernen Hotels völlig anders und in Alleinstellung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit und auch das tolle Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig zu kritisieren wäre das Zimmer, das für ein 5-Sterne-Hoteleinfach viel zu klein war.

alles super , leider hatten wir ein Zimmer am Ausgang somit haben wir immer gehört wenn die Türen geöffnet oder geschlossen wurden .. Ansonsten alles top 😊

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC.

Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view since it is located on top of a hill. A little bit of a walk to the Main Street but it makes the area quiet when it’s time to rest and recharge. Definitely recommend!

While this property is beautiful they certainly made my daughter feel unwelcome at the spa area. The restaurant & front desk was lovely.

Freundlicher und guter Empfang an der Rezeption. Service an der Bar, im Restaurant und Zimmerservice haben viel Luft nach oben. Der Saunabereich ist in allen Belangen eines 5-Sterne-Hauses nicht würdig. Schaut Euch doch mal die tollen Spa-Bereiche in dem ein oder anderen Hotel in der Schweiz an. Da kann man was lernen. Vor allem architektonisch.

Beautiful place with very friendly staff. Despite language barriers, their smiles made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We had a lovely time and I would recommend staying here. A good walk into town but great to be in such a quiet and peaceful area.

Impecable, muy bonito hotel. Las amenidades de spa valen la pena, el Vapor y el sauna muy agradables en temperatura. El desayuno delicioso y muy variado, en cuestión de staff todos fueron muy amables en el servicio.
